This insightful conversation centers around a profoundly transformative near-death experiences and the expansion of consciousness. Advice:
When you feel you figured it out, realize you're still a student. You know nothing. You're an observer. Be okay with feeling and saying, I know nothing. I'm growing, I'm still learning. I'm observing. I want to know more. Just give me more.
Don't allow your perception to box you in and and think that: “Now I have knowledge. Now I'm Spiritual!”
Keep surrendering, letting go and receive.
Be very disciplinary because your spirit will thank you at the end of the day.

In this episode of #TheOliverSchirachShow, I got to interview Malcolm Nair for a second time on his Near Death Experience and his personal and spiritual growth due to it.
We start right off with how he struggled accepting and believing in NDEs and how skeptics on NDEs and outer body experiences can’t understand it.
This time we are delving into topics like self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth. Malcolm shares deep insights on confronting one's patterns and cycles, the importance of confronting oneself and going on a healing journey by embracing stillness. He emphasizes the practice of recognizing patterns, being honest with oneself, and accepting and surrendering to life's challenges. He discusses the journey of self-discovery, acknowledging one's flaws, and embracing uncomfortable experiences to foster personal transformation. He also touches on the concept of true wealth and richness; highlighting the importance of inner fulfillment over material possessions. Throughout the conversation, Malcolm encourages listeners to practice mindfulness, self-awareness, and acceptance for meaningful spiritual growth.

Vi Kikker pa flow og kreativitet idag. Hvordan pavirker vores lives erfaringer os og hvordan hjelper Daniel virksomheder med at loese deres medarbejderes blokader
Daniel ejer to virksomheder.
3 ord at beskriver Daniel:
Viljestærk. Når besluter sig til noget, kan han sætte sig ind i det. Men hvis han ikke vil gøre det, så vil han ikke bruge energi på det.
Han skulle lære igen at bruge sin fysiske energi. Som barn lærte han at lukke det ned, da omverdenen anså ham at han var for meget. Så han lagde lå på denne energi. Han skjulte det virkelige energiske selv for at få mindre negativ feedback fra andre. Han blever mindre
Rolig. At vare hel stille imens meditation.

Monica Ducu is a beautiful being and shares with us her path to become a business coach using spirituality to give the extra succes.
During this interview Monica shares with us her story how a life threatening disease has shown her the continuous stress she had in her 9-5 job. Her beliefs made it difficult to see that being “successful” was making her sick and keeping her body in a 24h fight or flight mode, which effectually started to break down. Through observation, holistic healing and spirituality Monica saw through the lies and quit her job in a renown bank in Romania to start her coaching business.
Monica is not shy to share a few of her approaches and secrets with us.

As it is so often with my guests, time is the limiting factor. Michael is a serial entrepreneur working mostly with SW solutions and has started six companies. At the moment he takes life easy and does what he enjoys most. Helping others.
So what will you take from that interview with Michael.

For this episode I got the seldom chance to have two guests at the same time. Aidan The Wizard O’Sullivan with his co-host and business partner Ashley Green Mindreader. Two young mind magicians finding their niche, combining business and magic entertainment, they are able to help magicians all around the world with their project “The Successful Mentalist”. By offering a podcast, blogging, courses, a private community, conventions, coaching (group and individual), networking event, and finding other new ways to deliver information to the magician world. So they can improve all their lives by 2040. To do so they had to take their dream, of becoming full-time magicians, and put it on the side burner.
This episode has been as much fun as the two previous ones and again full with actionable tips to improve your life. Ashley and Aidan are so complimentary in many ways and full of energy that I am sure anyone listening to this episode will learn something new that you can apply right away. The whole interview starts rather weird with us talking about Ashley’s weird objects and Aidan’s objection towards them.
Topics we got to talk about
Goal Setting:
Clear goal setting involves deep reflection, not just on your previous year but on your life, yourself.
That way you bring more on the table about you and what you want than anyone else could. You know your strengths and weaknesses. I want this and that … because it helps me with this, because I can do that… because it clicks here and there.

Welcome to this episode with Ashley Green the Mindreader. I got to know Ashley through a common podcaster group and the podcast "The Successful Mentalist" (TSM), which he co hosts with Aidan O'Sullivan. This interview was recorded together with another two episodes on the same day for Ashley and Aidan from the TSM. And I had a great fun that day. There is so much you can learn from this and the second part of this interview that I don't have enough space to write it down here. During this episode you will get to know Ashley from another side. He shares with us the 3 words how he describes himself. Weird, Optimistic and Adaptive
The colour he would be in a colouring box is GREEN. What a surprise.
A secret not many know: He wanted to be a plumber until the age of 17 for whatever strange reasons.
We furthermore got to talk about:
Advice: It is easy to get trapped in your life and your head. Everyone is different. Take time to be mindful everyday, it will help you to change your life. Be more at peace and see solutions Remember:

Strange, Growing, Fun that is how we start this episode with Aidan O’Sullivan. This episode’s guest Aidan O’Sullivan is a podcast host, business coach, mind-magician, mentalist, mind reader and a wizard. Or short @AidanTheWizard as you can find him on the social medias. Besides that he loves to learn and grow, reading books, taking classes and then bundle it all into his package to coach individuals and businesses with his ever growing knowledge on personal growth and psychology. Or shares it with his audience on “The Successful Mentalist” or “The Stop Existing Show” Podcasts.
This is the first of three interviews I had with “The Successful Mentalist” hosts Aidan and Ashley. So you are up for a big treat of weirdness, deep insights on how to pivot your life and career and as usual for my interviews you also get tips and tricks on how to improve your creativity and innovation.
Colour: A see through pencil with the visible ink cartridge in the core.
Fun Facts: Aidan is obsessed with music. He listens to all kind of music from nature sounds, pop to hard core electronics. More over he wants to create his own music especially to start his own shows.
Talking about:
Creativity:
What is Innovation:
It is testing ideas out. Taking action on ideas, try them out and get feedback.
“Not every idea is great. But every idea is valid”
You have to give things time. Giving time by pointing to your target and then shoot. Ideas are the pointing and shooting is the action.
Call to Action:
Give yourself permission to be creative
Advice:
Everything that you are doing is quite right. Listen to other people and learn. Take action or don’t take action if it doesn’t feel right.

Max wants to help people to be happy and reach their full potential and with his three Life Guides, framework, programs and coaching he can do that.
The interview with Max has taught me that it doesn’t matter from were we come to learn something new. That we all can learn to be creative, acquire emotional intelligence even if we come from a long life of logic thinking and no social guidance. Max was sharing his path of success and failures, pain and happiness which lead him to were he is now. A very open and vulnerable talk that gives hope to anyone that feels the need to change. We are getting a view how it is to life without a clear guidance, lack of passion for anything and living according what seems logic to do. Max gives us some good advices for life, shares a tool to problem solve creatively. We are also learning about his framework and coaching to become happier and more productive for life. Please welcome Max Zheng to the interview.

We are having Sharon Tiger to answer some of my favourite questions for this episode. On LinkedIN she describes herself like this: “Official Customer Woo-er Customer Experience Consulting for businesses who want to grow like gangbusters.” With more than 20 years of experience with top companies and thousands of happy clients she was someone I needed to get on the show. And I didn’t get disappointed. We surely have more to talk about for the future. Her 3 adjectives are: Curious, Determined, and Happy Optimist Her Colour: Bright colours preferably the most vibrant red. Sharon doesn’t want to blend in and red helps to stand out. Colours are also effecting the mood. When wearing bright colours people seem to be more open and happy towards her. Sidenote her twin sister is blue. Secret that only her family knows: She wears the most awful looking caftan at home. And she is very extroverted outside her home, but when she is at home she does all to stay home. Rather have guests coming over to them than leave the house. We talked about:
Growing up in poor family hold Her mom being her hero. Love, work, compassion Her baby Brother with 3 big sisters and a mom Lessons learned babysitting her brother. It is in her control to get things done As kid Sharon used to be the creative leader when playing with her twin sister. Pushing all the time to try this and that. Sharon the visionary & her smaller sisters the organised. How that combination works well Her confidence in her abilities and to find answers to problems Curious and Big Risk Taker Doesn’t like rules and takes calculated risks. If it goes wrong she has at least learned something. Personality profile ENTP, mostly extrovert at work and home introvert Empathy, avoid situations and environment with negative energies Meditation Her Voluntary work for the Sjogren's Foundation for kids Covid and Hydroxychloroquine New Job with AI Her skill of making complex things super simple
Creativity is: Exploring ideas and putting them together in a way that makes sense to you. Showing the world how you see it. Advice for business. Create an environment were it’s safe to fail. Perfectionism is a limiting belief, the root could be fear and protection of the things one has build. Her creative powers: She does gardening, painting and writing. Loves to create from scratch. Her paintings are abstract and show feelings but she paints also landscapes. She might also use charcoal to sketch. At work she uses her creativities to look at all the aspects of a problem or task. She is so curious that she questions everything to make sure that the cause of the problem is not only a symptom but really the problem. Advice: Biggest game changer for her came from a mentor. Be in control of your time. “If you can’t control or influence it then don’t spend time on it” Call to action: Find what makes you happy and do it. Hi everyone and welcome to the 2nd interview with Mandi.
In this interview we find out that Mandi’s favourite animal is the cow. We also find out why. We also got to talk about my experience with walking with cows a few weeks back.
We talk about the visions Mandi had for 2020 when she was younger. The war she saw and felt and knowing that she and her kids are prepared for it.
How she healed her heart with healing visualisation.
How laughing can heal.
How her energies when really exited or down can disturb lights and computers.
Awakening of human kind from materialistic world view to a bigger understanding of energies.
Most of today’s talk focused on the brain waves and the EEG. Mandi learned how to treat brains with the EEG treatment developed by Lee Guardas and worked with it in 2012/13. She also used it herself for 10 sessions and explains how it can help you to hear your own brain and by that heal itself. A sick or broken brain sounds to yourself like a broken record, and when done with the treatment your brain waves start sounding like a symphony.
Enjoy and jump in

Part 2 with Zephyr Khambatta from Singapore, whom I met on a Mindvalley Quest. We have connected and started chatting only to realise that we have many interests in common. During this 2nd Interview we focused more on his spiritual awakening, how he produced a song a lone and has now a music video on MTV and VH1, we talk about Meditations and what creativity is for him.
Zephyr lives in Singapore and is a mind-body-spirit healer, musician, and sports coach. Best described as an open and friendly man that loves to talk and inspire others with truth.
His spiritual awakening started with him wanting to create and produce a song from scratch alone, and then have it published on MTV and VH1. During that 6 months he had a lot of free time to think and started having thoughts about the world and humanity. When he opened up and shared those thoughts on Facebook he was first afraid of what others might think of him.Surprisingly people reached out to him and helped him understand that he went through an awakening.
That was 4 years ago. Parts of his awakening included:
His 6 months long project to produce a song and then have a music video on MTV and VH1 has taught him much, and he now helps musicians that want to become recording artists themselves. It is a costly program and takes a lot of energy and time. The person also needs to be ready for the change. It is a mindset change that needs to happen in the person. (This program is currently on hold)
Creativity is when you are going with the flow. When you remove the interruptions. Be with yourself.
This could be meaning 4-6 hours or more where your disconnect from any distraction and focus on your creative work. Don’t judge if the output is not as expected. You still came a step closer.
It is difficult to get anything done in a 30min time slot when being creative.
Creativity Killer: Stuck people, noises from people criticising, how comes your are not successful, how will you make money etc.
Meditation Practices:
Quote: A square will never understand the possibility and balance which a circle brings.

Zephyr lives in Singapore and is a mind-body-spirit healer, musician, and sports coach. Best described as an open and friendly man that loves to talk and inspire others with truth.
Before the age of 14/15 he was rather closed as they were an immigrant family in Singapore and tried to fit in. After that he started to open up more and more. His open approach helps him to connect with people that many might not think of connecting, creates business opportunities, human connection and a general good feeling.
His color is turquoise. It’s a colour that is appearing and reappearing many times in his life. As a child he loved to find spiders that where turquoise coloured. His sign is scorpio a water sign, and he had a few visualisations and other spiritual techniques where turquoise was very dominate. His spiritual colour.
His secret is being more lazy than many think and putting self care at 1st position.
Daily earthing, grounding and taking time to exercise as well as having his weekly foot massage are basics for his well being. Then only from a well self can you help others the most.
During this interview we went back and forth, left and right and talked about many things.
Such as:
Spirituality:
We got to talk about his spirituality and that he already as child felt that there was more than the eye can see. Only a few years ago Zephyr started to understand that others called him crazy sometimes only meant that he could sense, see and feel things others are less in-tune with.
Zephyr shared his story:
Advice:
“It’s not about you” Get out of your head make it about customers, family members and other people. When doing so you’ll be serving yourself too as all you give will come back to you.

Mandi Morgan is a compassionate and loving person that helps deaf people as a teacher and interpreter and dreams of cleaning the ocean. We met through a Mindvalley class where Mandi shared her great and unbelievable story with us. Mandi got interested in sign language as a 4 year old and has been teaching for 20+ years. Currently she is living in Reno, Nevada, before that she lived for 10 years in Alaska were she flew to the villages making sure that the villagers and kids have what they need. The deeper story that connected us was her near life-death experience 28 years ago. Mandi was pregnant with her first child and one month before the due date she didn’t feel well. The hospital called her twice pressing her to come immediately for a check. As soon as she arrived she dropped and was connected to the emergency equipment. She could hear and see it all but was not in her body any longer. She was rather attracted by a bright light. That was the beginning of her experience with the light and the other side.
That was 28 years ago and ever since she receives the information that the world will be in an upheaval in 2020 and that she should share her story and help people. This awakening experience has changed her life and she shares a lot about it with us.
Things we talked about during the interview:
Advice & Call to action:
Stay positive and do things that you love, at least one thing for 10 min every day.

For todays interview I got Jass Malaney on the microphone. We meet over LinkedIN and immediately had some good chat going on. With her 20 years of experience in Leadership coaching and keynote speaking she brings a lot to the table for anyone that wishes to grow.
Describes herself as:
Color: For the last few months she feels connected to gold. For her it represents abundance and positive energy. Before gold she was connected to the colour of nature; green.
Her Secret: Elephant figures. It started with her thinking of the coaching business, and her business statement “Work with leaders that are majestic”. Immediately she had a vision of an elephant. And so she started collecting the little statues.
Other topics we touched during the interview:
Creativity:
Find new ways to come out of problems. Requires an open mind. We can find creative, innovative ways for anything in life. We do not always need a new creative way of solving problems, sometimes the old ways are good enough.
What is a coach doing?
Advice:
“It is ok that we don’t have all the answers”
Be vulnerable. The earlier you learn the better.
Call for action:

Today we get a virtually interview between NY and Struer DK. My guest for this show is Andrew Tarvin the humour engineer. A real Nerd, Yes a nerd in all, math, computer, SW, Star Wars & Star Treck and a stand-up comedian.
He describes himself this way:
Color: An Orange-peel Orange colour. His favourite color since his childhood.
A colour research shows that blue is the favourite color (33%) and orange is on the other side. That might be why he likes orange, not being like everyone else.
Secret: Plays Spider Solitaire to the extreme. He enjoys the logic problem solving and uses it as a distraction from all the planing and thinking, like a meditation to help him refilling his energy.
Creativity:
Some people are great in just starting to draw, write or similar where other need to have a goal. For For Andrew the first sketch, stand up draft, draft of a book is rarely the thing. He knows from the start that he’ll iterate from the first idea to the final product.
Creativity and Humour:
You could use:
Other topics we touched:
Advice:
Better beg for forgiveness than ask for permission. This means take ownership. Don’t sit around and wait for something to happen. If you want to be funny be it.
If someone read a book about your life. Would anyone read it? Would you read it? What makes it a cooler story?
This perspective helps to take better decisions.
Imagine you tried many things and failed then you have stories to share. Sitting in front of the TV does not make a great story.

Alex is a published author, teacher on Udemy, public speaker, business coach and SW engineer. He used to be a shy SW engineer but has learned through reading, public speaking and coaching to overcome his shy personality. For the last 45 days he is changing his life and wants to bring more of his learnings to the world. To do so he is about to launch his new website and create more content on video and in book format and lately offering in person coaching to his portfolio.
3 Words to describe him: Charismatic, Driven, Authentic
Colour Red: Representing power. A power that he feels now but hasn’t felt as a kid.
Secrets not many know about. One is that both his parents are Chess Champions in the US. As far as he knows no one has both parents with the trophy. The second one is him being a pool shark. He loves to play in bars and meet and connect with people over a game of pool. Especially beating the local heroes and surprising them. His biggest and fondest memory playing pool is the time that he announced a difficult shot and made it. That earned him a lot of applause and a night of free drinks
3 Pool playing tips:
Creativity:
Alex considers himself a creative but not before his mid 30’s. There he learned Mind Mapping Mastery by Barry Mapp on Udemy.com. He uses Mind Maps for e.g. presentations, To-Do lists, book planning... The more he practiced the faster the good results show up.
Creativity Killer:
Number one is too much stress. A little stress is good but too much is bad. Alex is focusing on things that bring him joy to reduce his stress.
His signature Class on the “7 Step process for how to become a published author” for busy people
Advice:
He wished that he started reading earlier than at the age of 27. Use your library, it's a cheap way of learning. And if you want to read more, listen to audiobooks instead of music on your commute.

Was unterstützt die Stiftung:

The second talk is focused around Mandala Chocolate and the effect it had on his life. “Redefining Business In a world challenged by fragile ecosystems, dwindling water, and human disempowerment, we believe business has the power and responsibility to help transform our planet. At Mandala, our business model empowers our customers and suppliers, connects with the land, and uses radical accountability, integrity, and transparency as a beacon towards a better future. We are proud to be amongst the pioneers of the rapidly growing Certified B Corps using business as a force for good. Our goal is to be a positive influence on the systems we depend on.” The core of his business is to create a system that supports the future generations. Change the “I want to get money now” mentality, that is so focused on making profit of everything ASAP and forgetting that when the resources are gone the income is gone too. E.g. clear cutting big parts of forests. Those forests can generate wealth for hundreds of years through recreational activities, food sources etc. But if you cut them you’ll get cash once and then it’ll be a desert with nothing to live from. Rob tells us his story how he was allergic to chocolate and didn’t eat any until his 20s and how a mountain trip changed that all. That led him on a journey to L.A. into the centre of the Raw Food movement in 2007 where the Cacao plant selected him. He learned and became an expert in crafting chocolate bars with superfoods. His holistic approach from the beans, supporting famers and then crafting a healthy super food chocolate as a Craft Chocolatier. Which led him to start a crowdfund raiser to save big parts of Cloud Forests in Guatemala and creating sustainable jobs for generations to come. More we talked about:
Holistic Circle of life Raw Fooders in LA. From Washington DC insider to digital nomad now living & working on her own terms. CEO and journalist that produces branded content for Fortune 500 companies & news organisations. In 2018 she decided to step down from her well paid position as Editor in Chief to become a digital nomad working 15 hr/week. She is working from places she wants to travel to and choose the most effective working hours. We talk about her time in a Stockholm suburb, her love for writing, traveling, her drive to be the best, live in the US as journalist and Editor in Chief and eventually taking the leap to start her own business. She shares her story fear, perfectionism and finding what it means to life an authentic life true to yourself.
3 Words: Driven, Passionate, Creative/Curious
Colour: Glitter. Red, vibrant colour, speaking colour. It is a confident colour. Important is that you wear the colour and not the colour you.
Her little Secret: Unhealthy obsession with serial killers, true crime and vampires tv shows and books.
Her Story:
Have Goals, a clear path and hard work.
In 2018 Camille got to treat her eating disorder. A life changing decision. With lots of time to meditate and think of how to live an authentic life for her. Meditating on when she is happiest? That’s when she decided: “I will quit work and travel full time”
Failure:
Camille was always afraid to fail. Until she realised: "What if I don't fail?" The fear comes from:
Creativity:
Get a clear mind. Being at peace & mindfulness. Take a long walk, a walking meditation helps to free her mind and be inspired. After the initial ideas come other ideas start flowing in.
External input can help kick-start the creative process. Reading, watching Tv or talking to people about something. And sometimes you just need to do the work. Usually creativity will ebb and flow during her writing process.
Use your curiosity to approach an aspect from different ways and angles. Or get sparing with people with different problem solving approaches then you have.
Obstacle for creativity
Habits & Routines:
Advice for a digital Nomad:
Best advice she got.
“There is no growth in your comfort zone. And no comfort in your growth zone!”
Don’t be afraid to fail. Reach beyond then what you think possible. We can do much more than what we can do now.
“Learn to be uncomfortable”

Rob is a “Holistic Multilevel Empowered Human Being”. He is an educator, business owner, coach, Wim Hof instructor, Yoga Slacker, running cacao ceremonies, musician, founder of Mandala Springs & .Mandala Chocolate. His YouTube channel “Convergence Lifestyle” is about living a dynamic life, with a holistic empowering lifestyle.
3 Things that describe him.
Color: Rob would be a magical changing colour. Depending on the surface the medium the colour is applied on.
His story:
His childhood was hard as he had a difficult time socialising by mimicking the social norms. To the stark contrast with his two younger sisters that had a big social network. This created many patterns of being wrong for him. Being creative journaling, playing music, creating fantasy worlds to escape from feeling worthless in society helped him. Looking back he realised that from an early age he knew that he was on the right path. When he moved to the mountains in his teenage years everything changed in a mater of weeks. He got healthier, lost a lot of weight, made easy friends and fell in love with rock climbing and nature. He started connecting with improvisation music and created a social network.
All he wanted as kid was to be normal. Being different, use his body differently helped him to improve his communications skills as he had to work harder to be understood and understanding social norms.
A secret not many know:
Since childhood Rob is squatting on the potty. He even dreams of a car he could squat whilst driving.
Advice on Breath:
Most of the western world is breathing too shallow. We breath in the chest instead of deep into the belly. This can cause stress in the body.
TIP: “The 3 Part Breath”. Put one hand on your belly, breath in and expand the space in-between the fingers. Put the other hand on your chest and when the belly is full, expand the chest. Then release the breath out first in the chest and then belly. Repeat until you feel relaxed.
Creativity.
Creativity is a loop of opening up and closing your mind to new input. This loop enables you to practice, expand your competency during your lifetime. After you have been open and absorb the new you will then close for new information and focus and practice to master the new skill until you feel the need for new learnings. That makes an innovator. The circle and capacity to open up and then focus creating a wider perspective than a specialist.
A specialist on the other hand is highly focused on one topic. Those people are never open for new information.

Chalie Beswick is an author, charity founder and speaker, from the UK. Mother to twins with one having the goldenhar syndrome and autism.
She describes herself as:
The last two attributes have been learned and embraced through her experiences and life lessons.
Her colour is red: It is a strong colour that doesn’t work with all colours but with the once it works it fits perfect. It is also a bold colour and not everyone likes it.
Her Story started 15 years ago. With the birth of Oliver and Harry. Harry has a very rare cranial disease, goldenhar syndrome where half of the face is missing, and autism. Charlie has not been prepared to this fate as her pregnancy went fine and the doctors didn’t see anything abnormal. It was the most dramatic day of her life. The twins cam 8 weeks early by an emergency C-section and were very small. Charlie felt the lack of control that day. The whole experience shaped her in a way that she was never expected. It created the person and mother she is now. Now she is very grateful for that lesson. Back then she had a lot of grief, guilt and destructive self talk following for six years. Her marriage broke down as well as her mental health. During this time Charlie was writing journals of her feelings and experiences which she rediscovered in 2017. After family members and close friends read some of it they saw the positive transformation Charlie went through and encouraged her to publish a book so her lessons can help other mothers in similar situations. The book became a success and with that Charlie founded a charity were she goes out to schools and talks about Harry’s life and that how we should not fear the different and help other children, grown ups with facial problems. He looks different but is as loving, fun and carrying as all the other kids too. Later on Charlie started to speak professional and most recently as well one-on-one coaching.
We got to talk about
Creativity:
People seeing things a slightly different way. Taking ingredients, ideas and create something exiting out of it.
Having a vision & patience creating it. Being aware, brave and vulnerable. Her lack of patience is the reason she doesn't consider herself creative.
Advice:
Being authentic. Do work on who you are and what you want. Find the reasons that stop you to be authentic.
Be honest and authentic about yourself, as long as you are not malicious or evil others will be inspired by you.
What you might see as vulnerability others see as courage.

Todays guest is Michele Matt co-founder of My Camper. I know Michele from my mountain bike and cross country times in Switzerland were he stood out as the youngster that loved taking the risk and go downhill on a new path without fear.
This attitude and family dinners were his father and grandfather talked openly about their entrepreneurial work, new markets, products or similar made it a natural step for Michele to become an entrepreneur.
Colour: Blue. It reminds him of lakes, oceans, water and the sky. He enjoys the big space of possibilities when looking over the water or into the sky.
The My Camper story started in 2014 after Michele and his wife took a trip with their VW Bus and they realised that it stands around a lot, why not rent it like AirBnB.
Michele found Miriam and later Stephan and by spring 2015 a small version of My Camper started. For two years they worked evenings and weekends to keep the risk calculated and the cost low. By the end of 2017 the work grew so much that they couldn’t handle it anymore but it didn’t generate enough money to make a living from it. So they decided to go all in and quit their jobs.
In 2018 they got their 1st financial round. For Michele the decision to go full in was coming from the heart. He didn’t want to look back at his life and regret it. For him creating something that helps and leaves an impact was important.
Now the team needed to grow and 2.0 web version needed to be created. During that time the team got lots of strategic support from mentors, angle investors or from networking events. They also learned a lot through testing many things.
In 2020 My Camper expanded to Sweden. They looked at the marked in Europe and other parts of the world and realised that the Scandinavian’s are best fit for their product at the moment.
How much is a successful entrepreneur working?
It’s not about the hours you work but the output and delegation and automation help a lot.
What is your stress management?
By doing sports, walking or running in nature, meet interesting people during the day, meditate for 10min (deep breath) and read.

Alph Keogh is an author, facilitator, business coach, keynote speaker, an expert in leadership and career development. He enjoys business of performance, human performance, coaching teams and individuals as well leadership development and finding the “Purpose” for the organisation leadership.
3 Things about Alph:
He started running for a marathon 2 years ago
When he decides on something he’ll do it. e.g run a marathon, write a book
He did sport parachuting and
Reads a lot
Colour:
Purple. It is an unusual colour and stands out, attracts attention. He is definitely not grey and fits in
In our talk we got to talk about his book ONBoard and the experiences and advices he has for how to improve ones outlook at work. We get to talk about leadership, business culture, how to prepare for an interview and many other business related topics.
Reading Advice:
Don’t read business books from A-Z and don’t feel bad if you didn’t read all of it. A fantasy book, roman or similar should be read from front to back to get the story but not a business book. Business books are written so you can pick out the topics you need at the moment and then come back later for more if needed. Alph is reading several business books in parallel picking out what he needs.
Why did Alph write ONBoard?
The idea was to have a “Conversation Starter” with yourself or another person. To disrupt by giving you a new lens to look at the topic.
He wanted an honest, authentic noBS book about working and what to expect at a workplace for young people. He felt that there was not enough written in an authentic way for the new starter. A book showing the pitfalls too in order to help you prepare and be able to have a good start into your career and happy work-life.
Some highlights:
Working in a company consist of 2 Parts. Yourself - the Team/organisation you’ll work in.
Start with a reflection about yourself. “Who do you want to be?” “What are you really good at and enjoy?”
Don’t get stuck with the wrong aspect such as salary & job title.
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persist in trying to adapt the world to himself. All progress depends on the unreasonable man” - George Bernard Shaw
Innovation happens were the company meets the world. Unfortunately too many companies try to formalise innovation 2x a year with an event. Innovation should be an ongoing process and it should be driven from outside in and using cross fertilisation.
A good manager asks questions rather than demanding and giving answers. He/she’ll be consulting, interested in your work and inquisitive.
Check out the reception, observe and learn. It is the 1st thing you see and it will give you a feeling of the organisation. The feeling needs to be positive otherwise it'll inform
Working Advice:
Don’t expect but Engage, Learn & Prepare
What you do at work?
How is your team, your manager?
How are the relationships?
Be generous and learn to say “NO”
When you get stuck take action and move on

Anette Overgaard Nielsen is a fine artist with a MSc degree in fine arts from University of Arts in London and working at the moment as high school teacher at The Lifestyle College in Gudum Denmark. A single mom that has tried out many things and learned to listen to her intuition whilst creating art, teaching or giving fitness classes. At the college she teaches grown ups (age 35-70): Mindful drawing, Art painting, Yolates (Yoga& Pilates), Slumre tæppe (Singing DK songs& reading novels, talking about the content& meaning ), Debate (learn how to disagree in a respectful way) 3 Things that describe her - Open minded and curious, asking many questions & pushing the status quo - Active, enjoying physical movement & feeling the body, Feminine Fitness (Pilates, Ballet & Tai Chi) - Enjoys deep conversations - Enjoys learning, remembering facts & sharing them in an entertaining way. Colour Dark Blue like a deep lake & Melachony Creativity Anette doesn’t consider herself creative. Yet she knows she is as an artist. She doesn’t believe that everyone has to be, can or wants to be an artist. You are or your are not creative. Creativity comes in different ways: To be creative one needs to acquire the skills first and then one can create something new, explore the mater and try out many things. 1) Innovation, you need creativity to make up something new 2) Handcraft 3) Art. It’s not always something new. The chance to go deep, being honest, playful and good art many times takes time. Not necessarily for the one piece but the path and trials to reach the goal. Process of creating Art; Getting into the flow: 1) Enough sleep & rest 2) Undisturbed, undivided time for yourself & no pressure 3) Deadlines helps to focus to get things done. Can be self chosen. Laying in bed, relaxing and letting the ideas come. Her ideas, intuition comes from her belly, solar plexus region. In Yoga and Ayurveda the centre of creativity. Yet Anette doesn’t know that, but she can strongly feel it flowing from there. Her creative energy then comes out through her hands and she knows what to do. Also thanks to her education and the skills she acquired. One time a clairvoyant woman told her that she sees a lot of colours and creative energy emerging from all of her fingers all the time and informed Anette to learn to channel that energy otherwise it becomes negative. When Anette is in the flow she knows what to do, this can be for her art, teachings or feminine Fitness classes. She rarely prepares for her classes as she already has a certain level of knowledge and can just tap into it with her intuition what to do. Advice: Know to whom you share your ideas. Not everyone is supportive of your ideas or can help you to make them happen. If you share with the wrong person they might destroy the energy or your drive to follow and go through with the idea. They might push you down out of jealousy or fear. The right person on the other hand can help you to make it happen and give you extra energy. Call for action: Take some time for you. If you don’t have time then analyse your day, week and carve out that time for you. Then go for a car drive or similar all by yourself without a destination and be in your space. Links: Email. A young entrepreneur from the US that has tried out many things and failed in at least as many.
Sam is currently running his company “BLNK Slate Media” and creating video content for small to Fortune 500 companies for their social media platforms.
What has been very obvious in this conversation was Sam’s attitude to trying out something new. His Moto is to go for what you want and invest in yourself, time and money wise and if you fail you know it was the wrong thing and then move on. As well Life-Life Balance. We all work so much so we should be doing something that we can identify with.
3 Things about Sam:
Outdoors, Snowboard, bike, Adventure and active
Video create, LinkedIN Instagram and TikTak
Snowboarding in winter with jumps and tricks; during summer longboard cruising
Colour:
The colour came up when he asked a friend to help him rebrand. Sam wanted something in green, blue or teal. And then this special green came up which he liked as it reminded him of his track bike from school times.
Young and running his own business:
Sam had a father that is self employed and who has encouraged him to go his own way from an early age. To do what he loves.
Some of his business steps were: Cutting gras for neighbours, At Age 14 Pizza Cook, then manager of the Snow Park& Ball park with 2-7 people under him. And at the age of 18 he started "BLNK Slate Media" using an iPhone and an entry DSLR
His success can be traced back to:
Willingness and love to earn his own money
Going out and participating in business Networking events
Reach out to connections and learn from them and his friends
Not being shy to talk to people and saying yes even if he didn’t know how to do the job
Continuously trying something new, failing and investing and not being afraid of doing so
Sam gets to share his stories on how he got to his first job, made his first video and posting it to LinkedIN as well how he learned in 3 days to shoot video with a DSLR without prior knowledge and nailing the job.
Creativity:
Everyone is creative. Sam’s creative strength is to talk. To be creative one has to be comfortable in failing while trying to create something new. It is a problem solving ability.
Test, fail, try again… And repeat.
Advice:
Test and fail more. Spend money on yourself. This is an investment in your growth and it will cost but you’ll grow.
Sam for examples used all the money he earned and invested it into his growth and now his company.
Do something everyday. Momentum is everything.
Don’t try 12 things in the same time. Focus on ONE thing. Go for it with all you have
Don’t hire too fast.
Call for action:
Go and do something that is uncomfortable for you.

Hi my dear followers.
Today you get the chance to listen in to my conversation with Anja Matulewska. She was a multi talented and creative kid; playing flute, guitar, compose her own songs, dance, paint and sew her own things. As her mom she thought that she would become a designer but she went for a BSc in marketing and after her degree she was confused as she didn’t do what she felt was right for her. That brought her then back to a more creative field with a MSc degree in Design Management. For her MSc thesis she learned and applied Design Thinking and could feel that this is the right path. Since then she has facilitated all phases of the innovation process, from early start to implementation and evaluation using Design Thinking and Design Sprints. Worked for small businesses big companies and in her own innovation consultancy.
Anja is very open about her path of coming back to creativity and how she lost it.
The secret not many know of her is her spiritual side. The Art Therapy she did and how it helped her to find more stability in life. This experience combined with her work and Design Thinking brought her to interview 15 women on their feelings and thoughts about creativity.
Her personal project: Kreativ Kompas
About a month before our interview Anja started her creative community after doing research on why and how people are or are not creative.
This motivated her to start a creative community that meets once a month for 6 months to become more creative.
Call for Action:
1) Make it a habit to be creative. Paint, play music, dance, sing
Make a fixed appointment with creativity in your calendar. E.g. Every Monday from 19:00-20:00
Like going to the gym, cook or shopping.
The Start is hard but it will get easier the more you do it and then it is a habit. Before you know you’ll enjoy it and look forward to your creative appointment
2) Morning pages: First thing when you wake up start writing down your Feelings.
Evening: Create a Gratitude list. That way you keep a positive mindset when you go sleeping and waking up.

For this 21st episode I got Radha M. Patel on the phone calling from her parents house in the mountains of Wales.
Radha grew up in a Yoga family and was home schooled until the age of 11. Travel to India and exposure to a different life has made her very adaptable to changes in life and she loves to travel.
She describes herself as:
Connected to nature and spirituality to something bigger, enjoys to light a candle or meditate
Learning and teaching, hungry for knowledge, reading books.
Learning with the goal to make it functional and help others. With a special interest in human behaviour, daily habits both physical and mental
and chocolate is a very important part in her life too
So I got to ask here what chocolate she would be :-) Dark (70-80%) with Sea Salt and Caramel
The interview took place during the Corona Covind-19 crisis and we are all at home with limited freedom. Hence we got to talk about the chance to learn more about one self and create tools that can help us after all is over to have a better life.
Some of the tools we talked about are:
Walking in Nature, such as forest or in the mountains.
Taking a shower or a bath with essential oils
Meditate
HIIT workouts
Watching inspiring movies
Reading a good book
Lighting candles
Eating and drinking certain foods
Journaling about the day
Journaling at the end of the day what worked for you and what didn’t; What made you feel good and what didn’t is a good way to find patterns and tools that can help you.
Where you feel energised is where you should put more time and focus.
Creativity is: Space. Having space to think, be and create without feeling hurried.
Things to help being creative are:
Being in nature
Listen to southing sounds, nature, rain etc.
Good Sleep
Food and water
Stress (mental and physical)
Gratitude
Vision Board
Try something you haven’t done before: e.g. New language, music instrument, drawing, hand craft etc.
And be aware what you do. The activity during day, and consumed content gives the direction for your thoughts
Call for Action:
1) Go out in nature on a regular basis. It is scientifically and spiritually proven to make you feel better and less anxious
2) Try and find a way too deeply connect with yourself.
E.g. Take 5-10 min in the morning before everyone wakes up and in the evening after everyone sleeps for yourself. Sketch, do a mindfulness practice, meditate, read a book.
Get time for yourself

Hi everyone.
For anyone that wants to know how the colour called Banana looks like. This is the interview giving the answer.
For this episode I got to interview Andrew Newman, Author and Founder of Conscious Bed Time Stories and healer.
Andrew is known for:
His creative powers are writing and wood working but has not considered himself being creative until his late 20is.
The books are designed to help parents and children to change gears and connect before going to sleep. To do so psychology and energy healing approaches are used.
“These stories have wise, lovable characters who model real-life situations to your children, showing them how to resolve challenges before they arise. They also have easy breathing meditations and activity pages that help parents and children connect. “
So far he has published 13 Children Books and another 3 books are on the way.
Born and raised into a Jewellery Family, in South Africa during the apartheid period. Andrew had his share of laking emotional training, hugs and love from his family and going in a men’s only school did not help him perfecting his emotions and interaction with others.
In his mid 20is he realised that there is more and started searching for healing himself. Books, weekend courses and even a university degree as healer from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in the US were some of the things he did.
Andrew has been open and vulnerable in his storytelling and lets us in how he then got to write poems and started publishing them.
We do not only learn about his path but also about how we can connect with each other using the snuggle-breath.
An Advice took and recommends:
If you don’t know what to do, do the three least shitty things. You never know what door might open.
For Andrew this was to move from Tennessee to California. On the road the Mindvalley Quest “Little Humans” was published and before he knew it he had a mail box full of emails and requests. Such as from “The Oliver Schirach Show”.
Stay open.
Call for Action:
Write a poem and share it with someone or gift it. If you feel strong and courageous read it aloud to someone else.
Ask for understanding. Inform that this poem is new and very precious to you. So that you won’t be criticised for it.

Hi Folks,
Another episode is ready for you. I had the pleasure to finally interview Mikkel O. Pedersen our local Porsche GT Racer. Born in Struer and active racing since the age of 7 has managed what many would consider impossible. With parents that have “normal” jobs he made it to be a Porsche GT racer. Not the cheapest of hobbies to name but he made it.
I know Mikkel mainly from the Gym as we have met over the last 2-3 years regularly when training.
Most of what Mikkel is sharing has been new to me and I am even more fascinated by the story.
An awesome example of how someone with a passion can come so far. And all the good things that happened on the way to make it possible.
I don’t want to keep you any longer. Please listen for yourself about how his racing career started with slot cars and then went to be a pro go-cart driver. And how luck and friendliness helped him to get his first race Porsche, sponsors and now start in 2020 the new season in the GT Series - Championship of the Continents - GT3 with a Porsche 911 GT3 R.
In case you want to sponsor him or get in contact use his FB profile or check out his webpage.

Hi everyone.
There is finally my first interview of 2020. And what an interview. I have not known Katie personally but seen a LinkedIn post where she answered productivity questions from Stoyan a previous guest of the show. Those answers were so deep and interesting that I left a note and hence we agreed to have this interview.
Katie a real engineer with an affinity to Math and Physics, worked for a few years on the sea analysing data before she made the leap into coaching and never looked back. Her love to connect with people and socialising definitely help her.
Here a few highlights:
Her colour is blue. Mostly turquoise as it reminds her of the sea and sky. The infinity of the univers.
Secret... Knitting and crocheting. It's both manual work and has a mindfulness element in doing so.
Speaks French, English, Spanish and German fluently.
Advice to learn something new. Find the purpose why you want to do it, and then experiment. When creating a new habit it is important to know early what works for you and what not.
Morning Routine:
Meditation (Gratefulness, compassion and visualisation), lay out the day, breakfast and work. Midday workout to refill the tank.
Her view on Creativity:
Anything that uses the right brain, chaotic, unstructured, art
Innovation:
Using creativity with a goal, direction and structure. Take the known and improve it with new ideas.
Creativity in her life:
All the time. Content creation, Sessions with clients thinking on the feet, using a free flow to help change the direction of the session.
Tips to increase creativity:
For the ones with the believe that they are not creative
Misconception about creativity:
Tip to find the next step when being stuck:
Advice she wished she had taken earlier:
Advice she gives but often is not taken:

Hi everyone and welcome to this years final episode with Daniyar from Kasachstan. This short episode for my Christmas Advent series ended being a longer version. For me it was very entertaining to learn about how and when Kazakhstan celebrates Xmas. They don't have Santa Claus as the Russians took him away and replaced him with Father Frost “ded moroz” and his good looking grand daughter. Both dressed in blue and white robes :) And they come on the 31. December not 24 or 25th. For this episode I had Marta Rodriguez-Karpowicz to answer my questions. A woman that has been working on herself to become more herself and is now fully motivate to help others.
A human being with the gift to see the potential in people and how far they could get, and the wish to help them.
Marta and her best friend Anna wanted to make a difference and started in 2017 the podcast “The 5 Options” out of the bedroom. Now more than 2 years later are the two still airing a podcast episode per week and don’t see an end to it.
After that Marta risked the jump and quit her corporate job and is now self employed as conscious healer and coach. Reach Far More.
Things don’t seem to stop here for Marta as she has confessed to write a book as well. She confesses that the conscious healing sessions she took and all the work she puts in her are bringing results and she is in a place she could never imagine before. She is more herself than ever before and on top she finally accepts that she too is creative. Something that she has not accepted in many years.
During this episode we come to talk about what it needs to be creative, how to listen to yourself. What fears can hold us back and what we can do and much more.
Welcome to Marta the Lion with fire as the natural element for high energy and doing; and on the other side the turquoise colour to represent her intuitive and calm side.

“We all have it in us. Believe in yourself.”
Business Coach in Struer where he has lived most of his life, that loves to play with text and words. His path to become a business coach was not the one he chose. He started as Travel Agent and Sales person until he realized that what really triggered him was to help people. Help them to see their strengths.
Morten's strengths are:
“I think I make a difference in the life of people.“ When they leave the office many have more confidence in their abilities and chance to find a job.
What Colour would he be?
He would be the Shiny Bright Black in the colour box.
Bright and shiny because he wants to be seen and standing out. Being different. Black for being grounded and down to earth when needed. Sometimes you need to be funny and high up and other times down to earth.
Creativity:
Creativity is to create something new for yourself and the people you present your idea.
When is Morten creative?
When he has to focus.
Listening to people helps him to focus. Then creative solutions come up, the Ideas just start flowing and he sees the customers strengths and how they can differentiate themselves from others.
Privately he is very creative when telling stories to the kids. So far Morten has only written two stories; One for at that time 14 year old step son and 9 year old step daughter. He enjoys creating stories for kids from 6-10 years of age much more as there are less rules and more is possible. You can fantasise more.
The biggest obstacles for people in Vestjylland is the Janteloven, the Law of Jante. Many Danes life accordingly and are somewhat unconsciously guided by it.
This hinders many a person to highlight what they are good in when searching for a new job. They don't dare to stand out. And that is where Morten loves to provoke.
Advice:
1. "It is better to be remembered negatively than not at all! Be yourself and don't think too much of what the person reading your CV thinks of you. Be yourself. "
2. “You decide”
Morten shares his aunts story who always said “I decide” and didn’t listen to people around her. She was sick and handicapped all her life but pushed through it and by doing so proofed everyone wrong about herself.
Even her licence plate said “kan selv” - I can do it myself
Call for action:
We all have it in us. "Believe in yourself."
You know when you are on the right path. Your body will tell you. You straighten up and your face will light up.

Discussion with Natalie Turner, Founder of the 6I’s and 6 C’s Model Innovation Model and Author of the Book “Yes you can Innovate”. Her favourite colour is red... :) She has 30 years of working experience from different roles in different industries, Corporate and Government. On one point she started asking herself: why do some really good ideas never come to life? That’s when she started creating her 6 I’s model and coaching. Over the years she got great success with her model and has added new services to her model to help business in all kind of industries and sizes. To be able to reach a bigger audience she wrote her 6I's model down as a book. A book that can be read for business purpose or even for the individual that wants to be more innovative and find out where she/he can improve and become better in the innovation. In this episode we come to talk a lot about that everyone can be innovative in their own way. Natalie uses a lot of story telling to help colour the picture. Her 6I’s approach is a very helpful tool to understand where ones strengths in the innovation cycle lay and where one needs to acquire extra skills. Call of action. Think of your own Purpose. Take time to ponder your purpose. Where is that drive and desire for life coming from? What is the opportunity one has?Try and think of ideas how to channel those. Do some Soul searching and really think about “Is this the best use of my skill set and time?”. Is what you are doing helping you to get there? What opportunities are there and how can you feel more alive? You can start running your thinking through the 6I’s as a 5min exercise. The second secret is that he changed his name in the register due to numerology.
Creativity

Ein Interview mit meiner Schwester. Die erste Episode in Schweizer Deutsch
Welche Farbe ist Chantal in der Farbkiste?
Turquoise.
Was fühlst du?

Owner of Storyteller & CO and newly Professor for Storytelling, Design thinking at two online Universities.
We met in the summer of 2019 at the IoT Week in Aarhus DK where I got very curious about him and wanted to know more. For a good reason as this episode shows.
His favourite colour as a kid was yellow like the banana and other tasty fruits. Now as an adult he sees himself more like a chameleon that adapts to the situations. Like a good diplomat.
Mario is a great storyteller and lets us in into many of his secrets.
He gives us his best tip on become a good story teller. And how to avoid to loose the attention of your listeners. Learn to listen first, then understand your customer, their feelings and thinking and then write the story.
A great example on how a corporation can use storytelling right to grow their business is from Booking.com and their 2018 campaign in Spain. They were running two spots. One for extroverts and one for introverts. Neither group realised that Booking.com was running two completly different commercials at the same time. As both felt attracted to one of them and ignored the other one. To understand the “Targeted communication” better, you can watch "Brexit: The Movie (2016)".
We furthermore learn what it means to be creative and how to get into the right state of mind. What advice he should have been taking long ago and what he would change in the school system and why.
Call for action:
Go regular out for a 1hr walk in nature. Once a month, a week or every day is up to you.
Choose your favourite place, be it at the seaside, up the mountain or in the forest. Find a place you enjoy and stay there in silence. This helps you to connect with nature, the environment and yourself.
When you connect to yourself you’ll find doors that open up and reveal things and ideas that want to come out.
When you come home after 1 hour you’ll be a different person than when you left. And you’ll feel more creative

I would never have imagined him coming from the finance “world” when I met him.
After his studies he started working in the film industry and had his own company for a few years before he moved to personal coaching and organising retreats and speaking.
In our conversation he told me his path on how he came to where he is now.
I have had a blast listening to Stoyan and was saddened when we had to stop our talk due to time restrictions.
Our discussion was very deep and full of handy advices on how to craft your life, how to be creative and how to get rid of bad habits and create better ones and so much more.
I am looking forward to our next interview, hopefully in person again.

Interview with Azilda Kaputu
Winner of 2016 X-Factor Denmark together with her sister Anilda as band Embrace.
Azilda is a very creative person and at the age of 24 she has also tried different things.
Azilda is not afraid of trying new things. If you want to grow as a person and improve your skills you have to try new things. Just do it and don’t be afraid of failing.
“I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.” ― Astrid Lindgren, Pippi Longstocking
Azilda gets into “The Flow” of writing a new song when she is truly happy. Then her best ideas are coming. She can also have interesting ideas then she is blue or sad.
For her it is like in movies where suddenly all impressions become part of a song such as the rhythm of people walking, smells and shapes give her inspirations for words and cords. A good Movie example is“August Run”
How does she get in the happy place?
Her tip is to have good nights sleep, a structured day and then a good stretch of uninterrupted time. 2-2.5 hours is enough. Then she is free to feel and think.
Her biggest challenge has been so far to win X-Factor. She was only 20 years old and still at college and had to juggle all those expectations. School assignments, interviews, photoshoots, and performance. Luckily she had her sister Anilda with her. They were close before but grew even closer after the experience. They made it through as they could trust each other and they experienced the same. Plus they tried to have a lot of fun doing so.
What are her Advices and Tips to get through hard time or to grow as a creative.
Get the right Mindset. Tell yourself that “I CAN” and then you will do it.
Surround yourself with the right people. People that respect you the way you are, no matter what position in life you have. Friends and family that lift you up, motivate and inspire you to achieve more.
“I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.” ― Astrid Lindgren, Pippi Longstocking
“You can do twice as much as your mother thinks!” - Unknown

I had the pleasure to interview Krishna (Radhakrishna Jamadagni) from AiSteth. An acoustics device that can screen, detect & predict heart disorders using state-of-the-art signal processing and AI capabilities.
He is a Doctor by profession and has been involved in 3-4 start-ups so far.
We talk about his latest start-up AiSteth (http://aihighway.org/).
He came up with the idea after a cousin was saved by a very experienced doctor that could identify the real problem before it was too late. Pain in the shoulders that was related to the heart.
Doing his research he found out that a heart surgeon needs 8-12 years from start of the medical studies until she/him can work alone to diagnose heart problems. This is due to the complexity of listening to the heart and read the sounds correctly.
Therefore he is convinced that the medical world and staff are in need of such a device.
Not only did we talk about his start-up but also his experiences with all the start-ups he invested in, the advices he didn’t take but should have and what advice he wants to give new start-ups.
Krishna also lets us in in his morning routines, his definition of creativity and innovation and what it means to live in Steven Kings hometown in Main US.
Yours sincerely Oliver Schirach

It is a pleasure to publish this interview I have just come home from. Bojan the Co-founder is very creative and well rounded as well as his employee Ziga. They are both interested and skilled in different things and complement each other at work.
During this interview we covered what creativity and innovation means to them, how they are solving problems and apply creative and innovation thinking to do so.
Bojan is very open to tell his story and where he comes from. More important the problem his service covers and why he started the business in the beginning.
I had a blast and loved to learn more about those two interesting guys.

This Episode is an interview with Olivier Walther. We have met in 2012 during a photoshoot in Basel (Switzerland) of our friend Karim. I remember showing Olivier a few tricks with the camera and the flash set up. Since then he has been developing his skills much and added videography to his repertoire and can definitely teach me some tricks.
Olivier talks about his path and past as a creative and how he profited to hone his skills as an assistant to other photographers and videographers. Until he decided to do the jump and work as a freelance photographer on his projects.
We talked about the moment Olivier knew he is a professional and what he considers work done.
Please enjoy my talk with Olivier Walther.

Hi World.
This is the first interview I conducted for my new Show.
It was a pleasure to be able to interview an old friend from my time at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne https://www.epfl.ch/en/home/). We met playing Basketball and have lost contact after I moved back to Basel and Denmark. Thanks to LinkedIN have we reconnected a few years back and when Martin co-founded his Innovation consultancy did we start talking about innovation and what happened in our lives.
I am very happy that he agreed to help me get the Podcast Show started by answering my questions.
We talk about innovation, start-up, procrastination and how to get over it, creativity and his passion for medieval martial arts.

I shortly introduce me and my new show. My name is Oliver Schirach and I am interested in creativity, innovation, business start ups and personal improvements. For the show I’ll be interviewing people from different fields and different backgrounds on the topics of creativity and innovation. What are the methods, tools, mindsets they use to be creative or innovative. I am going out to find the definition of creativity, innovation and artistry. Is it all the same or not? Do you need one to be able to do the other or not? Those questions and similar ones are the ones I want to learn about. If you stumble on this episode or podcast and like it. Please send me an Audio-file where you shortly describe what creativity and/or innovation means to you. I would love to hear you and create a intro for my Episodes with some of your answers. Until then have a good day
