In this episode, we tackle mental health with Andre Bateman.
To be precise we tackle mental health and its relationship to money.
About our guest:
With a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the West Indies and his current pursuit of his Ph.D. in Sports Psychology, we knew he was the perfect guest to relay this topic to us all.
Further Context:
This COVID-19 period has been a very difficult time for most, consisting of covering mental blemishes, wrecks in personal and business relationships, and even re-evaluating one's own consciousness.
Some of us need guidance, a solution, or even an avenue for recovery.
Now is not the time to be worrying about ego when our mental health is on the line, especially if that illness or issue is a derivative of a money-based problem.
Listen carefully, let this episode be the catalyst to finding the avenue to that solution.
Whether you are listening to find the solution for yourself or a friend, take mental health seriously and immediately address the issues by consulting a physician or a registered clinical psychologist.
"What mental health needs are more sunlight, more candor, more unashamed conversation" Glenn Close.
