We also explore the courage it takes to change a regime and the balance between sacrifice, drive, and being present in the moment. And we get a firsthand account of the day Ben won the gold medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, along with the emotions that still resonate with him to this day.
Lastly, we delve into the concept of successful goal-setting and the importance of taking risks. Ben shares his insights on how to overcome the fear of failure and judgment, evaluating which decisions to make, and what ingredients are necessary for success.
