It’s not easy leaving your comfort zone…

I know I always say; growth starts where your comfort zone ends, but it’s the comfort zone that makes us feel so, well… Comfortable!

When we stay within what’s safe for an extended period of time, we easily fall into a rhythm or routine. One that often doesn’t serve our ultimate goals.

Finally, One day we stop, look in the mirror and realize we want so much more for ourselves. This is where the desire begins.

As Philip Sessions says, next comes the work. Once you decide what you want to do or who you want to become, just start doing it! It will be uncomfortable at first, but before you know it, things will get easier.

Take it from Philip.

Growing up shy and quiet, he would go unnoticed when missing class and at times get overlooked…

NOT ANYMORE!

Aside from a built physique, Philip has grown his career and confidence to now host his own podcast, work in real estate interacting with people on a daily basis and now has his sights set on public speaking.

It’s a resume that can only come from knowing what you want and doing what need to be done to get there while having faith every step of the way.

Join me as we learn Philips story and see how he went from shy and quiet to “Give Me The Mic!” As always, leave your feedback in the comments below and share with a friend if you got some value.

I hope you enjoy this episode of “No Rain… No Rainbows”

Accountability is the quality or state of being accountable… Especially an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions. (Read that again!)

Andrej Suttles and I wanted to hop on IG Live and discuss this topic because we felt it could provide some value to our listeners.

So, what did we discover?

First, accountability is about relationships. Relationships with others and a relationship with yourself.

When we think of accountability, we often think of trainers, business coaches, and mentors. These are some of the main forms of accountability partners you may find.

Andrej and I discuss the importance of seeking discomfort and asking others to keep you accountable. We also dive into the importance of asking for permission before dropping the hammer on someone else unexpectedly.

We hope you get some value out of this topic! As always, feel free to leave a comment below with your questions or feedback! If you enjoyed this episode, please be sure to share with a friend and spread the word!

Enjoy this episode of No Rain… No Rainbows.

There are some people we meet who naturally make you want to do more in life. It’s not because of their peircing words or their Social media page littered with motivational quotes. (Though those certainly help too.)

No. It’s their HUSTLE.

Fewer people define the word hustle as accurately as Tyler Harris. When it comes to grinding and getting things done, Tyler is on the front lines of battle.

The greatest tool against mediocrity is a tenacious work ethic and the patience to carry out the most tedious of tasks.

Listening to Tyler’s story, you’ll hear how he turned his life around when the storm bearing down around him was at a Category 5.

Just when things seemed their darkest, Tyler would catch a glimpse of hope through the light of a mentor and sail on with focus, drive, patience, and persistence.

Tyler’s story is the definition of “No Rain… No Rainbows.” If you’re in a dark place in life, struggling in your current chapter, or simply just hitting a speed bump or two, this episode is for you.

Listen in on this conversation and let us know what you thought. If you get value, share it with a friend and pass the torch forward. Your questions and comments are always welcome!

I hope you enjoy this episode of “No Rain… No Rainbows.”

It’s amazing when you can sit across the table from a respected friend and mentor and connect on a range of topics while opening up about your past and sharing your dreams for the future.

Ryan Alford is the CEO of Radical Company and host of Radical Podcast. As no stranger to the ad biz, Ryan brings his expertise and experience to the table and asks both challenging and thought provoking questions.

They’re the type of questions that force you to skip over the prescribed answers and provide actual value and feeling in the answers.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to sit with Ryan and discuss the challenges I face in my business, personal life and my ambitions for the future.

This is truly some of the best work I’ve been a part of. I hope you enjoy this conversation and gain some inspiration, motivation and insight along the way.
