In the last episode we talked about creating a new opportunity. Now its time to frame it so you stand out from all the other attorneys and create desire in the prospect so you are the only one they want.
What is the main thing virtually every lawyer offers that is supposed to get those clients beating down their door? Did you say "free consultation?" If you did, you are damn right. Don't be a lawyer lemming switch your prospects to a new opportunity.
Don't be like all the other lame attorneys. Create a new opportunity that will create believers which makes it rain clients.
As we create believers we need a cause that they can believe in. This is a very powerful concept.
We have seen the incredible things normal people are willing to do for a cause they believe in. As a trial attorney you need to create a cause that prospective clients can believe.
The over all objective is to create believers because when you have believers you become the only option in a sea of choices.
Why would anyone care about what you have to say?
If you can't answer that then you need to tune in to today's episode of Creator Believer Radio
Logic doesn't work. Neuroscience has proven that the emotional part of our brain is where all decisions are made.
Once the decision is made then the brain searches for logic to justify the decision. But, and this is a BIG BUT, before we can lock a prospect down with logic we must first build relationship with them by taking them through a hero's journey.
Have you ever wasted an afternoon looking at attorney's websites? Have you ever noticed that they all say the same about the same thing?
Seriously they use similar descriptions, adjectives and strategies. They try to tell you how qualified they are. The problem is that no one chooses and attorney based on logic.

So much garbage out there about attitude. Hey, your mind is a frickin' complex machine. But it's very malleable and you can mold it to propel you to get whatever you want out of life.
Today we talk about the two crucial things you must do to build an unstoppable attitude.
It's important to separate yourself from the competition. Be unique and out of box... but don't be trout ice cream.
From what I've seen most trial attorneys have very little follow-up. Yet following up with a prospective client will dramatically increase your conversion rate into clients (literally could double it or more).
But most attorneys totally screw the pooch on messaging and focus on their qualifications and credentials. DON'T DO THIS. Listen to today's podcast to discover a much more effective method of messaging.

Raising three teens (one boy and two girls) I know the futility of trying to get them to listen to you. The palpable sensation of intense rage when you ask them to do homework or clean up their room.
Want to get your husband to pick up his dirty underwear? Mater these 5 pillars of persuassion and you will have magic spell that even the pied piper will be jealous of.
Sometimes the most challenging part of FB advertising is getting the damn ad approved. It's like some secret Mason's society and if you don't have the right handshake they disapprove your ad.
If you get too many ads disapproved they might even suspend your account. So it's important that you understand the game and get ads approved.
But here's the kick in the ass - FB won't tell you why they disapproved your ad, no kidding. They just refer you to their ad policy. Talk about a walk down insanity blvd.
I got caught in a vicious, tormenting cycle of ad submission and dissaproval because I was using one common three letter word that everyone uses, every day - even the Pope! Yet FB finds it too offensive and violates their ad policy.
Can you guess what it is? Tune in to today's podcast so you can find out.
Why is it marketing firms tell you that you can't measure the return on marketing dollars - huh? Why would you want to spend thousands of dollars on something and have no clue if it's working?
There's big lie out there and in the this podcast we'll discover how to smoke it out and what to do instead.

How many clients have you gotten from your website? My guess, is probably very few if any. That’s because websites are obsolete. You probably would get as many leads from a Yellow Pages ad today as you will from a website.
