Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the connection between Facebook and weight. Do you ever scroll through your Facebook wall at breakfast or lunchtime? Most of us do. Unfortunately, distraction at meal time can lead to over eating.
Those vacation and baby photos might seem innocent, but they pull your attention away from your stomach. When you’re distracted, it takes longer to notice when you’re full. Plus, you might even snack.
So here’s your tip for today:
Put your phone out of reach during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Observe the world around you and just take a moment to be present while you eat. Your stomach will thank you for it.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn about exogenous ketones. Here’s a simple tip for you today: Stay away from exogenous ketones.
Here’s why: Companies everywhere claim that these are “miracles” to lose weight, boost energy and get back into ketosis.
However, there’s very little evidence that these exogenous ketones supplements have any meaningful impact. Plus, they’re expensive! Instead put that money towards wholesome, fresh, real foods. Things like grass-fed beef and loads of vegetables.
Some Keto dieters thing they can take exogenous ketones, eat whatever they want and still lose weight. Sorry, it doesn’t work that way. Stay away. You’ll thank me later.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the 10-minute keto dinner tip.
Do you struggle to find time to cook dinner?
Me too.
There’s a great way to whip up a healthy and delicious keto dinner in 10 minutes.
Here’s how:
Bake chicken or fish in the oven and steam vegetables in the microwave.
Let me break this technique down for you:
While the oven preheats, chop vegetables into large pieces (things like broccoli and cauliflower) and put them in a bowl with 2cm of water. Cover it with cling film.
If you microwave the veggies on high for 3-4 minutes, they’ll be done.
No saucepans. No boiling water. It’s much faster.
Once the oven’s preheated place frozen fish or chicken into the oven.
After the meat is cooked serve up the steamed veggies and any other vegetables you want.
The full length of time might be 30 minutes but it only requires 10 minutes of ACTIVE work from you.
Once the meat is in the oven and the veggies are in the microwave, you work is done.
This is a great way to eat healthy when you don’t have time.

Hi there, It’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover whether you should focus on total carbs or net carbs.
There’s a lot of talk about total carbs vs net carbs.
Today I want to provide a tip to simplify all this:
Track total carbs rather than net carbs.
Why?
Because it’s too much math. If you track total carbs, you’re less likely to go over your daily keto limit.
Plus to confuse things further, in the US, UK and Australia, the way they measure net carbs is different.
The simplest method (and one that applies to everyone) is to track total carbs.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the yellow straw water tip. How much water do you really need to drink each day? 8 glasses, 5 glasses, 10 glasses, 100 glasses!? It’s confusing, right? Here’s a great way to know that you’ve drunk enough water.
When you go to the toilet, check the color of your urine. If it’s the color of straw, (a pale yellow) you’ve had enough. If it’s darker, you need more water. Simple, right? No calculations. No guessing. No obsessing. There’s enough things to keep track of in life, it’s nice to know that you don’t need to watch your water intake now.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the keto cheese block tip. Do you love cheese? Me too. It’s full of fat and makes meals taste delicious. However, there’s one great way to avoid eating too much on Keto. Swap grated cheese for a block of cheese.
Why? It stops you eating cheese as an impulse. See, with a block of cheese, you have to take it out of the fridge, grab a knife, find the chopping board, cut a piece and eat it. Now, it becomes a conscious action. If you have a bag of shredded cheese in the fridge, you can grab a small handful whenever you feel hungry. Add this small barrier to shift your cheese eating choices to a conscious level. You’ll thank me later.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the little-known drink that kicks you out of ketosis. Want to know how you can drop out of ketosis faster than you can say chocolate chip cookie? Drink flavored waters. These drinks are delicious with a light fruity taste but be careful!
They’re often loaded with sugar. Always read the label carefully when you buy them. And if you can, avoid them all together. The best idea is to drink normal water. However, if you want a sweet flavor, go for Stevia. It’s a zero calorie alternative to sugar.

Hi there, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the keto meal focus mistake.
Where do you focus your attention when you prepare a meal?
If you’re like most keto dieters, you prioritize your macros.
In other words, getting the right balance of fats, carbs and proteins.
The problem with this method is that you often don’t get enough micronutrients in your diet.
Instead, try this:
Focus meals around your vegetables, and THEN balance it out with your macros.
Here’s an example:
Main focus: Fried zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add macros: A piece of steak with garlic butter.
See, if you only focused on your macros, you might only eat a steak, not the vegetables too.
And remember: veggies go a long way to keep you full and satisfied.
So change your focus and feel fuller longer on Keto.

Good morning, Its Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover something you might be guilty of on keto. Have you hit a weight loss stall? Are you struggling to lose stubborn pounds?
There’s a big mistake that many keto dieters make:
They eat too much protein. You see, when you do this, some of the amino acids that your body produces turn into glucose. And sadly, that means you could go over your carb limit and drop your body out of ketosis. So many keto dieters watch their carbs, but neglect their protein intake. Aim to get around 20-25% of your daily calories from protein.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover how to suppress your cravings for snacks. We are creatures of habit. Often times we do things because we’ve always done them before. Habits are powerful and control a lot of our willpower. And where is one of the worst places our poor food habits are triggered? When you watch TV.
The scenario goes like this: feel tired, sit on couch, turn on TV and eat snacks. Many of us don’t pay attention to what we eat when we watch TV. In fact, TV and snacks go hand in hand. See, these bad patterns occur from a trigger event that happens right before the habitual action. (A.k.a. eating snacks.) The solution?
Cut down the amount of trigger events. (Therefore, watch less TV.) This might help you eat less snacks, especially carb loaded ones, and stay in ketosis longer. And if you turn on your TV out of habit too often?… unplug it from the wall. That’s the tip for today.

Today, you’ll discover the “zero-time” exercise method for busy people.
As you know, time is precious. You probably find it hard to exercise in your daily routine. I know I do! So here’s how to exercise without detracting from your daily activities:
Go for 10 minute walks during your work breaks. Whether you work at home, in an office or anywhere else, you’re basically forced to take breaks. Why not use these times for a walk? It’s much better than sitting down. You’ll feel more energized and find it easier to stay productive when you return to work.
Especially if you sit down all day for your job. Heck, even if you work 60 hours per week, you have time to do this! Not only could the exercise help shed fat, it might make you a healthier person too.

Today, you’ll discover how to get enough fat while you’re on the keto diet. Let’s face it, sometimes getting enough fat can be tough. So here’s a great tip to help: Add coconut oil to your morning tea or coffee. This adds a unique flavor to your drink. Plus, the fat helps satiate and keep you full.
And if you don’t like the taste of coconut oil? Try MCT oil, heavy cream or butter instead. These alternatives give you the added fat you need. You’ll reach your daily macro goals, lose more weight and be happier as a result.

Today, you’ll discover the keto milk switch tip. Do you miss milk on Keto? Unfortunately cow’s milk is full of carbs and sugar. (Around 12 grams of carbs per cup!) Luckily, there’s a delicious milk alternative you can add to your coffee, tea or other favorites. Almond milk.
Yep, this keto-friendly white stuff has very low carbs and keeps you in ketosis. How many carbs? It can vary so read the label carefully. However, on average almond milk has around 1 gram of carbs per cup. That’s 12 times less than regular milk. It has a fun and unique flavor that adds some character to your drinks and dishes. So next time you crave milk, go for almond.

Today, you’ll discover how kitchen utensils can help you shed pounds. There’s one thing for certain in America…
… people eat too much food.
Our portion sizes are out of control. So here’s a simple but profound tip that can shed dozens of pounds. Buy smaller plates and bowls. This might sound like a joke but I’m serious. Think it’s easy to eat a small portion from a large bowl? Just try it.
You’ll see how strange and unpleasing it looks.
And that’s why this is so important. When you use smaller plates and bowls you naturally eat less food without realizing it. Buy a set of small plates and bowls and see the difference this makes.

Today, you’ll discover the one coconut-based food you should avoid on keto. Coconut has taken the world by storm. It’s packed with nutrients, delicious and healthy. The oil is great for cooking and the natural fruit is good in moderation on the diet.
However, avoid coconut water at all costs. Why? It often contains 11g of carbs per cup. So if you get a big bottle of coconut water, that’s A LOT of carbs. It’s misleading. If coconut fruit and oil is good, you’d assume that coconut “water” is fine, but it’s not. When you’re thirsty, drink green tea, black coffee or squirt a drop of fresh lemon juice in your tap water.

Today, you’ll discover the best variation of the keto diet to get involved with.
Do you struggle to pick a keto diet?
There are dozens to choose from. In the keto world you have… standard, very low carb, MCT keto, well formulated, cyclical, targeted, high protein… the list goes on. With all these choices, you might be overwhelmed and frozen with “paralysis by analysis.” I’ll make it easier for you:
If you don’t know where to start, try the Standard Keto Diet. Why? It’s the most researched and studied of all the diets and it’s called standard for a reason… It’s popular! Don’t put off your need to shed pounds. Get stuck into the Standard Keto Diet and move closer to your goal. Heck, if things don’t work out after a few months, then you can reevaluate your situation and make changes.

Today, you’ll discover the little-known keto vegetable mistake.
If you struggle to lose weight, it’s often the hidden carbs in a food or drink you didn’t realize.
And when it comes to vegetables, most are safe to eat on Keto.
(Obviously you should avoid root vegetables like carrots, potatoes and parsnips.)
However, there’s a type of food many don’t realize they should rarely eat on keto when it comes to vegetables…
… and that’s vegetable juice.
While vegetable juice seems great, it’s actually full of carbs.
Sometimes the main vegetable is tomato, other times it’s carrot.
It can contain up to 10g of carbs per cup!
So be careful with vegetable juice. The best strategy is to avoid it all together.
However, if you can’t live without it, dilute a small amount in water and track your portions.
Avoid vegetable juice and see how it changes your weight loss results.

Hey, it’s Gillian from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
And let me ask you, would you like to lose a lot of weight very quickly on the Keto diet? If so, then pay attention.
The following tip works like crazy. Here’s the tip in a nutshell:
Eat ZERO carbs per day. Not 30 grams of carbs. Not 20 grams of carbs. Not even 10 grams of carbs. ZERO CARBS. Most advice from experts states you should eat 20 grams of carbs per day to get into Ketosis. That’s usually enough for most people to start burning fat. So when you eat ZERO carbs, it forces your body into Ketosis faster. It also causes your body to burn much more fat, a lot quicker. It’s extreme, but so are the results. If you like this tip, and you want more... Plus, if you want hundreds of fat burning Keto recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks...

Today, you’ll discover how you can eat cake on Keto. Do you miss cakes and sweets? Wish there was a way you could still eat your favorite delicious desserts and stay in ketosis? There is! Swap normal flour for almond flour. It’s the best keto-friendly flour alternative. Why? Because it’s high in fat with only 4 grams of net carbs per half cup. It’s perfect to bake that Sunday treat. :)
Note: You may need to add other ingredients to fill out your recipes a little. For example, eggs. You can buy almond flour at most grocery stores. However, unlike wheat, almond flour can go stale fast. So after you open the packet, make sure you don’t store the flour in the cupboard. That’s a big mistake some keto dieters make. Instead, store it in the fridge. So there you have it! A great way to bake keto-friendly cakes and sweets.

So here’s a little tip to make it easy to exercise:
Find something else that motivates you to exercise. What do I mean?

Are you social? You can walk and chat with a friend. If you love animals, start a dog walking service. This creates accountability and forces you to walk each day. And heck, you get paid too!
Do you love novels? Download an audiobook onto your phone and set a rule: You can only listen to each chapter while you walk. Do you love to learn? Listen to podcasts while you walk. This stimulates your mind and takes the focus away from being active.

Today, you’ll discover how to shed stubborn pounds. Some time ago, A woman named Deborah struggled with her weight. In fact, she had this challenge ever since high school. By the age of 15 she was 50 pounds overweight.
And for the next 8 years she struggled to shed the fat. She tried Weight Watchers and lost 30 lbs. However, she always felt hungry and deprived. Sadly, a year later she put the weight back on. The cycle continued for decades.
Go on a diet. Lose some weight. Put the weight back on. It was frustrating. To make matters worse, she was diagnosed with a condition that affected her life. A condition that might have been connected to insulin resistance. And that’s when two things changed everything for her. She discovered that artificial sweeteners can raise your insulin levels.
Low-carb diets might not lower your insulin levels without fasting. So she cut out sweeteners and started fasting. The results? Incredible! After decades of struggle, within 12 months she lost 50 pounds. It goes to show, if you find the right advice and put things into action, you’ll get results. So what’s the tip? If you struggle to lose weight try Deborah’s technique. Cut out sweeteners and add fasting to your diet.

Today, you’ll discover how to make water taste better.
Want a great way to make water tasty without lemon juice or artificial sweeteners?
Many of us struggle to drink enough water each day so this technique can really help you consume enough.
Here it is:
Add frozen berries to your water bottle.
The flavor from the berries seeps into the water and adds a light subtle fruit flavor.
Afterwards, you can eat the berries or just throw them out at the end of the day.
Either way it’s a great way to get more water into your keto diet.

Today, you’ll discover the 3 day keto stall smasher. Now, before we get into it…
Here’s a disclaimer. This isn’t for everyone and none of this is medical advice. So take it with a grain of salt. I’ve never tried it but some people swear by it. Okay, so the 3 day stall smasher is called the “Fat Fast.”
What is a Fat Fast? Basically, you eat between 1000-1200 calories per day and get 80-90% of your calories from fat. The idea here is to drastically reduce your carb intake and deplete your glycogen stores so the body uses fat for fuel. Most people recommend doing this for 2-4 days but never more than 5 days. After that your body will hit “starvation mode” and begin to break down muscle instead of fat. And you don’t want that to happen! If you struggle to break through your keto stalls, this might be the technique for you.

Today, you’ll discover a keto friendly beer.
Did you know there’s a beer you can drink and it only has 1.8 grams of carbs per bottle? Yep. Most people think you can’t drink beer on Keto but that’s simply not true. As long as you don’t go overboard, you’ll stay in ketosis.
So what’s the beer? It’s the Select 55 Premium Light Beer from Budweiser. Now I don’t get a commission or anything for saying this. It’s just the best beer I’ve found for keto dieters. It has a light beer flavor and is refreshing on a hot summer’s day. So if you want a drink you can enjoy with your friends and still honor your keto commitments, then “Select 55” could be the one for you.

Today, you’ll discover the keto kiss principle. Have you ever heard of the K.I.S.S. principle? It stands for “keep it simple stupid.” I think I like “silly” better than “stupid” though. Seems a bit harsh. Anyway, apparently this is a design principle used by the US Navy many decades ago. It essentially means: “don’t make things anymore complex then they need to be.”
I think it’s a great principle for keto too. Make your meals simple. You don’t need to overcomplicate things. Start with vegetables and meat and build your meal up from there. If you buy most of your ingredients from the fresh produce section you don’t need to worry about hidden carbs, additives or other nasties. So remember, keep it simple silly!

Today, you’ll discover the swap technique on keto. Do you miss eating carbs? I’m sure we’ve all been there before. Luckily, there’s a great technique that gives you the perception of eating those fluffy white carbs without actually doing it. It’s called the “swap it” technique.
Here’s how it works:
Swap your burger bun or wrap for lettuce. Swap pasta with zucchini noodles. Swap rice with cauliflower rice. These substitutes allow you to enjoy some of your favorite pre-keto meals in a new way that keeps you in ketosis. Try it today and see the difference it makes. You don’t always have to just eat meat and vegetables on a plate. The perception of carbs with these meals makes them even more enjoyable, and thus, it becomes easier to stick to your diet.

Today, you’ll discover the condiment packed with hidden sugars. This one food often has 5 grams of carbs per 15g serving. What is it? Ketchup. That’s right. Ketchup has A LOT of sugar in it and many people don’t realize.
If you squirt this stuff on your lunch you might get kicked out of ketosis! So please stay away from ketchup and tomato sauce. So what can you replace ketchup with? Your best choice is mustard. Mustard only has 0.3-0.5 grams of carbs per serving. This makes it a much healthier option on Keto. So swap out your ketchup for mustard and you’ll dramatically reduce your carb count for the day.

Here’s an underrated tip:
Make big soups. Whip up a big hearty vegetable soup and then put the leftovers in the fridge and freezer. The great thing about soups is you save a ton of money at the grocery store. Plus, soups are very low in calories.
And don’t worry, there are plenty of recipes with cheese, cream and other fatty elements to help you reach your daily fat goals. Soups really are a win-win-win. Healthy, cheap and a time-saver.

Today, you’ll discover the “wrap it up” keto tip.
Have you noticed portion sizes at restaurants are often really big?
Often the amount of food on your plate is too much for one meal.
If you eat the entire plate, you often feel bloated and end up consuming to many calories.
So here’s the “wrap it up” tip:
Eat half of your dinner and ask the waiter to “wrap up” your leftovers.
Often times, we eat these large meals because they’re in front of us.
There’s nothing wrong with taking leftovers home.

Today, you’ll learn what to do if you visit the toilet too often on keto. Do you find that you visit the toilet too often? Some people say it could be that you’ve switched to your high fat keto diet too fast. One way to avoid this situation on keto is to increase your fat intake slowly. If you increase your fat intake over a week or maybe two, your body gradually adjusts to your new diet. Try this out and see how you go.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the secret to automatic weight loss.
You know, people talk a lot about willpower when it comes to weight loss and keto.
However, willpower is limited.
You only have so much will power to change your behavior before you fall back to your old ways.
A much better longterm solution to permanent and healthy weight loss is to form healthy habits.
Unlike willpower, habits become automatic and ingrained into your every day routine once they’re formed.
The trick is to only form 1 habit at a time.
Don’t try to exercise 60 minutes per day AND…
Cut out all bad foods from your diet AND…
Start cooking new dishes you’ve never tried before AND…
… you get the idea.
Focus on one habit, do it every day for 30 days and then form your next habit.
When you take this gradual approach, you’re much more likely to lose weight and stick to keto longterm.

It’s Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com. Today, you’ll discover the supplement that might help you get breakthrough results. It can be tricky to get enough magnesium on keto. And it’s important! Magnesium can help prevent muscle cramps, reduce inflammation and blood pressure.
It’s found in fruit, beans and many whole grains. All of which are non-keto friendly. Instead, make sure you add more avocado, nuts and leafy greens to your diet.
And if you find it hard to reach your recommended magnesium intake, add a supplement to reach your daily needs.
Aim for 300-420 mg per day depending on your age.

Hi there, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the box that helps millions lose weight.
Sometimes the strangest or simplest things lead to weight loss success.
In fact, did you know there’s a way to avoid over-eating and reaching for naughty junk food?
Yep.
The answer is meal-prep containers.
While this tip might seem simple, meal prep is often cited as one of the biggest factors in weight loss success or failure.
Make sure you buy affordable containers with leak-free lids that are easy to clean.
You’ll want to make sure they are microwave and dishwasher safe too.
Also, if you get glass, you won’t taint your food with that “plastic” taste.

Hi there, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the truth about meal frequency. Some people say you should eat 6 meals per day because it increases your metabolism. Is it true?
Well, on NCBI, a respected medical journal, studies concluded something shocking:
The same amount of calories consumed with smaller meals vs fewer big meals made NO difference to weight loss outcome. Yep, that’s right! It doesn’t matter whether you eat more or less meals per day, the results are the same. When you think about it, it doesn’t make sense for the body to be in constant “feeding mode.”
I mean, throughout most of history, humans have NOT eaten that frequently. So if possible, stick to three meals per day. Or if you want to try some intermittent fasting, eat just one or two meals.

Today, you’ll discover one of the best keto friendly super foods. Did you know there’s a food that only contains 1 gram of carbs and keeps you full? With 6 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat and only 155 calories, it’s the perfect food on Keto. What is it?
It’s eggs! Eggs are one of the healthiest and most wholesome things you can eat. But what about cholesterol? Well, even though eggs are high in cholesterol you can eat plenty of eggs before they have any effect on your body. In fact, the Mayo Clinic states that most healthy people can eat 7 eggs per week with no increased risk of heart disease. So next time you’re hungry, eat an egg or two. They’re great in a sandwich, salad or just on the side.

Today, you’ll discover whether diet pills actually work on keto. Companies everywhere promote diet pills for weight loss, but do they actually work? The answer is… sort of. See, most supplements and pills don’t have any noticeable impact on weight loss. I mean, if it was really that easy, 30% of the population wouldn’t be overweight.
Now, some studies say that people who take these pills improve their health because of the placebo effect. Because they’re more conscious of their health and what they eat, they consume less calories. At the end of the day, there are no shortcuts to weight loss success. Skip the pills and eat real, wholesome and filling foods that keep you full instead.

Hi, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover how to avoid processed foods on Keto. Let’s face it, processed foods are hard to avoid. They’re salty, delicious, and unfortunately, they’re added to most things we eat. However, if you want the greatest chance to lose weight on the Keto diet, make sure you avoid processed foods.
Think about it… These foods are packed with sugar, lack fiber and contain addictive chemicals to make you over eat. Plus, they lack nutrition too. In fact, food manufacturers employ people to make these foods as tasty as possible so that you always go back for more. So what’s the best way to avoid processed foods?
Prepare all your weekly meals on Sunday. This way you avoid the temptation to reach for these pesky carb-loaded snacks.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the big keto weight training mistake. Weight training is great for men and women alike. It boosts your metabolism, improves your mood and tones your body. So here’s a tip to get the most out of your strength training. Lift heavy weights with 5 reps or less.
Why? Because you build more muscle by doing less reps of heavy weights. You don’t need to do 8 to 12 reps like many programs recommend. Many Keto dieters think the more reps you do, the better.
This is a mistake. Instead stick to 4 or 5 and spend less time in the gym. See, without access to carbs and sugar, your body won’t have as much energy when you try to lift.
Lift heavy weights to get the maximum benefit. You’ll build more muscle, boost your metabolism and spend half the time in the gym. It’s a win-win.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll discover the 4 oils you should avoid on keto.
Not all fats are created equal. Even though fat should make up the majority of your keto diet, you still have to avoid several types of fats.
Oils like cottonseed, sunflower, soybean and canola. These oils are bad. Why? Because they’re created with a chemical extraction and use industrial heat processes.
Some say these oils are inflammatory and could have long term side effects.
Instead, consume more olive oil, butter, flaxseed oil and avocado oil.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the best artificial sweetener on Keto. Did you know that not all sweeteners are created equal? That’s right. While things like Stevia, Sucralose and Monk fruit are okay, you want to steer clear of many others. For example, Maltodextrin. While the name sounds like an artificial sweetener, it has similar sugar levels to regular sugar. Another one that trips up people on the Keto diet is coconut sugar.
While coconut oil is great, coconut sugar is full of fructose and still a bad choice on keto. If you have the willpower it’s best to skip artificial sweeteners all together, otherwise Stevia is your next best choice.

Today, you’ll discover one thing that helps you dramatically with your Keto journey.
Today I want to talk about the “F” word. And that word is… fiber. It’s vital to your success. A big mistake that many keto dieters make is not eating enough fiber in their diet. What is fiber? It’s an indigestible plant material that passes through your body.
So here’s my tip:
Eat lots of fiber-rich foods. Things like leafy green veggies, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli, zucchini, celery and artichokes. Plus nuts and berries are great for fiber too. The insoluble fiber found in these foods keeps you full, aids in digestions and helps keep your colon healthy. So next time you’re at the grocery store, add more fiber to your shopping cart.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll discover the 1-ingredient weight loss technique. Sometimes people overcomplicate weight loss. You can feel overwhelmed by all the keto information out there.
Here’s a great tip to simplify things:
Eat one ingredient foods. It’s no secret that processed foods are rampant in our society. In fact, some studies say they’re responsible for many of our health problems today. So focus your grocery shopping time in the produce and meat sections. Chicken, fish, beef, pork and lots of vegetables. The great thing about one ingredient foods is that they naturally limit you from eating too much of them.
When you eat a decent amount of them, you feel full. I hope you enjoyed this tip.

Today, you’ll discover what you should avoid when you exercise. Some people put 200% effort into their keto diet. They cut foods, eat less and move more. But is it possible to exercise too much? And if so, can it stall your weight loss results? Yes it can. If you exercise too much, this can lead to stress. And stress leads to overeating. In fact, a study found that the intense regime used during The Biggest Loser was not sustainable.
What’s the most you should do?
60 minutes of exercise per day.
Of course less is fine too.
Many people lose weight without any exercise at all, but if you intend to exercise, just don’t over do it.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll discover how to boost motivation levels on your diet I recently watched a video that had a great inspiring story in it. It was about Kristie. She was a PhD who accomplished everything she ever wanted in her life. She had a house, kids, a great career, a wonderful husband… but she always struggle with her weight. The extra weight caused her back pain. In fact, the pain was so bad she couldn’t walk upstairs to kiss her kids goodnight anymore.
She tried many diets before, and luckily, things finally worked out for her on the Keto diet. She managed to lose 120 pounds (54 kg) and no longer experienced the aches and pains anymore. When you hear stories of people, like Kristie, who have always struggled with their weight and they finally reach success, it’s really motivating. Next time you feel fat, read or watch someone’s success story to boost you up.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll discover a way to overcome your keto stall. If you haven’t lost weight for a few months and nothing else has worked, try this:
Remove dairy from your diet. Dairy is very inflammatory and can often bloat Keto dieters.
Instead do a test:
Cut out cheese, butter and heavy cream from your diet. And no, don’t do this forever.
A few weeks should be enough. When you eat dairy again, introduce it slowly and see what you can eat without any effect on your weight loss.

Hi there,
It’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover a big mistake that keto dieters make. Here’s the thing: To lose weight on keto, you need to burn more calories than you consume. However, some people take this to the extreme and this actually leads to weight gain.
Let me explain:
Generally speaking, you want to cut 500 calories from what the normal person for your age, weight and height eats. This leads to burning fat and losing weight consistently. But some people cut 1000 calories and this has the opposite effect. This drastic cut triggers a starvation mode in your body and then your body sheds muscle mass, rather than fat. With less muscle this means you metabolize food slower. The result? When you stop dieting, you pack on MORE weight than before. This is a disastrous situation.
So here’s the tip:
Cut calories, but not too much. This should help you enjoy great results without feeling deprived or hungry.

Hi there,
Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn about fat consumption on the keto diet. Are you worried about fat on keto? Don’t be. Many dieters are tempted to skip out on fat and they eat too much protein. Just remember your macro ratios and stick to them. Fat keeps you full and satiated. In fact, one of the reasons dieters outside of Keto do so poorly on their diets is because they’re tempted by low-fat foods.
Things like low-fat yoghurts, salad dressings and sauces. No wonder they struggle so much! Most low-fat foods are packed with hidden sugars to make them tasty, and as a result, they drop you out of ketosis. Stick to wholesome high fat foods.

Today, you’ll discover how to get rid of the Keto headache. Now, before we start, a quick disclaimer. I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice. This is just something that’s worked for me. Okay, so… Some people experience big headaches on Keto when they first start. These can last for 3 or 4 days… or even more.
If this is you, here’s something to help:
Lower your carbs gradually. See, when you first cut carbs, your body gets a bit rattled. And this could very well be the cause. In this case, gradually cut down your carb intake rather than the sudden cut. Lower your carbs over an entire week until you reach under 20 grams by the 7th day. For example, eat 60 grams of carbs on the first day, then 50, then 40, 30 and so on. This gradual shift could help. However, if your headache persists, please see your doctor.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll learn about the keto flu. Have you ever felt fatigued, tired or low on energy during the keto diet? Many people even experience the “keto flu” when they first start. Just be aware that this is temporary as your body adjusts to the new diet.
So here’s what you should do:
Drink more water and consume more salt. As your body adapts to your new lifestyle, it flushes out water and many of the essential minerals in your body. So make sure you replenish your water and salt levels, this makes all the difference to help prevent or reduce the symptoms of the keto flu.

Today, you’ll discover how to eat junk food without falling out of ketosis. You know, it’s hard to avoid junk food. Sometimes you’re out for the day and don’t have time to pre-prepare lunches. So what do you do? Luckily there are some ways to eat at takeaway restaurants and stay in ketosis. If you’re at Subway, swap the sub for a salad bowl. Opt for grilled chicken or just a salad. Hold off the sauce and have pepper instead.
If you’re at KFC, some restaurants offer grilled chicken with less than 1 gram of carbs. If that’s not available, eat a side of green beans to stave off the hunger until you find more keto-friendly food. If you find yourself at a hamburger joint, skip the bun and ask for lettuce. If that’s not possible, request extra veggies and just leave the bun. There’s always a way to stay in ketosis, even if you’re unprepared, you just have to get a little creative.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the 6-letter word to keto success.
So what’s the word? Habits.
You and I both know someone with bad habits. Whether it’s nail biting, smoking or binge watching TV, habits are hard to break. As the saying goes, “Old habits die hard.” It’s not easy to change the routine you’ve lived for years, even decades. Maybe you have some bad habits yourself?
Here’s what you can do:
Start small and make it easy. For example… Don’t walk 30 minutes per day. You’ll lose motivation fast and stop. Instead, walk 1 minute and do it each day after dinner. Eventually increase the length of time you do this. Want another one? Move healthier foods onto closer shelves and bad foods onto lower, harder to reach shelves. As James Clear says, “Habits are the compounding interest of self improvement.” Make tiny changes each day and over time you’ll be amazed by your results.

Today, you’ll discover how to supercharge your metabolism on Keto. Do you want to smash through keto weight loss plateaus, have more energy and burn more calories? Then do weight training.
Now I know what you’re thinking! Weights is for those gym-junkies who want bulging muscles, right? Not so. Lifting weights is for everyone: Men, women and seniors alike. Side note: Women you don’t need to worry about becoming “bulky”. You have much less testosterone than men and won’t have that “muscly” look. See, when you lift weights, you tear your existing muscles and signal to your body that you need bigger muscles to survive.
And guess what? With more muscle, your body needs more food to keep that extra muscle mass alive.
Therefore your metabolism speeds up and you can eat even more. So there you have it. If you want the very best results possible, grab yourself a gym membership and lift some weights

Want to Stick To Your Keto Weightloss Plan? One great strategy to stick to your weight loss plan is to grab a piece of paper and write a list of all the things you want… and don’t want… related to your weight. On one side, you write all the things you want. And on the other side, all the things you don’t.
For example you might say…
I want to feel more confident in my appearance.
I want to be off all my medications.
I want to look great at the beach.
I want to fit into my old jeans again.
And on the other side you might write…
I don’t want to feel tired and miserable all the time.
I don’t like the way I look in photos.
I want to stop my joint pain.
Write as many things as you can think of.
When you’re finished, you’ll have an honest account of all the things you do and don’t want. Once that’s done, keep it somewhere safe and accessible… like your handbag. Anytime that you feel like you want to quit, read the list to give yourself a surge of motivation. Please don’t underestimate the power of this. It will motivate and inspire you to stick with the keto diet.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the keto “closed eyes” technique.
There’s one big truth about Keto:
It can be tough, especially at first. Your diet changes, nearly all carbs vanish and cravings can come on strong. And if your weight loss stalls, that’s incredibly frustrating. All this can lower your motivation big time.
So here’s a tip to stay on track:
Close your eyes and visualize your future self.
Try it now:
Remember why you started this journey in the first place and focus on that. Close your eyes and imagine walking around in your new slender body. Do you strut around the beach feeling confident? Do you play with your kids or grandkids without getting tired? Do you look fantastic in your old dress? When you feel unmotivated on Keto… slow down, close your eyes and imagine your future self. You’ll feel motivated and empowered to continue on your weight loss journey. Don’t underestimate the power of “why”.

Today, you’ll learn how to eat keto at restaurants. Have you ever been nervous about going out for dinner with friends? I don’t blame you! Most restaurants aren’t really tailored for the keto diet.
Here’s what to do:
Organize the restaurant AHEAD of time with friends and check out the menu online. This way you decide what you’ll eat before you get there and ensure there’s something keto-friendly for you.
Here are a few meals that are safe:
General restaurant: Get the salad with chicken or tuna and hold off on the dressing
Italian restaurant: Get the antipasto platter or salad
Burger places: Ask them to keep the bun and replace it with extra salad.
Don’t let the keto diet stop you from enjoying time with your friends and family.
Plan ahead and you can lose weight without sacrificing time with friends.

Hi there,
It’s Gillian here from https//DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn about the 24 hour keto test. Have you ever struggled to lose weight on a diet? Frustrated that you don’t get the results you want? I recommend you get a simple kitchen appliance as a test. What is it? A food scale. Many people I know have tried out a food scale for one week with astonishing results. See, it’s incredibly difficult to judge how much you’re eating when you first try to diet.
For example:
You might snack on a handful of almonds, but how much did you really eat? 20 Almonds will set you back 140 calories. Or around a 10th of your daily intake. That’s from just two small handfuls! A food scale helps educate you on how many calories are in different types of food.
Try this test:
Weight and track everything you eat for one day. Bonus points if you do it for an entire week. And yes, it might seem like an inconvenience to weigh and track things but this is your health, it’s important. It’s worth the investment. You make all sorts of fascinating discoveries when you weigh your food.

Hi there, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the macro trick to break through your keto stall.
Have you hit a plateau?
If you’ve lost a decent amount of weight and all of sudden you struggle to shed pounds, here’s a great tip. Recalculate your macros each month.
Here’s why this is such a great strategy:
In order to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you consume. So for example lets say you need to eat 1500 calories instead of 2000 for your body type. Well, after 1 or 2 months, if you’ve lost a considerable amount of weight, 1500 calories might be your maintenance weight now. Now that you weigh less, your body needs less food than before.
So here’s what you do:
Enter your height, weight, age and gender into a Keto Macro Calculator to recalculate how many grams of fats, carbs and protein you should eat. This could be just the thing you need to smash through your keto stall. If you enjoyed this tip and want more keto and weight loss strategies, then go to DailyKetoMeals.com
Hi there,
It’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the big keto meal “switch.” Here’s a great tip to help you lose weight. This works great if you’ve hit a plateau and tried most other things. Eat your big meals earlier in the day. Basically, eat a big breakfast, a medium lunch and a very light dinner.
Most people do the opposite of this! The thing is, a big breakfast kick starts your metabolism and gives you plenty of energy for the entire day. A plate of eggs, bacon, mushrooms and vegetables are great. This combination provides a nice slow release of energy that keeps you going all day. Plus, when you eat earlier in the day, it gives you more time to burn off the calories you do consume.

Today, you’ll discover whether you can eat chocolate on Keto. Let’s face it, chocolate is hard to resist. Most of us want a piece from time to time. So can you eat this delicious sweet on keto? The answer may surprise you. While you can’t go overboard, you CAN in fact eat chocolate without getting kicked out of ketosis. The Lindt excellence bar (90% cocoa) only has a total of 12 grams of carbs per serving. And when you minus the 5 grams of fiber, that’s a net carb total of only 7 grams. Lily’s Sweets use sweeteners like stevia and erythritol to make their chocolate more delicious and have no added sugar.
There are a few other chocolates you can eat and stay in ketosis… But remember: Eat these in moderation. Eat chocolate as a treat after dinner when you’re already full. That way you won’t be tempted to have too many pieces. And generally speaking, you only want to eat chocolate if you’ve been strict on your carbs that day. So yes, you can actually eat chocolate on keto. : )

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the food you need to be careful of on Keto.
Here’s a tip to push through a weight loss stall.
See, some people experience a weight loss stall because they eat too much.
If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce your food intake.
And there’s one thing that people often overeat on the keto diet… and that’s nuts.
So here’s my tip:
Limit your intake of nuts to a very small handful.
Heck, one cup of macadamia nuts have a whopping 962 calories!
That’s almost half of a person’s daily intake!
Nuts are a great snack but they’re packed with calories. If you’re not careful, it’s easy to watch TV and munch down half a bag in one sitting.
Now you might be thinking, “But if I reduce my calories, does that mean I have to starve myself?”
Absolutely not!
The key is to eat delicious and wholesome food that’s full of fat and protein. That’s what fills you up.
Meals like chicken, cheese and steamed vegetables.
Generally speaking, aim for 1300 calories per day.
That’s around a 25 - 30% calorie deficit for most women, and it makes a huge difference to your waistline.
Of course this is a guideline.
If you’re more physically active than the average person, you can eat more than 1300 calories.

Hi there,

Today, you’ll learn how to lose weight without exercise. Have you ever heard of the 80/20 rule? It’s called the Pareto Principle. Basically, it means that 80% of your results come from 20% of your effort.
And when it comes to exercise, you need to realize something: Exercise only accounts for 20% of your success on Keto. 80% of success comes from your diet. In fact, you could do zero exercise and still shed tons of weight. Which is lucky, because if you’re like me, you’d rather sit on the couch than go for a run.
Here’s what this means: Don’t worry about exercise. Eat the right food and the rest will take care of itself. Yes, some “experts” say you can’t lose weight without exercise, but they are wrong. It’s not true. Focus on your food first. This is the most important part to shed pounds.

Today, you’ll learn the truth about MCT oil on Keto. MCT (which is short for Medium-chain triglycerides) is a form of saturated fatty acid and is most commonly found in coconut. MCT is essential for anyone on the Keto diet. It aids you with weight loss, boosts your energy levels and helps your body create ketones. Most people take one tea spoon of MCT oil a day.
Luckily, it has a mostly undetectable taste and smell, so you can add it to foods without changing the flavor. I like to add MCT to my morning coffee. It’s quick, easy and has become part of my routine. As with most things, when you introduce new elements to your diet, it takes your body time to adjust. For some people, MCT oil makes their stomach feel uneasy. For those people it’s best to start with a small amount, like a quarter of a teaspoon, and then work their way up from there. Some people have worked their way up to 2 tablespoons and this covers their fat intake for the entire day. So purchase some MCT Oil and you just might reach your weight loss goal sooner.

Today, you’ll learn a powerful motivator that helps you on keto. What would happen if you didn’t lose weight? These are important questions. Just imagine… You’re tired. You can’t sleep properly. You feel awful about your body image and shy away from photos. Your ankles and back hurt. Your doctor tells you the news that you have type 2 diabetes. Now, no one wants these situations. One thing is for sure: no one wants heart attacks, cancer or to leave this planet without seeing their grandkids grow up.
So here’s your tip: Write down and visualize life and what will happen if you DON’T get your weight handled. Pain is a powerful motivator. For many people, it’s a stronger motivator than pleasure. Test and see if this works for you.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian O’Dowd from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn 5 ways to know that you’re fat adapted. Fat-adaption is when your body transitions over to get your main storage source from fat, rather than carbs. There’s no need to waste money on meters or stripes, when you follow these signs to find out. (Of course you can still use those if you’re curious.)
Anyway, here’s 5 ways to know that you’re fat adapted:
You can skip breakfast without getting hungry. You’re not as hungry in general. You have lower carb cravings. You think clearer. And you have more energy
So there you have it. 5 ways to know you’re fat adapted without meters or strips. If you enjoyed this tip and want more keto and weight loss strategies, then go to DailyKetoMeals.com
Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the keto “mental” mistake that stalls weight loss.
Let me tell you about Sally. Sally was 200 pounds overweight and desperately wanted to lose 50-60 pounds on Keto. Sadly, Sally she quit the diet after just 2 months. Why? It wasn’t because she didn’t lose weight. She lost 15 pounds!
It wasn’t because she felt tired or cranky. She felt better than ever. The problem was Sally’s focus. She beat herself up when she ate a small piece of bread. She talked herself down when she only lost 15 pounds. She was annoyed when she looked at other, skinner people at work. Sally looked at the negatives, rather than the positives. She had massive success. All she needed to do was focus on what she had already achieved. This would make her feel great.
Please make sure you don’t make this mistake: Focus on the positives. Focus on your wins. Each day, you’re one step closer to a healthier body and better life. Keep at it.

Hi Everyone, it's Gillian O’Dowd here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the most overlooked aspect of weight loss on keto.
In fact, if you neglect this, you could grind your efforts to a halt.
On the other hand, if you harness this tip, and take it seriously, you could burn fat again like crazy.
So here it is:
Reduce your stress.
Stress is a huge problem.
Our lives are more chaotic and busy than ever before.
People often don’t realize that stress leads to a keto stall. Plus, it drives your cravings up too.
When you feel calm and relaxed, it does wonders for both your body and mind.
One way to relax is to exercise.
And yes, even though physical activity is tiring, studies have shown it lowers your stress levels.
And it doesn’t have to be anything sweaty or too difficult either. Even just a brisk walk around the neighborhood is great.
Another great stress reduction tip is to meditate.
This calms your body and helps you feel centered. There are hundreds of guided meditations for beginners on YouTube to choose from.
So remember: Your ability to de-stress might be the key to overcome your weight loss stall.

Today, you’ll learn how to eat bread on keto without falling out of ketosis. Do you miss eating bread? Well, you don’t have to anymore. I found a website that delivers keto-friendly bread right to you door.
Say hello to Fox Hill Kitchens. Made with eggs whites, coconut flour and Himalayan salt, their breads are delicious. Their breads are made in small batches without any processed ingredients. For best results, store them in your freezer until you want to eat them. This prolongs their shelf life.
They’re great for sandwiches and dipping into soups. And by the way, I’m not affiliated with Fox Hill Kitchens. I just think they provide a great product that helps keto dieters.

Hi Everyone, it's Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover whether you should use MyFitnessPal on Keto.
This app is a popular exercise and food tracking app for diets.
But can you use it on Keto?
Of course you can!
You just have to make some adjustments.
Once you’ve logged in, click on “goals”
Click “edit”and then adjust your daily macros.
It should be somewhere around this:
Fat: 65%
Protein: 30%
Carbs: 5%
Be aware, these figures aren’t set in stone.
Make sure you find what works for you. And if you’re not sure, experiment until you get the right balance.

Hi Everyone,

Today, you’ll learn the best nuts to eat on Keto. Not all nuts are created equal for Keto. Some nuts are high in carbs and break ketosis. What nuts should you NEVER eat? Cashews, pistachios and chestnuts. What nuts can you eat? Almond, walnut, peanuts, macadamia sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are great.
However, be careful with nuts… especially the salted variety! While they taste great, you might be tempted to eat more. Nuts are very calorie dense.
If you watch TV with a bag of nuts, you might eat too much and be unable to lose weight. Just be mindful of this. Hopefully that clears up questions about nuts on Keto.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian O’Dowd here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com. Today, you’ll learn how to stay motivated on keto.
Whether you realize it or not, weigh loss isn’t linear. Some weeks you’ll lose more. Other weeks, less. Plus, your scale isn’t a good indicator either.
Muscle is heavier than fat, so if you gain muscle you might actually weigh more. So here’s a great way to stay motivated:
Take photos of yourself each month. This may seem obvious but you’d be surprised how many people forget to do this! Take some snaps in the mirror to capture your current results. That way, in 1, 2 and 3 months, you’ll compare and notice subtle (or big) changes in your physique. Maybe your thighs are thinner. Maybe your face is more slender. You get a big burst of motivation when you see physical changes rather than a number on a scale.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today you’ll discover a tip to help you succeed on keto.
One of the big reasons people fail on keto is that they think it’s a diet. Keto is not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. People lose 20, 30, 40 pounds and then pack it ALL back on years later.
Why? Because they treat keto (or any diet for that matter) as a temporary change to their lifestyle. They think they can eat healthy today and go back to ice cream, cakes and white bread next month.
I have news for you:
If you want real and PERMANENT change to your weight, you need to make health a real priority in your life.
Not for 30 days.
Not for 3 months.
Forever.
Don’t “be on a diet”…
Instead… “be a healthy person”
As you age, your metabolism slows down, it’s better to make those changes now and reap the benefits for the rest of your life.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillilan here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn how many grams of protein you should eat.
Protein is the building block of life.
It’s essential in your diet.
So how much should you eat?
Well, it depends on how active you are.
Generally you want to get between .35 and .7 grams of protein per pound of weight. The more active your lifestyle, the higher you should go.
For now, if you’re unsure, use 0.45. It’s a great place to start.
So let’s do an example:
Let’s say you weigh 210 pounds.
The calculation would be as follows…
210 pounds x 0.45 = 94.5.
So 94.5 grams of protein per day.
And remember that’s not 94.5 grams of chicken, beef or fish. That’s the amount of protein within the meat you need to eat.
So if you ate 175 grams of chicken, or about 6 ounces, for lunch and dinner, you’d reach your protein goals for the day.
Simple.
And… if you’re ever unsure how much protein your food has, just read the label carefully.
Otherwise Google “How many grams of protein is in 6 ounces of chicken” and you’ll get an answer straight away.
Counting your macros doesn’t have to be rocket science.
Once you’ve done it a few times, you’ll know how to choose meals without counting macros or calories.

Hello,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn how to feel full all day without snacking.
One area where people fail on the keto diet is that they don’t eat enough fat. They start off with a light breakfast and by the time they reach dinner, they haven’t eaten enough fat for the day. Or worse, they crave carbs and sugar all day because they’re hungry.
Here’s the tip:
Have a big fatty breakfast. Something like… eggs, bacon, avocado and coffee with butter. Not only does it taste great, but you’ll feel full all day at work. No cravings. No snacking. No dropping out of ketosis. This tip alone can be the difference between success and failure on the keto diet.

Today, you’ll learn about how much meat you should eat on keto. Here’s a tip to figure out portions without scales or counting macros:
Eat two fists of fatty meat per day.
To figure this out, simply clench both your fists and look at them. That’s roughly how much meat you should eat per day. For some people that might be 16oz of steak
If you’re a smaller person, it could be 12oz.
If you’re taller, It might be 20oz.
It’s not a perfect rule, but it’s a great way to get started without measurements.

Hi Guys,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the best electrolyte drinks you should consume on Keto.
When you start keto, you lose a LOT of water.
And what’s flushed from your body with that water?
Right, electrolytes!
So what electrolytes should you drink?
First of all, when you buy electrolyte drinks, make sure they don't have sugar. That’s a big one.
Also be careful of drinks like Propel, Repel, Gatorade, Powerade, Zero, they generally don’t have enough electrolytes to make a difference.
These types of drinks are usually filled with sodium and potassium. So they’re NOT full electrolyte replenishers.
Plus, they contain chemicals which slow down ketosis.
I think brands like Jigsaw, Ultima, and Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder are much better.
And if you’re on a budget, google electrolyte keto recipes to make your own delicious electrolytes.

Hi Everyone, it's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the method that gives you explosive weight loss results.
Here it is:
Skip breakfast and eat your first meal at lunchtime.
Let me explain.
This uses a strategy called Intermittent Fasting.
And fasting is great for several reasons.
1) When fasting, you burn your body’s stored fat, which helps you lose weight faster.
2) It lowers your blood insulin and sugar levels.
3) It gives your body a well deserved break from digestion.
4) It saves you money with less groceries and ingredients to buy.
5) It saves you time with less meal prep, eating and clean up.
Plus, fasting may even boost your energy, reduce inflammation or help you live longer.
It’s a true win-win situation.
Skip breakfast and have a protein rich meal at noon instead.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
And in this video, you’ll learn the big keto exercise mistake.
There’s a big mistake people make when they exercise.
Doesn’t matter if they walk, run, cycle or swim, many are still guilty of this!
What is it?
They reward themselves with sugary treats because they feel like they’ve been “good.”
Bad idea!
A small bit of exercise doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want.
Listen to this:
According to Harvard Medical School, if you jog at a moderate pace for 30 mins, you burn between 298 - 355 calories.
A piece of cheese cake has 401 calories
Two pieces of pepperoni pizza comes in at 600 calories.
And a bag of Doritos has over 800 calories
And when you consider that most men and women only need between 2000 - 2500 calories per day, that’s huge!
So here’s the tip:
After you exercise, eat a healthy meal.
You’ll only lose weight faster and become the person you want to become sooner.

Let’s face it, you probably don’t have hours to slave away in the kitchen.
You’re busy with work, friends, family and extra activities during the week.

The reality is that it takes a long time to prepare, cook and clean 7 days per week.
Instead, prepare all your food in one day and save chunks of time.
Just make one, two or three different meals and then freeze them into small portions. (Keto Lasagna and Chicken Curry are both delicious!)
Now, when it comes time to eat… simply grab a meal, defrost it in the microwave, and you have a healthy-keto friendly meal, ready to enjoy.

You’ll learn a powerful method to fire up motivation and help you stick to your diet once and for all.
Ready for it? Make a personal pledge to your friends and family on Facebook. Something like, “Hi everyone. I want to make a pledge to hold myself accountable. I intend to lose 15 pounds in 30 days.”
Or whatever your goal is. This tip takes guts. It should scare you. However, if you try it, you’ll feel 1000% more motivated to succeed. It’s one thing to let down yourself. It’s a WHOLE other thing to let down your friends and family. Imagine you turn up to a party or dinner and everyone sees that you haven’t reached your goal.
Not fun, right?
This technique truly holds you accountable to your community. Test it out for 30 days and see how you go. You’ll definitely think twice when you reach for bread or soda.

Today, you’ll discover whether it’s okay to cheat on keto.
I’ve seen this pop up a lot in Facebook groups and forums.
Look at it this way: If you want the best weight loss results possible, don’t cheat.
Having said that, we’ve all done it, right?
Luckily, the Ketogenic diet is one of the most forgiving diets. If you drop out of ketosis because you ate cheesecake or an ice cream, don’t worry about it.
It’s not the end of the world.
DON’T beat yourself up about it!
Instead, do this:
Just pick yourself up right where you left off, like nothing happened.
We all make mistakes and none of us are perfect.
We’re only human after all.

Today, you’ll learn how to smash through your keto weight loss stall.
Do you struggle to lose weight and keep it off? Are you frustrated with a weight loss stall?
Here’s a great tip to test out:
Download a macro tracker app and enter everything you eat for 1 month. Seriously. If you don’t know how many calories are in a tablespoon of butter, a leg of chicken, glass of coke-cola or handful of lettuce, then you should do this. It’s an insightful experience.
Now, notice that I didn’t say count your calories forever. No. Only track calories until you instinctively know how many calories are in foods. That way, when you’re hungry and in a rush, you’ll know what to reach for.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn a tip to overcome your keto weight loss stall.
Keto stalls are frustrating.
In fact, to see your weight grind to a halt can be crushing.
You might feel demotivated as a result. But don’t worry.
Try this:
Cut back on your protein.
If you’ve stalled, chances are that you eat too much protein.
Too much protein can cut down on your body’s ketone productions and slow down the fat loss process.
Aim to get 15-30% of your daily intake from protein.
If you struggle to cut protein down, consume more butter or eat another egg. It satiates you longer.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the truth about diet shakes once and for all.
Every day, millions of keto dieters are seduced by diet shakes.
And I can see why.
Scoop the powder into a cup… add water… drink.
It’s a quick, no-fuss way to get your daily calories.
However, even if you do your research – and buy products without sugar – here’s the problem:
You’re not eating real, whole foods.
Whole foods provide more nutrients and value than meal replacements. Shakes are from the old dieting world. To be honest, I’m surprised they are still around. Shakes don’t train you to make permanent, healthy lifestyle changes. And shakes don’t encourage you to prepare delicious meals. It’s a dangerous slippery slope that leads to yo-yo dieting for years or even decades.
Here’s what to do:
Eat simple meals. It’s perfect if you’re too busy. Eggs, bacon and cheese. Tuna, spinach and nuts. Beef patties and bell peppers.
Meals don’t have to be complicated or time consuming.
Bottom line, avoid diet shakes. (Yes, even the low-carb ‘keto’ ones too!)
Replace shakes with simple, healthy and delicious meals you can prepare quickly.

Today, you’ll learn about portion sizes on keto. I’m going to be straight with you. You’ve been lied to. There’s a big fat misconception that holds you back from a slimmer you.
And that lie is this:
You have to starve yourself and feel miserable to lose weight. It’s simply not true! In fact, a keto expert named Dr. Berry MD recommends this:
If you’re hungry, eat. When you’re full, stop. Simple, right? See, when you lower your portion you lower your BMR (your basal metabolic rate). And when you do that, your body burns fat slower. Sometimes we overcomplicate the process of losing weight.
You don’t need to limit your sizes and feel miserable. Enjoy delicious food, feel satisfied and burn more fat.

Today, you’ll learn about the little known super food. You know about Kale, right? It’s the leafy green super food that everyone talks about. However, there’s another super food that’s much tastier and less bitter.
This super food is great to cope with leaky gut, ulcers, acid reflux and even heartburn. What is it? Cabbage. Cabbage has lots of L-Glutamine. An amino acid that plays an important role to aid your heart, brain and muscle function.
Plus, cabbage is packed with vitamins, just like kale.
So if you want a tasty superfood that’s not bitter and easy to eat, then eat more cabbage. It’s even great raw!

Hi Guys,

Today, you’ll learn 2 ways to get rid of keto breath. It’s exciting to know you’re in ketosis and that your body burns fat. What’s not exciting is the smell on your breath.
Here are 2 ways to get rid of it:
1) Drink more water
Ketones are removed from your body in two ways:
Through your breath and urine.
The more water you drink, the more ketones that will leave you body via urine, rather than your breath.
2) Gargle peppermint oil
Your breath smells fresh and won’t kick you out of ketosis. Obviously peppermint oil is a quick fix to mask your keto breath. It works best when you combine these two tips together.

Hi Guys,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the 10,000 year old diet secret.
When you think about it, intermittent fasting is actually pretty normal.
If you look back at ancient history, humans have been fasting for thousands of years.
If you lived 10,000 years ago, you wouldn’t know when your next meal appears.
So yes, try it along side keto.
Now, here’s how to have a successful fast:
Test your fasting at different hours of the day.
You may prefer to skip breakfast and eat at lunch.
You may prefer to skip dinner and eat a big breakfast.
You won’t know until you test out different options.
Find the window that works best for your social situation, environment and your body.
Everyone is different.

Hi Everyone,

Today, you’ll learn the 4 liquids that won’t break your fast
Intermittent fasting is a great way to lose weight on Keto.
You have more energy, consume less calories and even save money by eating less food.
However, sometimes it’s tough to eat nothing.
Most people like to compliment their fast with a few drinks.
So here are the drinks that won’t break your fast
Tea (no milk, sugar or cream)
Coffee (no milk, sugar or cream)
Water (one or two drops of lemon juice)
Mineral or soda water
What about sugar-free sodas?
There seems to be a bit of debate about this one.
Some people can drink them, others can’t.
According to Dr. Berg, Diet Coke, Pepsi Max and other diet sodas spike your insulin, just like regular sugar.
If you want the best health and weight loss results, stay away from sweeteners.… just to be safe.

Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn about fat on the keto diet.
I’ve seen this question pop up a lot online, “Can you eat too much fat on the Ketogenic diet?”
There are two big reasons people ask this:
1) For the last few decades we’ve eaten carb-heavy diets.
Carbs have played a major role in the American and Canadian diets. And you can see why. You and I know it’s pretty easy to eat a big bag of chips or popcorn in one sitting, right?
That’s because these foods have been scientifically engineered to trick your brain into thinking you’re not full. And don’t even get me started on sodas!
2) The media has lied to us about fat.
They say things like, “Fat is the enemy”, “Fat leads to more heart attacks.”
It’s simply not true!
When you marry these two myths, it’s easy to see why people are afraid of fat.
Luckily, fat is good for you.
So here’s what to do:
Eat more fats.
Bacon, eggs, avocado, butter… they’re all great.
You’ll feel more full and satisfied.
The whole ketogenic way is based around a high fat, low carb diet. And with millions of success stories around the world, it’s easy to see why it’s a win-win strategy.
Dr. Ken Berry, a Keto expert, gives a great example in one of his videos.
He says you could probably eat an entire bag of Doritos in one sitting… but a pack of bacon?
Nope.
When you eat fat, it triggers a hormone in your body that says you’re full.
That’s the beauty of fat.

Let’s face it, you know you need more veggies in your diet, but when you have to peel, cut, steam or fry them…
… it’s robs you of your time.
Here’s a quick and easy way to get more greens into your diet every day.
Blend them.
From fridge to clean up, this only takes 5 minutes.
Kale, celery, cucumber, peppers, lettuces, asparagus are all great for this.
Especially Kale.
It’s one of the most nutrient dense foods in the world.
It’s packed with vitamin A, B-6, C, D, Potassium and loads of fiber.
It’s one of the best ways I know to have more energy and nourish your body.
Plus, you can mix it with a small amount of berries to take the edge off the bitterness.

Hi there,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn 3 filling keto snacks.
With very few carbs in your diet, it can be tricky to fill that void. Whenever you feel that craving for some blood-sugar-spiking food…
…instead, try these snacks:
1 - A piece of full fat cheese.
The body takes longer to break down fats, so cheese is a great snack.
2 - A handful of macadamia nuts.
Just like cheese, nuts are calorie dense. Which makes them perfect for feeling full between meals. However, don’t go overboard. Just have a small handful of nuts. Enough to keep your stomach happy.
3 - A stick of celery
Celery is a great keto snack. In fact, 100 grams of celery only contains 16 calories. Almost nothing! It’s especially great if you’re still hungry after eating some nuts or cheese.
Now, here’s a bonus snack for you.
Water.
Drink lots of water. It’s the best drink on the planet… at zero calories. And it’s a great way to feel full if you’re still hungry.

Whether you’re waiting for dinner or trying intermittent fasting, there’s one thing you can do to stay full and satiated without eating.
Here it is:
Drink mineral / carbonated water.
The gas in the water helps you feel full without a single calorie.
It’s amazing.
It’s a secret weapon that I’ve seen some of the most successful Keto dieters use.
If you don’t like the taste, try variations: soda water, mineral water, or try adding a drop of lemon juice.
It’s amazing how full this can make you feel while you hold out for lunch or dinner.

You’ll learn whether you should drink cow’s milk on Keto or not.
The short answer is…
No.
You shouldn’t really drink milk.
See, it has lots of lactose sugar.
In fact, one glass of milk has 12 grams of sugar. That’s almost your entire carb intake for the day!
Desperate for milk in your coffee?
Here’s what you CAN have:
Full fat cream.
Add a teaspoon to your food and you’ll stay in ketosis.

Hi there,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn the odd way to break your keto stall.
There are dozens of reasons you might hit a weight loss stall. Chances are, if you’ve stalled, you’ve already tried lots of things.
As a last resort if nothing else works try this weird tip that I found online:
Try the Carnivore Diet for 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
What’s the carnivore diet?
Basically, you only eat meat… plus eggs and butter.
It’s no good long term.
Don’t make this permanent for god’s sakes!
However, the benefit is that you kill the carb loving bacteria in your gut.
Again, it’s great to smash through a stall when nothing else works.

Hi Guys,

You’ll learn how to curb your hunger while doing intermittent fasting.
I’ve spent some time in Facebook groups and noticed one question that comes up A LOT about intermittent fasting.
The question is:
“I’m hungry. What can I eat without breaking my fast?
Side note: In case you’re not aware: intermittent fasting is basically what we do when we sleep.
However, we just extend it longer into the day. Like eating your first meal at noon by skipping breakfast. It gives you benefits like focus, energy, weight loss. (Plus, money saved on food.)
Okay so what’s the solution to your hunger during a fast?
Here are 3 things you can drink to feel satisfied:
Hope that helps.

Hi everyone,
It's Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn my number 1 keto supermarket trick.
Okay. If you are like me, you love to treat yourself to sweets and greasy food.
Chocolate, cakes and muffins.
Pizza, fried chicken and burgers.
Unfortunately, the supermarket is a wonderland filled with endless goodies that drop us out of ketosis. Not to mention the delicious smell of food that floats through a shopping mall! Luckily, there’s a simple tip you can use to avoid all these temptations.
Here it is:
Eat before you go out. As the old saying goes, “Never shop when you’re hungry”…
… and boy are they right! Here’s the trick: Eat a fat and protein-rich meal so you stay full and satisfied. No hunger. No itch. My favorite is bacon and eggs with a side of tomato and avocado. And then I wash it down with a glass of water. Plus a little squirt of lemon juice. So there you have it. Always make sure you eat a big full-fat keto meal just before you shop and you’ll breeze right past the fast food sections.

Hi everyone,
It’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com. You’ll learn the keto tip many dieters really need to hear. Truth is, I almost didn’t create this video. I wasn’t sure how you’d react but I’ve decided that it’s important for you to hear it. If you’re someone who struggles to find vegetables and foods that you like to eat on Keto, this is for you.
Here’s the tip:
Go to the supermarket and find one new vegetable and piece of meat to try.
Roam the aisles and find something new. Challenge yourself. Luckily, your palette is retrainable. Add more flavor to your dishes with pepper, spices, salt or butter. Part of being a mature adult is your willingness to change and to try different foods.
And…
To eat things that you know are good for you, even if you don’t like them.
I promise you, if you try and eat these things enough, you’ll eventually like them too.
And as a result, you’ll naturally lose weight.

Hi everyone,
It’s Gillian O Dowd here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn the cheese you must avoid on Keto. You might be thinking, “But Caleb, I can eat all the different cheeses I want on Keto, right?”
Nope. You can’t. There’s one cheese that’ll knock you out of ketosis faster than you can say “white bread.”
And that’s… processed cheese. Yep. That plastic-looking cheese which comes individually wrapped. You’ll find between 16 and 19 gram of carbs in a 100 gram serving of the stuff. So please please please, avoid at all costs. You’ll keep your body in a fat-burning state and avoid a stall.

Hi there,

You’ll learn the one thing you should never, ever do on Keto. Many people go on the keto diet, lose 10-15 pounds in 2-3 weeks and go back to their normal lifestyle… or they hit a stall and wonder why the weight loss slows down.
I have news for you. According to Dr. Berry, your initial weight loss is water. Water weight that you’ve carried around for a long time… finally flushed away. My tip for today?
Don’t rest on your early success! In other words, don’t get excited by your initial weight loss. That’s just the beginning. It’s week 3-6 where you’ll really start to see amazing changes. More energy, glowing skin and more fat loss.

Hi there,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn how to know if you’re in ketosis. There’s a simple way to know if your body’s in ketosis and burning fat. It’s called a Keto Monitor. Basically, it’s just like a glucose monitor. You place a strip into the device, prick your finger and drop blood onto the strip.
If you’re in ketosis, your reading will be between .5 and 3.5 mmol/L.
The constant feedback you get from one of these monitors is great to stay motivated on your diet. And best of all, they’re pretty cheap too. I think you can pick up one of these for about 40 bucks on Amazon.
So you might be thinking, “When should you test yourself?”
Well, that’s really up to you.
Some people like to test themselves before breakfast, before lunch and after dinner each day. When you first start, you’ll be excited to test yourself a lot. However, as you stay in ketosis more, you’ll monitor yourself less and less.

Hi there,

You’ll learn why cortisol, the stress hormone, can equal keto weight stalls. Do you lead a stressful life?
If you hate your job, do shift work or have trouble in your relationship, you’ll experience spikes in Cortisol. It’s your body’s “stress” hormone and if it’s out of whack, you won’t lose weight. Or worse, you’ll GAIN weight.
Why? Think about it. When we’re stressed, we reach for our favorite chocolate, ice cream or pizza. Sound familiar? Your body goes into survival mode and stalls your fat loss efforts.
This means it can hold onto your weigh because of uncertainty. So here’s what to do:
Put a plan in place to reduce ONE stressful event from your life by X date. Pin point the biggest stress and figure out how to eliminate it. Start today. If you enjoyed this tip and want more keto and weight loss strategies, then go to DailyKetoMeals.com
Hi Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn why you should not weigh yourself everyday. Here’s the #1 way to guarantee you’ll quit your diet fast and feel totally frustrated. Weigh yourself every day. Seriously. Don’t do it.
Let me explain this further…
Your body is complex. Weight loss does NOT happen in a gradual downward line. In fact, if you’re a woman, there’s a high chance your weight will fluctuate a lot. You might gain a pound and then lose three. This cycle could continue for years on the Keto diet. With hormone and mensural cycles, you have lots of other factors happening in your body. Bottom line, if your body weight fluctuates, don’t get discouraged. It’s normal.
The solution? Only weigh yourself on Sunday.
This minimizes the time you look at the scale. Stick to the plan, be patient and the weight will come off. Weigh yourself weekly and you won’t feel down or discouraged.

You’ll learn the amazing pink keto food. We’ve all heard it for years and years…
…“Salt is bad for you.”…
… “Salt raises your blood pressure.”…
But it’s simply not true!
According to Dr. Ken Berry (MD), there is not a single study that proves salt elevates your chance of heart attack or stroke. So where did all these claims come from? Who knows! In fact, unprocessed Himalayan salt, gives you lots of minerals and micronutrients that you need. That’s the pink food by the way. Plus, it actually makes you less hungry. This is especially great if you do intermittent fasting. So there you have it, add more salt to your diet.

Hello Everyone,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn the best oil you can eat on Keto. Ready for it?
…It’s coconut oil.
Why? Coconut oil can help you get into ketosis. It contains fats called medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Unlike most other fats, MCTs are absorbed quickly and transported to the liver where they can work to give you energy or converted into ketones. The more ketones you have, the more fat-burning that can occur in your body.
However, if you want to add coconut oil to your diet, it’s a good idea to start small. Consume one teaspoon per day with your food daily and work your way up. This avoids digestion problems and cramps as your body gets used to it.

Hi there,
It's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.

Hi there,

You’ll learn the worst breakfast you can eat.
I have news for you. The worst breakfast you can eat, is also the most common amongst Americans.
It’s cereal. Yep. Most cereal is so refined and processed that any nutrients that might have lived in it, are gone. Plus, cereals are full of carbs, so they’re no good for Keto.
In fact, if you eat cereal, you might as well eat a candy bar and can of coca-cola… nutrition wise, they’re virtually the same. Instead, eat eggs with avocado… Or try intermittent fasting and just don’t eat until lunch time.
You’ll stay in ketosis and burn more fat as a result. If you enjoyed this tip and want more keto and weight loss strategies, then go to https://DailyKetoMeals.com
Hi Everyone, it's Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll learn the one thing that you need to add more of to you diet. Here it is... When you're on the keto diet, eat more salt. Yes, for decades Western society has demonized the salt. In fact may keto experts and doctors say that there's no scientific doctor to prove that salt is bad for you. So that's proof enough for me.
But here's the thing... When you lose pounds on the keto diet, you lose a ton of water as well. And with that you lose a ton of salt too so you need to replace it. Which is great because I love salt on my soups and on my steamed veggies. It makes everything tastes better. Luckily with this initial waste lose, hopefully you'll lower inflammation on your body too ... And the results you'll feel better, look better and lean down your body.

Hi there,
It’s Gillian O’Dowd here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
You’ll learn why counting calories is dumb. I’ve got a great tip for you today. As you know, different Keto experts, give slightly different perspectives on the diet and how to do it.
I watched an eye-opening video online today by an MD called Ken Berry…
…and he had a paradigm shifting idea that you might want to try:
Don’t count calories.
He states, “The human body doesn’t count calories. It doesn’t take that into consideration. Protein carbs and fats all go down different metabolic pathways in your body.”
Basically, he’s saying that you don’t have a calorie problem, but rather, you might have a hormone problem like cortisol thyroid or something else.
There was a big Women’s Health Initiative Study done in 2006 that backs up his claim. During the study, on average, women’s calorie intake was reduced from 1788 to 1446 per day. At first, women lost weight initially, however, within 12 months they regained most or all of the weight. When you restrict your carbs, you keep your insulin levels low and healthy and that right there is the key to weight loss.
Don’t count calories, count carbs. Stay under 20 grams of carbs per day. Use that as your bench mark. Plus it’s much easier to manage than counting ALL your calories.
Try this tip for and see if it works for you. If you enjoyed this tip and want more keto and weight loss strategies, then go to https://DailyKetoMeals.com
Hey, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you the secret to losing weight on Keto.
I read an interesting perspective on weight loss that may help you succeed.
Here it is:
“Don’t lose weight to get healthy, Get healthy to lose
weight.”
You see, losing weight is a side-effect of being healthy.
So one of the fastest ways to lose weight is to put your attention on becoming healthy. Too many people go on a diet and see it as a sacrifice.
They think their diet is something separate from the regular foods that they eat. You shouldn’t look for a diet.
You should look for a new way of life. A way of life that sees you being more active, eating foods that give you energy, feeling happy, healthy emotions on a daily basis. When you’re active, energized, and feeling wonderful... you’ll lose weight faster than you ever imagined possible.
The key to your transformation is to stop focusing on fat, and start focusing on your health.

You’ll learn the best keto-friendly wines. If you’re like me, you enjoy an occasional glass of wine. So here’s the best wines you can drink on Keto. When it comes to white wine, Pinot Grigio, is the best. For red wines, Pinot Noir is a real winner.
And if you like champagne Brut is great. It has less than 2 grams of sugar per 5 ounce glass.
However, you need to monitor yourself carefully. For some people, wine can kick you out of ketosis.
So be careful about how much wine you have. Experiment and get to know yourself.
And always stay away from sweet wines at all costs.
In general, alcohol is not great for losing weight.
Just remember, if you enjoy a drink now and then, you can stay in keto and lose weight at the same time.

Hi there,
Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
And in this video, you’ll learn how much water you should drink.
Water is key to weight loss.
It hydrates, flushes waste from the body and metabolizes fat.
Plus, there’s one HUGE reason why lots of water helps you lose weight. I’ll explain that in a moment…
But first, how much should you actually drink?
There’s a lot of confusion around water on the Internet.
Some say you need 8 glasses.
Some say you need less.
Some say more.
Here’s the best suggestion I found:
Dr. Josh Axe suggests:
Drink 25-50% of your weight in ounces daily.
So, for example, if you weight 160 pounds, you need between 40 to 80 ounces of water daily.
If you weight 200 pounds, you need between 50 and 100 ounces.
Okay, to finish off, here’s the huge reason lots of water helps you lose weight.
It suppresses your appetite.
That realization right there might be the single tip that helps you lose 40 pounds or more.

Hey, it's Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com. You’ll learn about the carbs hiding in your food.
As you probably know, you need to keep your carbs under 20 grams per day on Keto. However, you might go over the limit and not even know it. See, there are hidden carbs and sugars in dozens of foods on the supermarket shelf. It’s hard to keep track of everything that’s good and bad for you.
So here’s a quick tip:
Check the labels of everything you buy for 1 week. You’ll be surprised by the things that have sugar and carbs in them. When it comes to packaged foods, make sure you avoid milk, pasta sauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, salad dressings, … and meats like, salami, hot dogs, sausages and beef jerky.
Plus, you need to be careful of fresh fruit and vegetables. People think, “Oh this is a vegetable, so I can eat it.” Nope. When it comes to vegetables, avoid carrots, peas, potatoes and corn. These are full of carbs. Often up to 20%. When it comes to fruit, avoid everything except the berries. You can eat strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries without getting kicked out of ketosis, but only if you eat them in moderation. So if you’ve hit a weight loss stall, check the labels of your food carefully.
I promise, if you do this, not only will you ramp your body back into ketosis, you’ll become more informed about your foods too.

People often ask me… “How do I fall asleep quickly and easily at night?
Here are my three top tips:
Turn off your bedroom lights. Do you know what releases the hormone (melatonin) to help you sleep? Darkness. So dim your lights and only leave a lamp on.
Read a book
Stay away from the TV or your phone at night. If you must look at your phone, turn the brightness down and turn on the blue light filter setting.
Create a bedtime routine
In order to get the best sleep, stick to a routine. This forms a habit and helps your body get used to this every single day.
Better sleep means more energy which means less sugar cravings.

You see, people often struggle on Keto because they feel deprived.
Well, I found a great solution. You ready for it?
It’s... drink lemon water!! Why?
Several reasons...
1 — Drinking water causes weight loss. In fact, your body cannot lose weight unless it’s properly hydrated.
2 — A squirt of lemon juice charges up the immune system, which helps you fight off sickness and disease.
3 — Drinking water gives you energy. It also balances your hormones and makes you feel calmer, happier, less stressed and more comfortable.
4 — Lemon juice detoxes the blood and the kidneys. It removes garbage from your body that’s slowing you down and making you sluggish.
5 — Plus, lemon water tastes better than regular water and contains only 1 calorie.
As simple as it sounds, a glass of water with a squirt of lemon juice, is a powerful weight loss, health improving tonic.

I’d like to tell you the Keto dieters cure for carb cravings. You see, when you first start Keto, the first few weeks can be tough. Especially while your body adjusts to eating less carbs.
At times, you may be tempted by late night chocolate... afternoon toast... or ice cream.
So here’s what to do:
Throw out all the carbs and temptations in your house. Throw them all out.
Throw out the pasta, breads, yoghurts and sugary sauces.
Throw out the flour, rice, chocolate and potatoes!
It might sound crazy but it works!
If there’s no temptations in your house, it’s almost impossible to cheat. The instant you feel tempted, you’ll grab a Keto friendly snack instead — and the craving will disappear. It’s much easier to stick to Keto when the only foods in your home are Keto friendly. In a week or two, your cravings for carbs and sugar will disappear.

Good Evening Guys,
It’s Gillian from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you about the forgotten secret to rapid weight loss. You see, there’s one thing (like no other) that packs on pounds and inches and makes it almost impossible to lose weight.
What is it? It’s... a lack of sleep. Seriously. Not getting enough sleep makes us fat. It also keeps us fat. In fact, if you tried to lose weight in the past but couldn’t... It could be because you weren’t getting enough sleep. So why is sleep so important for losing weight?
Simple. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body releases a lot of cortisol into your blood stream. Cortisol is the stress hormone. So when you’re not getting enough sleep, your body and mind... they’re stressed. That’s a fact. Now stress causes weight problems in two ways. First, when we are stressed, we crave comfort foods like chocolate, candies, desserts, and carbs. Why? Because those are our comfort foods, they relax us. They relieve stress.
And second, because a body that’s stressed is in panic mode. And when a human body is in panic mode, it does not allow fat storages to be burned. That’s why people who are stressed never lose weight. They can’t.It’s not possible. So how do you solve this? You get a good nights sleep, that’s how. At least 8 hours. And if you’re over age 60, then at least 6 hours. Try this for one month as a test. You’ll be amazed with your results. A good night’s sleep could be just the thing you need to get over a stubborn weight loss stall... or else... finally achieve the body of your dreams.

Hey, it’s Gillian here from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you two quick ways to get into Ketosis so your body burns fat.
The two quick ways to get into Keto are...
1. Cut your carb intake to 20 grams straight away.
2. Cut your carb intake to 20 grams gradually over 5 days.
The problem with option 1 is that your body is used to eating carbs.
So if you make such a drastic change, it won’t be easy.
In fact, many people experience intense withdrawal symptoms and carb cravings from going cold-turkey like this.
That’s why option 2 is so much better. Here’s what your carb goals for each day: Day 1: eat 100 grams of carbs
Day 2: eat 75 grams of carbs
Day 3: eat 50 grams of carbs
Day 4: eat 30 grams of carbs
Day 5: eat 20 grams or less (and stay there.)
At the same time, start to clean up your diet and move away from packaged foods.
Try to memorize the ingredients you can’t eat and keep an eye out for hidden sugars.
This is a process.
Keto is a life change.
So you shouldn't expect to adapt overnight.
If you change your diet gradually, you’ll have a much higher chance of sticking with it, and therefore, losing more weight.
Hope you enjoyed this tip.

However, modern scientific research has shown quite the opposite.
Instead of it being bad for us, it’s actually extremely healthy for us.
What’s more, this food is now thought to be one of the most powerful tools known to man for burning fat.
Can you guess what it is? It’s... Butter.
I know, crazy.
But bear with me.
For decades, people have demonized butter because they said it clogs your arteries.
But modern research has proved that idea wrong. You see, butter is an incredibly complex food.
It has 400 different types of fatty acids.
Each one of them is perfectly designed to trigger the state of Ketosis in your body.
So cook your vegetables in butter.
Pour melted butter over your steak.
You can even add butter to your morning coffee.
Using butter more frequently will cause your body to burn more fat on Keto.
For the best results, eat grass fed butter.
It’s healthier.
In fact, the very best butter is KerryGold Irish Butter.
You can find it in WholeFoods or else online.

Good Afternoon, it’s Gillian from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you how to stay motivated to achieve your weight loss goals with Keto.
You see, most people fail to make any diet a success for one of two primary reasons.
First, they can’t get motivated to even start the diet.
And second, even if they do, they can’t stay motivated long enough to succeed.
So here’s a great way to get and stay motivated on Keto: Grab a piece of paper.
On one side, write all the nice things you want to do, feel or experience as a result of achieving your dream body.
Then, on the other side, all the bad things you don’t want to happen if you don’t lose weight.
For example, on the positive side, you might say...
I want to feel more confident in my appearance. > I want to look great in pictures.
I want to fit into my skinny jeans again.
And on the negative side, you might say...I don’t want to feel tired and sick all the time.
I don’t want people making fun of me anymore. > I don’t want to take medications.
Write as many things as you can think of on both sides.
When you’re finished, you’ll have an honest account of all the things you do and don’t want.
Once that’s done, keep it somewhere safe and accessible... like in your handbag.
Then, anytime you feel like you want to quit, read the list to give yourself a surge of motivation.
It will motivate and inspire you to stick with the keto diet and achieve your ideal weight.

Hey,
It’s Gillian from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you a smarter way to eat vegetables on Keto. You see, eating the RIGHT vegetables is key to losing weight on Keto. The problem is... veggies take a long time to cut and prepare. So here’s a time saving idea for you: Blend those veggies!! That’s right. Blend them into a veggie smoothie. You’ll save time and get more micronutrients into your body this way. Now there’s loads of great veggie smoothie recipes available online. So you won’t be stuck for great tasting ideas. But what if you don’t like veggie smoothies? Honestly, the answer is simple... Change your mindset. Of course you would rather eat popcorn and ice cream. But those foods make us fat and sick and cause disease. That’s not what we want. We want to be healthy. We want to be happy. We want to feel amazing.
So follow my advice... eat for health, not for disease. If you like this tip, and you want more...

Hey,
It’s Gillian from DailyKetoMeals.com.
I’d like to tell you about the 5 minute cure for sugar cravings on Keto. Or any other kind of food craving at all. You ready?
Simply go for a 5-minute walk.
I know, simple... right?
But don’t underestimate this.
Stress causes food cravings and binge eating.
Well, guess what?
A brisk walk is one of the most proven and effective stress busting strategies known to man.
Try it out.
Next time you feel the desire to eat carbs or chocolate, just go for a brisk walk.
You can even say to yourself, “If I still want the chocolate after the walk, I can have it.”
Fact of the matter is, you won’t want that candy after you have relieved your stress.
Plus, doing this is actually shown to break your addiction to unhealthy food.
If, instead of giving into your cravings, you go for a walk, you’ll reprogram your mind to not even think about unhealthy foods going forward.
It’s simple, yet very powerful. Bonus tip:
Obviously there will be times when you can’t go for a walk (like if you’re at work.)
In a case like that, try this:
Bring an avocado to work with you and eat it when you get a cravings.
Avocados are full of good fats, they’re low in carbs and have lots of nutrients (like magnesium and potassium.)
And within seconds of chewing on an avocado, your craving will disappear.
It’s much better than eating processed garbage.
Plus, eating avocados helps you get into Ketosis and burn fat like crazy.

Hi there, it’s Gillian O’Dowd here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the “tortoise” tip to shed pounds on Keto. Do you remember the story of the tortoise and the hare? Many people eat their keto meals like the hare. They gobble them up in 5 minutes flat. The problem? It takes 20 minutes for your gut to tell your brain, “Hey, I’m full!” Therefore, if you eat too fast, you might eat more calories than you need.
Instead do this:
Eat slow. Whether that means you focus on chewing or putting your knife and fork down between bites, do something to slow things down. As a result, you’ll naturally eat more food.

Hi Guys, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the trick to burn more fat on Keto. Everyone knows that exercise and gym can speed up your keto weight loss results, but it’s hard to get yourself to the gym. And let’s face it, if you magically appeared at the gym, you’d probably do some exercise, right? But getting there is the hard part.
So here’s a great tip to help:
Pack everything you need for the gym into a bag the night before and lay out your gym clothes. Add your shoes, yoga mat, drink bottle, towel and anything else you need. That way when the alarm goes off, you slip out of bed, put on your gym clothes and grab your bag. Habits are hard to start. If you remove as much friction as possible, you increase the chance you’ll actually do it.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com. Today, you’ll discover 2 keto friendly Starbucks coffees. Here’s how to enjoy Starbucks coffees and yet stay in ketosis. Order espresso coffee. This is 100% keto friendly. Now, if you don’t like black coffee, you can order a Caffè Americano and ask for heavy cream. Ask to add it yourself so you can portion it. Also, you can add cinnamon and/or nutmeg to add flavor. Sugar-free syrups are another option. Just because you’re on Keto, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious coffee. With a bit of planning, you can enjoy a great hot beverage from Starbucks any day of the week. Hi Guys, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the one drink that everyone is talking about on Keto.
This drink is perfect on a fast or any time of day for that matter. In fact some people talk about this like it’s a miracle.
What is it? Bone broth. It’s the drink of choice for many people on keto for one big reason: electrolytes. When you lose weight, you flush out loads of water together with essential salts and minerals. So when you drink bone broth, you replenish your body’s vital electrolytes.
Plus, some people find that bone broth even helps them sleep. It’s a win win situation. Add bone broth as part of your keto diet today.

Hi Guys, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover The “264 x 264” fat loss technique. One of those powerful ways to lose fat is to slim down and track your food! As they say, “What you measure, improves.” When you track what you eat, you snap your body out of its habit patterns and eat consciously.
See, the power isn’t in tracking foods perfectly. The benefit is in the act of note taking. It makes you think about what you eat. And while a food journal is okay, it takes a bit of time. Do you know what’s even better and faster? A food photograph journal.
Here’s what to do:
Take photos of your meals in a food diary app. I like this app: “See How You Eat”. With a press of the button, the app enters a pic of your food into your journal. (The photos are captured at 264 x 264 pixels.) And the best part? You don’t need to waste 5 minutes each time you eat. Snap a pic and in 5 seconds you move on with your day. You’ll become more aware of what you eat and naturally make better choices.

Hi Guys, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the 5-second tactic to end hunger pains. Do you ever feel hungry in-between meals? Would you like a quick and easy way to overcome this?
Here’s what to do:
Eat a table spoon of peanut butter. This might sound strange but it’s a great way to feel full and end cravings. You might even consider it a “fat bomb”. The high fat content (often 50% or more) helps satiate and keep you full. Just make sure you buy a low-carb variety! Some peanut butters are loaded with sugar. So be careful. There you have it. A great trick to end hunger pains between meals.

Hi Guys, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the one ingredient you should add to your keto meals. Do you want a quick and easy way to add more protein and fibre to your Keto diet? Add flaxseed meal.
Rather than whole flaxseeds, the ground version is easier to digest for your body. One 13g serve has 4.5g of fat and only 4g of carbs. (3 of these grams are fiber so the net carbs come down to 1g.) Add flaxseed meal to keto-friendly smoothies, yoghurts, cakes and mayonnaise. It’s a great way to feel full and lower the chance you’ll eat snacks between meals.

Hi there, it’s Gillian here from https://DailyKetoMeals.com.
Today, you’ll discover the truth about Xanthan Gum. Most people miss bread on Keto. It’s a real challenge for many of us. With bread everywhere you look in America, it’s often hard to avoid.
Luckily, you can substitute gluten for Xanthan Gum and enjoy keto-friendly baked goods.
And yes, it’s perfectly safe. For example, if you want to make almond flour keto bread, use Xanthan Gum instead. It’s a great way to stop your recipe from being crumbly and adds an element that binds everything together. So there you have it: Use Xanthan Gum to replace gluten in your cooking.
