We'll discuss and touch on everything from self love, community, music, the shifts happening now in our day and age, relationships, family, spirituality, and elevation in its entirety. I am of the African Diaspora so more often than not I will touch on topics inregards to the Black experience simply because I am of African Descendant. My intentions are never to transcend negative vibes so to anyone offended by my blackness and love for African Americans or any African Diaspora background I love you too just know my love for us runs deep child. Hope you enjoy each and every episode and realize that love is the key to a better world for you and me...

The Sacred Healing Table where we will confront our fears with instead love, peace, enlightenment, joy, laughter, and dope vibrational gestures in order to continue or begin the process of healing from generational traumas, curses, hexes, emotional pains, and anything else that you might feel is holding you back from tapping into your higher unconscious conscious self...
