This episode is about Florence Ballard the Founder of The Supremes is the real biological mother of the Jackson Five and Janet Jackson. Back in the early 1960s during a television interview with The Supremes Diana Ross mentioned that Flo had a rumor of having six children but Florence never objected to that rumor because it was true. It was never stated that Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson were the aunt and uncle of The Jackson Five and Janet Jackson it was the entertainment industry best kept secret but that secret is revealed in the tell all book written by Akashi Media Podcast Live Producer and Host Variety Chenevert who is known as the daughter of Florence Ballard born Rosalyn Nichole but her name got changed to just Rosalyn by a guardian but she was recognized and known as The first Janet Jackson that joined her brother Michael Jackson at the 1975 American Music Awards. She's the one that strut her stuff across stage dress like a mini Supreme Child her identical twin Denise who was her replacement after she was taken back to Detroit to live became JANET JACKSON who is now the Icon Janet. Florence Ballard was supposedly fired from The Supremes but she really went on maternity leave in June 1967and gave birth in December 1967. Her son's became The Jackson Five at Motown with a record deal in 1968 and their real biological father Abraham who became a band mate with Funk band LTD in 1968. Florence Ballard died in 1976 but her Detroit never had her son's Marlon, Michael, Randy, Jermaine and Tito and Jackie in her will they were replaced by Gail Chapman's daughters Michelle Denice, Lisa Sabrina and Nicole Chapman. But Nicole Chapman took Rosalyn Nichole identity for payment. Florence Ballard never attended her guardianship hearings in Detroit for her own daughter Rosalyn Nichole aka Janet Jackson. Florence Ballard son's and her daughter Rosalyn Nichole aka Janet Jackson weren't in their brother's Michael Jackson WILL either and they immediately felt it was a fraud will. Rosalyn Nichole had three guardians on a guardianship Detroit case but never lived with any of them she was at home alone as a latchkey child after Diana Ross brought her back to Detroit from Los Angeles where she had been living with her mother Florence who wasn't in Detroit upon that return. Their father Abraham James Dean was a composer and he composed and wrote the Jackson Five hit songs including The Love You saved. Rosalyn Nichole use to have to sign the song at the organ as he played it and Florence use to coach her and he taught his son's how to play instruments because he and Florence were both in the music business. A Los Angeles homeless woman from Detroit by the name of Paula Bryant was scammed by a fraud landlord and obviously other organizations and resources in the Hollywood area. Paula was staying at the homeless shelter in Los Angeles in the Hollywood area Path located off Schrader Ave and had a slip and fall and had to be taken to the hospital during her time in the hospital during recovery she lost her shelter bed. The shelter didn't save her bed for her. She was transported from the hospital to a nursing home for further recovery. She obviously never had a personal injury attorney to look into her case or circumstances. The Circle team showed up and was referred by the Hollywood LAPD to talk to PAULA BRYANT at the Durant library on Saturday February 17, 2024 regarding giving her a referral to a woman's shelter in Hollywood after she went there on her own and they told her she needed a referral for emergency shelter. The Circle Team said they were unable to assist her but they did have he photo of Paula Bryant on their mobile phone supposedly from their CES system. Another woman was there while construction contractors were working on the home. Paula was scammed out of her Michigan Id, her social security card and her SSI money of $1,000 she got $190 in food stamps and the woman left her $20 for the month. They also requested her birth certificate and supposedly reached out to Paul's family in Detroit for her birth certificate but they never responded. She said the alleged victim stole Jermaine's car after he told her that she couldn't drive it. She took his car keys and his car and left anyways. Jermaine discovered his car was gone out of the driveway and drove to her house to get his car back and Rosalyn was with him when he went there. Jermaine knocked on the door and he came in with his sister Nichole Rosalyn and the alleged victim was there with her husband and Jermaine told her husband that your wife took my car. Controversy has been steamy since Icon Billionaire Own Entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey hired Taraji Henson for The Color Purple. What has happened here and what is really going on with nominated Oscar Actor Taraji? Why does she have a production team separate from the film production team? She says the people on production needs to get paid and she's always taking home 50% less because of taxes. First of all, film production companies are a tax exempt entity so they don't pay taxes they get incentives. Second an actor is considered a contractor and they pay their own taxes but they have an option to request for taxes to be taken out. Third, how Taraji never seems to know what she's going to be making? It normal film production ethics a production company sends a letter of intent with an interest to hire the cast or actor at that time their representation will follow up with their star and letting them know the role, the production, give a script if available and information about pay. Taraji on the other hand must doesn't have a representation that brings her all the information regarding the production up front. They are just talking for her and just agree to any amount. But what's strange about her reps, talent agency etc is that they know she's a big star and she should be that $20 million dollars per film actor that she wants to be. How come they are not negotiating a higher bar of pay for her if that's going to be more money for her talent agency or personal manager? Something is off with her contracts. Her contracts sounds like a recording deal contract. However, assumption is that The Color Purple was shot during the Sag Strike and usually no pay is the same in any career during the strike. Taraji Henson is not alone in getting paid low acting gigs. However at the same time her pay is not 6 cents checks like the Oscar winner actor from Pose who is now homeless. None of the other complaining actors are taking home 6 cents checks and homeless but could be. The Pose actor is homeless with HIV. Just when you think your doing bad someone else is doing worse. But what demanding actor is going to stand up for another star to get paid. Sounds like the strike needs to be back on or these actors need new representation.Whenever an actor wants more money they have an option to become an investor in the production? Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry and Spike Lee have tight network where they own their own production company and are billionaires and are employers. They are actors too. But how much did Quincy Jones pay Oprah for The original Color Purple? What is it that Denzel Washington have to do to become to expensive for Spike Lee to hire after doing multiple Spike Lee Joints? How did Denzel and Jamie Foxx and Will Smith become movie moguls? Did they become investors in film productions. Will Smith has had riders for productions for special requests of accomodations. Taraji doesn't sound like she ever has a rider unless it's to have a separate production team from the film production. It might be a good option to exercise the network of these movie moguls who keeps their square tight to ask questions how can a low pay Oscar nominated actor get on? Get to where they are? The Mayfair was used apart of the COVID-19 and had over $20 million dollars in renovations. The Homeless were no longer housed their after the pandemic. There is a huge profitable ROI on the Homeless community. The Homeless is used as prospects to lease to but many do not get in New homes based on criteria they put in place which mean after waiting a couple years they won't be a good prospect to house. So, the Homeless that will be willing to take Real Estate classes and become a Real Estate agent and broker and Real Estate developer should. They should consider going on these government websites and get approved $80 million dollars for affordable housing.

Her 37 year old daughter Krystian Blue was called today and told that her husband Gerard died two years ago and No one called her about her estranged husband's death. He was buried without her consent and no one informed her about his funeral the funeral home show his death certificate as unmarried. Gerard was an only child. Variety witnessed their marriage in 2010 and signed as a witness in Detroit. All their assets has been dissolved including his pension, their real estate property. A Michigan County Clerk supposedly told Krystian he's been dead two years and she doesn't have rights to get any of her husband's assets and she needs to take her marriage license to the funeral home. Variety Chenevert her mother advised her to go online and request a State Death Certificate and the details will show who made the decision on her husband. A local Detroit church has been doing Krystian income taxes but never gave her refund earn income credit for her four children Kenneth, Kairo,Karmya and Chance. Someone in their late 40's and early 50's has been using Krystian social security number and has gotten savings bonds in her name and Fasa financial aid and ripped her off of over $60,000 of earned income credit from the irs. Variety her mother has told her to leave Detroit because there are no living relatives in Detroit. But the Chapmans. Gail Chapman, Lisa Chapman and Michelle Chapman and Nicole Chapman have ALL been linked to Krystian. Krystian was taken from Los Angeles in 2002 by a relative and taken to Detroit and gotba fraud guardianship ordered by Judge Freddie G. Burton Jr. The same Judge accused of robbing Rosa Parks estate in Detroit. The government has set up a system if you don't ay your mortgage you lose your home, if you don't pay property taxes you lose your home, if a landlord who goes up on rent that accepts section 8 and the voucher doesn't cover rent increase and you can't find a new home, you lose your home The government is apart and responsible for the homeless problem by not implementing alternatives. The mental health is a social business that has a high return on roi a return on investment. The people who's ancestry are entitled to the Native American payments who DNA ancestry matches should fight to get payments of $10,000-$300,000 per month they are entitled to and people will have a place to live and it would get rid of encampment. People can't afford to live on retirement payments can live better on Native American tribe payments of $10,000-$300,000 that's the money the government should be handing out

This commentary is about how people say these are the last days and the world is coming to an end. Akashi Media Podcast Live podcaster Variety Chenevert believes contrary time does continue and at some point time will stop as far as death physically but time continues in the after life. There have been other great prophets, leaders and healers since Jesus death. Time did not stop but humanity continue to multiple through time. God is an artist he created all kinds of planets, galaxies, stars, moons, plants, trees, races through time. Time allows progress and progression. It takes time to plan to develop and to manifest. To have a mindset that the world is coming to an end and these are the last days. Questions the days of what? The last days of who? A person shouldn't feel they don't have time to do anything. Life is given to you make the best out of it. Jesus was great. But so are you. God has created other great people since then. There are other great people that can be in the Bible books have new editions. It's all for God's purpose. There are other stories to tell, other miracles, other visions and dreams that have happened. Life is given and taken. There are days God takes who he wants and keeps who he wants for a certain time. Time waits for no one it will continue to move forward. People will continue to be born and die but in the meantime we should all use our time in our life the best we can and make room for improvement regardless, prison, jail, emancipation we can go to God for everything done people repeat things until they get it right not everyone does it right the first time. Life has room for mistakes, errors and failure. We have room for corrections and even God destroyed the world once by water at a different time line and started over again and next time by fire and will start over again. Go has other elements besides fire and water but it's all here for the Good. The devil himself started out with God from heaven before he was casted upon the earth that God gave him as an inheritance. The devil came from heaven before he ever went to hell? Or did he? He was always of the spirit never of the flesh. Jesus is from the flesh and of a spirit. Nevertheless we all still God's creation in some kind of way. As long as life has been formed it existed even if it's for a short time. Life is borrowed time on God's timeline of life. Zero is a great number that means greater. We take nothing with us of physical or tangible but the spirit. Good and bad is ying and yang. The world was never meant to be all good or all bad too much of anything can be bad. This world and all in it belongs to God he uses us to build.

Podcaster Variety Chenevert shares technical and analysis experience from working in television and film in the 1990s to 2000s how the media had changed over time but the Media used and evidence used for the prosecution of R. Kelly's Chicago Federal VHS Sex Tape Trial. The prosecution had over 20 witnesses and alleged victims who claims they made sex tapes with R. Kelly each witness that took the stand were in ONLY VHS Tapes videos and no other form of media just VHS Tapes that were shot with a VHS Camcorder from the 1990s to the 2000s and even during the 2000s trials R Kelly videos were still on VHS Tapes the media nor the format never changed from VHS to CD, DVD, Laserdisc, 8mm, or any kind of media in the course of the years. The VHS video had been duplicated so many times that the color from the original recording became blurry. Recording video could have had options of special effects such as voice-over add-ins where a person can silence the original vocal and add another person's voice to the video, there is an option to see someone mouth moving but audio can also be added with timing of the movement and to sound like that person from sound effects like celebrity voices. The VHS Tape original origin could be questionable on the format origin if was shot in USA VHS format or PAL or if it actually had conversions many times inorder for the video to be reviewed multiple times or copied.

LA County wants to live off the homeless because they want to turn ALL hotels and motels in LA County into permanent homeless shelters and they realize getting $300,000 per 🚪 door is a profitable business. Kelly Brooklyn prison transfer to Chicago prison for his August Chicago Trial, Biden gets COVID 19 Again, Housing Authorities buying hotels supposedly to house the homeless and claim to rehabilitate hotels but have not but instead had Homeless agencies employees in the hotels but never kept the contract agreement Housing Authority in Los Angeles didn't even put a battery in a smoke detector, never had inspections. Homeless people in hotels have been asked to go to shelters when the emergency housing voucher is supposed to pay for the hotel rooms and the hotel owners $300,000 per month per door. Housing Authority is the reason for the homeless problem for keeping a 30 years waiting list and building apartments that was supposed to house the homeless but thousands are still in outside while hotels like the Santa Monica Wyndham sit empty. The Housing Authority uses so called outreach on foot employees to collect data off homeless people off the streets such as their social security number, ID, and birth certificate while living in tents, cars etc and claiming they are going to give them housing and place them on waiting list. The Los Angeles Housing Authority is closed to the public and their employees claims to work from home scanning homeless people identification through the CES from their mobile phones and laptop. After the homeless agency gets their info homeless people are asked to go to a different shelter instead of given a emergency housing voucher for section 8 and a permanent home. Homeless people who gave there information never got their pandemic money from EDD which ended up with fraud by attorneys and edd unemployment employees, law enforcement agencies sponsor homeless programs, homeless people are supposed to get $8,000 in relocation funds to move into homes, or handle their business for a new place, pay bills etc they are not giving that. The housing authority is acting like private investors for themselves in to buy hotels from hotel owners. When they could be placing people in the new apartment buildings built instead of making the homeless problem hotel owners problem. Homeless people who have given their identity documents have had liens all of a sudden from tax boards and other agencies to prevent them from having their tax refunds and tax credits or pandemic money. While the homeless is still outside or homeless homeless agency employees are profiting and living off the homeless. Native Americans want people to vote to keep casinos but yet they still won't approve African American Native Americans who has been proven by DNA Ancestry test that they are Native American. Native American Bureau said it's still not good enough. African descendents brought from various countries of Africa by slavery ancestry bloodline been around over 400,000 years proven but the new Native Americans white been around 10,000 are getting paid $300,000-$500,000 per month WITHOUT proven ancestry. African Americans are getting small welfare social security checks when they are Entitled to $500,000 per month because their ancestors did work for it as slaves for FREE while White Native American skin still continue to deny Black Indians in America and have law enforcement continue to murder black people because law enforcement agencies are created from the Native American Tribes. Homeless People have been taken advantage of by local agencies in California and they have agencies such as St Joseph, People Concern, Path, LAHSA that have said that some agencies who supposedly work remotely on foot have walked up to people and asked them for last four if the their social security number and I'd info, and claim they can get I'd at their agencies. Some homeless people said they never got it and had to apply twice for it. They never received their EDD Pandemic checks, or stimulus checks. There were Project RoomKey hotels that didn't have regular hotel and motel staff or phones in rooms or could receive mail or have visitors. Beware of people that claim they have housing or theirs a waiting list or they don't know where the housing is. This can become a form of human trafficking. Always get a USPS box office box or private mail box at a ups store etc, If you start getting tax liens letters when you are supposed to get a refund. Go to the IRS and ask if that tax agency reported the lien, the IRS wants to see the letter. Always call to find out what address is in file. Go to your local USPS of the zip code your mail goes to and talk to the supervisor about the address or carrier on route if they are making deliveries or if a change of address was put in. Project RoomKey has dissolved and now it's supposed to be Homekey. Verify HUD programs. Homeless People and others in need are supposed to get $1,000 a month and over $20,000 in relocation assistance. Check with your local City Hall and their websites. Beware of human traffickers, identity theft.

AKASHI MEDIA PODCAST LIVE with VARIETY CHENEVERT Podcast host investigates the emergency assistance that's supposed to be given to homeless individuals throughout the USA. Particularly the state of California where agencies such as LAHSA has it on their website that FEMA is financing the disaster. A City official confirmed that the agency St. Joseph that is supposed to receive their financing from St. Joseph and that they had been approved through LAHSA to find the homeless a place to live and put them in hotel and motel rooms but their are many homeless people that ended back out on the streets and never received a place to live or relocation assistance for a place to live. Relocation assistance was supposed to be given if you lived in a car, park, beach, place to place whether you were single or have a family. The supposedly St. Joseph staff came to the Albott Kinney Park in Venice, CA and asked Variety Chenevert while in her tent for her personal information such as her name and last four digits of her social security number and they took of picture and scanned her photo to personnel at St. Joseph staff and Mental Health employees at the Cadillac Hotel in Venice, CA where her uncle Sri owns and gifted to her as a child. She went to the Cadillac Hotel with the posed St. Joseph staff employees by SUV a few blocks to her hotel and when she got there is no hotel employees at the front desk like they are at ALL her other PATEL relatives who owns over 90% of hotels in USA. In the lobby there are just so-called medical people from Los Angeles County Mental Health with no bade or name tags that take your temperature, other employees from two other agencies from Downtown Los Angeles Chrysalis and St. Joseph who was supposed to be local in Venice, CA on Rose and Lincoln. But they said they didn't have their own office. But COVID-19 mandate is over and these people are still in her hotel as if they squatted out the place. No inspections have been done or any updates to the hotel to restore it to it's normal state of cleanings such as carpets and exterior etc. The phones are missing in the rooms that were left there by Sri for the hotel guest to use to call the front desk and relatives and friends. Variety Chenevert reached out to City officials regarding COVID 19 and asked if St. Joseph was approved to be placed in their hotel for Project RoomKey which dissolved last year 2021 or extended to Spring of 2022 and then dissolved in May and the city official said no they were not approved. Nor were they on LAHSA list of approved organizations for funding. Last year Sri was arrested for supposedly shooting a homeless African-American but he was jailed, post bail and case dropped. A security guard who supposedly worked at the Cadillac Hotel shot the homeless male because Sri the hotel owner told him to. Variety Chenevert finds that hard to believe because their family are the Patels who owns 90% of motels and hotels in USA and many in California and the Cadillac hotel has been helping homeless and less fortunate people for many years since the 1940's and her the first SRO single room occupancy. Her grandfather Kanijibha Desai started the hospitality industry in America who was a India Gujarati immigrant who left India and lived in Kenya Africa and her family are Kenyans and Moors from India are mixed Kenyan, India Indian, Nigerians and Ghanian who came to USA and resided in San Francisco and San Diego, Ohio and Detroit. Variety Chenevert is currently searching for the whereabouts of her Uncle Sri because he has not been seen nor is his staff at the hotel like All the other PATEL original staff still at other motels and hotels that participated in the COVID 19 Project RoomKey. Variety Chenevert is the only family member of Sri at Cadillac Hotel on the 4th floor in room 403. She is also a Real Estate agent for Rodeo Realty.

This was the original plan for the African and Asians and India Indians to do business with one another but for some reason that plan became abolish by white supremacy. We need to develop a new community of multi currency as it is today with bitcoins with local businesses and businesses online. We need to encourage people who have the desire to start their own bank, trust companies, credit union to also exercise the option to create their own currency with that business and still exchange with other currency locally and globally. We need to develop homes that are really affordable with or without section 8. Think about what you paid for rent when you got your first place to live comfortable on your own. Use that concept and do the same for someone starting out the gate as well. Don't be a landlord or real estate investor and charge high rent have some buildings with apartments or townhomes at the amount your first rent was so other's can have a comfortable place to live. You will help people save money so they can buy a home and save their earnings or become rich like you. If you create a building or townhomes with the cost of rent you paid when you became independent you will help kill homelessness and that's what the problem is. You can make up the difference at another more expensive building. Creating wealth is creating new methods and options of currency locally and being able to exchange those currencies in our community and businesses. It will increase job wages and help with taxes.

It's strange that they are in the media still calling themselves his ex girlfriend. This is just a bizarre case because the victims seem bizarre. It's illegal to make a documentary about someone's in who's living life without their consent. I don't know how the producer got away by not asking R Kelly permission. Inorder to have a documentary and air it. It had to be a budget in place and all the victims compensated to tell their story.

Josie Harris left three children behind and so did Flo Ballard, Nichole found her mother Flo lying down on the floor in the living room almost dead. One of Josie's kids found her dead in the car. Josie died March 03/09 and six months from now is Sept 3rd 09/03. Nichole father Lawrence was Floyd Mayweather Sr. Best friend he died six months before Flo died.
