In Language students will continue Chapter 2 of The Outsiders. In Geography, students have a full week to complete the 'Quality of Life' unit, and then write their Google Forms Quiz at the end of it. En français, students will work with the négatif of the passé composé.
Today's students will be beginning pre-reading activities prior to read "The Outsiders". Students will examine the slang language used in the novel, and attempt to guess what the words actually mean.
Today in Geography students will be working on their Land Reclamation articles, rough draft due Monday. And in French, more passé composé.
Essays are now overdue, so students need to make sure they are submitted. In Geography, students are working on their Land Reclamation Articles. There is no French work today.

In this episode we look at how to write a THESIS STATEMENT. Students will learn about the purpose of a THESIS STATEMENT, how to create a THESIS STATEMENT, and example of THESIS STATEMENTS.
