But Jesus knows your condition, he knows how long you are suffering and there could be something blocking you from that healing. In this episode, I talk about how a lack of faith, pride, and unforgiveness is blocking me from my healing.

I have not uploaded or produced an episode in over a month. Why? This episode is a raw and true episode about my battle and challenges with facing up to failure and negative emotions. This is an uncut, unedited, from the director's chair episode. I wanted to challenge my tendencies to control and strive for perfection, so decided this was the best way to share the reason why I have been AWOL and also tackle it.
I have come to realise that I avoid feeling hurt, sadness, anger, disappointment - I push them down and mask them with "I'm fine's and I'm doing good. However after some tough situations, therapy sessions and reading Brene Brown's Rising Strong; I realise I need to stop doing and start feeling. I hope this episode touches you where you are at - if you know someone who may be going through similar share this episode with them too.
