To finish the series, we are talking about Mary, the mother of Jesus. Pastor Brian takes us through how the story of her obedience led to her fulfilling a God-given purpose and what we can learn from her story.
Pastor Rick continues our series about women in the Bible by talking about Deborah. The story of Deborah can show us how we can be courageous even when we don't feel it.
Brian begins our series that highlights three women from the Bible with the woman of Rahab. Through the story of Rahab that Brian takes us through, we can see that God can and will use those who love Him despite the things they've done in the past.
As we wrap up this series, Pastor Rick gives us one of the most important jobs we have as Christians: to talk about our faith with non-believers. Along with a couple strategies and things to remember!
In the first week of our series, Pastor Brian helped us to understand why we pray. Next, Pastor Rick gives us four things to remember how to pray to God.
To kick off the series, Pastor Brian uses our memory verse to highlight four things that we should ask God for in our prayers if we want to develop a stronger connection in our prayer lives.
For Easter 2024, Pastor Rick gives us three benefits that faith in Jesus Christ gives us. While we may not have witnessed the resurrection or even seen Jesus in person, faith is the cornerstone of having a relationship with our risen Savior.
What's your first instinct when you encounter change? Do you go with the flow or are you inclined to push back? In this message Pastor Rick talks about the importance of being an active and contributing member in church. We've all been given gifts by God, not so that we can keep them to ourselves, instead so that we can use them.
Pastor Brian wraps up our series by asking the question: "What does love require of me?" Finding consistent and meaningful relationships may be difficult, but they are the ones we value the most!
Pastor Brian helps us consider the question: what is the mature thing to do? Often, we tend not to take everything into account, but here we want to consider our past experience, current circumstances and future hopes.

As we kick off a new year at One Church, we begin a series that will challenge us with five questions everyone should ask themselves. In 2024, we ask: are we being honest with ourselves...really?
To celebrate Christmas Eve, Pastor Rick closes our Advent series with Love. When we think of how we should love other people we first must remember the love that Jesus has for us.
Much of the Christmas season talks about joy during the holidays, but what is joy and how can we practice joy in our everyday lives? Pastor Brian gives us three things that can help us grow joy.
Pastor Rick continues our Advent by speaking about peace. This message is all about where our peace comes from as Christians and how we can maintain our peace in a world where that might feel impossible.

Anxiety has become something that is so prevalent these days, Pastor Rick lays out three simple things that we should do when we face feelings of anxiety!
If we're being honest, most people would say they have dealt with some kind of mental health problem in their life. So how does God call us to handle these struggles when they do come?

Pastor Rick kicks off our series by talking about how pride is the root of almost every problem. Ultimately, pride can't give us the same things that God can give us. We challenge you with this message to ask yourself: Where is my pride?
To close series, Pastor Rick takes themes from "Champions" to talk about how serving God and others is what we were designed to do! Serving is one of the many ways that we can impact others on a personal level and our entire community when we serve together as a team.
Drawing from themes of the movie "Avatar: The Way of Water" Pastor Brian expands on the idea of guarding your heart. People say 'follow your heart' but will that lead us to what's best for us in the long run? What we allow into our heart will be one of the big indicators of where we are headed.
What do we do when a storm comes? Maybe a family member passes away or we lose our job or we get into a major financial crisis. Jesus tells us plainly that storms WILL happen in our life, so how do we deal with them? Pastor Rick unpacks what it looks like to keep our eyes on Jesus when we have troubles.
Pastor Rick highlights the classic movie remake "The Little Mermaid" and talks about the decisions that Ariel makes that lead her down a certain path and how it can teach us that our decisions have consequences (good and bad!) Our everyday choices that we make matter more than we think so we make each decision with an intentional heart towards God.
This is a special week as we watch Pastor Kevin preach at the Medina Campus for the very first time! Kevin talks about the movie "Indiana Jones" and about blessings. There are different types of blessings, specifically how God blesses us, how we can bless God and how we can bless other people.
Pastor Rick kicks off an annual series that we LOVE! Rick takes the themes that are woven throughout "Mission Impossible" and relates them to how we have also been set out on a mission by God to tell people about Jesus.
To wrap up our series, Pastor Rick discusses the fruit of self-control. This fruit keeps us accountable to who we are and who God is. Consistency in all areas of our lives is a vital piece of being a Christian who strives to be like Jesus.
It's easy to label something as "gentle" and think that it's also weak or timid or etc. Pastor Brian challenges this thought plainly stating that gentleness is NOT weakness or passivity by it's strength that is under control.
We have all heard that God is a faithful God but how does being faithful apply to our lives as Christians? As we've learned about in this series: the fruits of the Spirit are a way that we can reflect the nature of God. Today, let's learn how.
Integrity is an important part of our character. What we say (especially as Christians) should be a reflection of our actions whether other people are watching or not! Pastor Rick gives us an integrity check and how we can develop the kind of integrity that guides us to become more like Jesus.

This week, we're talking about Conflict Resolution—where we resolve to not fight the each other, but instead fight FOR our relationship. The time we decide to put down our "weapons" (e.g. raised voices, name calling, sarcasm, etc.) and pick-up the power of the Holy Spirit. The power to set aside pride, the power of choice rather than basking in emotion. Take hold of these moments and let's grow together in faith!
God's desire for us in relationships is for us to be teammates not roommates: "Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble." – Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 NLT
