Like all large organizations the Veteran's Administration can be slow and frustrating to deal with but don't take it personally. Remaining calm and patient will insure you leave there in a good frame of mind having accomplished what you set out to do. Whenever possible take a friend or family member with you, it will pass the time more quickly and help your overall attitude as you wait. Whatever you do don't get frustrated and leave before your appointment.
