And what if it wasn't nearly as difficult as we think it is? And what if leveraging more of Him took the weight and pressure off of us.
Join us for our new teaching series, Leverage, and together we'll discover how a simple introduction to Jesus can lift the heaviest of burdens.

As a follower of Jesus, we need to stand firm and see testing as a way to grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus. The desert-wilderness experiences of life force our roots to go deeper. Hardship and adversity make us press into faith, into Jesus, and into prayer.

At Hope Church, we are specifically praying for; renewed or revived attention this season, specifically to someone and something, Jesus and His church.
Maybe for you, it's a brand new relationship with Jesus that needs intentional focus in order to blossom into all that God desires for it to be. So much of our lives are based on what we can acquire, accumulate, and build with our hands. As a result, our natural tendency is to keep it all that we have amassed clinched tightly within our fists. And as we tighten the grip in our hands, it ultimately leads to a heart that is just as tightly clenched. And when our hearts and hands are closed, nothing else gets in, and nothing can get out.
But what if God intended for us to live with an open hand and not a closed fist? And what if an open hand led to an open heart? What could God bless you with, and how could your life be a blessing to others?
When you choose to live with an open hand and an open heart, you start to change—and so does the world around you.

We believe that the most important decision that you’ll make in this life is deciding who you’ll follow. Who you follow determines the quality of life on earth and the life after. There is no greater life than the one lived Following Jesus! It is a life where you lay down everything, only to find you have more than you ever could have thought or imagined. We are blessed when we are persecuted, comforted when we mourn and inherit the earth if we are humble. Jesus tells us, in essence, that everything we thought we knew about the good life, about being blessed, and about following God is wrong. It must all be flipped on its head. We don’t make progress in God’s kingdom by getting ahead or looking out for number one. The way is narrow, even backward, when compared to the ways of the world.
