Jimmy G. annoys the show again where we discuss corporate life, fake TV shows and why being normal isn't always best.

In this episode, the lovely Gina Marie joins the show for the first time this year. In a rewarding, yet surreal experience, Gina was recognized for the first time in public by one of her readers. Gina and I discuss the series of events that led up to that ego-stroking moment as well as the importance of filtering out all the noise and JUST STAY FOCUSED!
Her book, The Letters In The Old House @GsellsSeaShells and www.GsellsSeashells.com has been in numerous brick & mortar book stores in the Central/South Jersey area. This is this goal-driven author's story.

This is a bonus episode where I sit down with fitness guru Daine Chang. If you're committed to losing those extra pounds, want to gain muscle mass or simply maintain what you have odds are you’ve been exercising and watching what you eat…or at the very least thinking about it. But that stubborn scale won't move in the direction you want it to without proper guidance and de-bunked myths.
In this episode Daine and I go over some questions and tips as spoken from personal experiences. There are some surprising research on how to get things moving in the right direction. As a personal trainer and competitive body builder, there are some good takeaways from this episode that applies to both men and women.

I’d like to bring into frame my next guest Kate Eckert. Kate is a full-time high school English teacher and the founder of her own wedding photography business Opal & Jaye Photography @opalandjayephoto which she started on a whim two years ago.
What started as a simple idea to fill a creative void and pay off student loans, has blossomed into an established mid-century modern style brand. Within those two years, she and her husband have been lucky enough to see their business grow. This success allowed them to take time off from teaching to see her husband through intensive inpatient chemotherapy treatment when he was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in 2017.
While living out of hospital rooms and with the promise of a better tomorrow, Kate utilized that time to fill in the gaps of her knowledge and grow her Palm Springs style photography brand. As a direct result saw her business soar to new heights.
So sit back and relax as we shutter through Kate’s inspirational story of obstacles and triumph. You can also find her at Opalandjayephoto.com

A mouthful of sugar can't make this sequel go down! As Mary Poppins returns in Mary Poppins Returns, Gina Marie @gSellsSeaShells and Conrad discuss the film - what we liked, what didn't work as well as upcoming 2019 Disney classic remakes.
Bathed in nostalgia, this must anticipated sequel is a great homage to the 1964 classic. It follows in the original's footsteps with catchy songs, strong messages about imagination, gratitude, empathy, kindness, looking past the surface, and believing in yourself. Mostly, it is a modest update, one that has continued the story making it louder and more colorful.

Another successful year in the books! As we take another spin around the sun, at this time of year, I like to take a quick look over my shoulder at the past 12 months.
A shout out to all my listeners and guests from the show that hung with me the past year as well as all those who supported, encouraged and pushed me to pursue my passion for podcasting.
With a range of new projects already in the works for 2019, it’s time to reflect on a year of successful collaborations with our 2018 podcast retrospective. With the launch of Victory Loves Company, Gina publishing her book, many exciting vacations and record shattering sales...it's safe to say 2018 was a momentous year of progress and transformation. However, it's only the tip of the iceberg in terms of the difference we want to make for 2019.
