Stored secret archives of the most evil and most ruthless and most efficient evil mastermind organization in the world, The Legion. Where they are is a mystery but some things are certain. They can control the weather, sort of. Terrible animal hybrids guard their gates, sometimes. They have a vicious Kraken that envelops ships and drags them to the ocean floor, if it feels like it. Okay, so none of the projects have actually been successful per se, but they will, and the world will know the Supreme Overlord's name....as soon as his own people know his name. What is this about?
The Legion is an Evil organization that is bent on dominating the world and then giving everyone reasonable jobs and benefits. Okay, so its not Super evil, but it is Evil. They don't care who they have to destroy, or bribe, or attack with a Skunk/Hippo hybrid. Really. Honest. Fine, you listen and then you tell me.
