Many schools work hard to close achievement gaps, yet still see limited progress. Sometimes the issue isn’t effort, it’s direction and focusing on the right things.
Lasting change starts with asset-based leadership, evidence-based practices, and consistent follow-through; one student, one classroom, one school at a time.

Instructional leadership often fails to improve student outcomes when it’s applied without context and intended follow-through. Many initiatives result in surface-level changes and initiative fatigue rather than lasting impact.
Deepening instructional leadership requires a shift from top-down mandates to influencing environments where teachers thrive. It entails supporting shared leadership, quality teaching, and aligned systems that reinforce meaningful learning.

Confidence is the bedrock of effective leadership. Without it, others will struggle to place their trust in you. The truth is, those you lead often take their cues from your demeanor and actions. If you lack confidence in yourself, it becomes challenging for your team to have confidence in you and, by extension, in the mission you are guiding them toward.

Reading through the Gospels, one might think that Jesus was a farmer rather than a carpenter.
In John 15, Jesus describes himself as a vine with his Father as the husbandman or vinedresser.
Believers in Christ are the very branches attached to the life-giving vine of Jesus!
The Apostle Paul defines this fruit in his letter to the Galatians.
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and temperance…” (Galatians 5:22).
These traits are perfectly demonstrated by God. He calls his children to do the same with the help of the Holy Spirit.
This webinar will dig into Galatians and other passages as we explore each of the “fruits” from Paul’s list:
We’ll first take an overview look at this fruit, discussing the where, when, and how of its growth.

Joni Eareckson Tada suffered a diving accident that severely injured her spinal cord and left her paralyzed from the neck down, and she would spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair.
Joni languished in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities for two years as she struggled to come to terms with her new life. She struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts as the reality of her situation set in.
She began to find hope as friends and family shared the word of God with her. Unable to find hope in medicine, therapies, or even miracles, she began to study the scriptures which came alive and changed her outlook dramatically.
Joni wrote of the “soul-settling hope” that she found in the Lord and in His word. It gave her new life and set her on a course to minister hope to others in similar circumstances.

The prestigious Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to individuals and organizations for over a hundred years.
According to founder Alfred Nobel, it is given to people who have "done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses."
The list of winners of this coveted prize reads like a who's who of world peace...
Arguably the most unlikely of Nobel Peace Prize winners is not a diplomat or a head of state or a loud voice fighting injustice, but a tiny, humble, quiet woman caring for the poor in the crowded slums of Calcutta, India.
Few of us display the sacrificial love of Mother Teresa, yet we can look to people like her as shining examples of living out the greatest commandment.

God wants you to be free from fear...
All of us have been afraid. Afraid of the future, what others think of us, bad things we can’t control, abandonment, illness, death, spiders, heights, consequences of our actions, losing a job, burglars...the list can and does go on.
Fear puts us in a self-made hell. It can control our lives, steal our sleep, destroy our relationships, and generally make us miserable prisoners in our own minds and bodies. It can take years from us, ruin memories, overwhelm our lives, and make us wish we were never born.
There is a way to be free from fear on this side of heaven.
God does not want His people to live in fear. He offers you a life of joy, confidence, contentment, stability, and fruitfulness. In short, He offers you abundant life.

We live in an anxiety-prone world. Far more people than you can imagine grapple with this challenge during crossroads in their careers, and the number is only growing each year. Dealing with anxiety is a part of life. As long as we’re in this present world, temptations to be anxious will always be close at hand.
Apprehension about traffic, missing a deadline, meetings you’re not quite prepared for, interviews, crying children, more responsibilities than you can fit in — these common situations
provoke a physical response. There are also much broader categories:
The world offers a myriad of practical suggestions for battling anxiety - exercise, getting more sleep, support groups, individual counseling, therapy, and many others. These ideas could help you to some degree. There’s no reason not to implement ones you find supportive. But it’s far more helpful to recognize that there is One who has conquered anxiety.
Because of God’s immense love for us, He clearly shares in scripture that there’s a way to experience peace in spite of anxious thoughts.

The first concept a leader should grasp is that truth is not relative. Truth is absolute and if someone tells you that truth is relative, then take a moment to recognize the person standing in front of you is not living intentionally.
