On this episode I am talking with former Delta Force operator, Tom Satterly, and his wife, Jen Satterly.
Tom spent 20 years with Delta Force, and like some of the other guests I have had on, Tom was part of the Battle of Mogadishu, which many people know as the Black Hawk Down incident.
Jen was a photographer assigned to document special operations when she met Tom. The two were eventually married.
Together, they run the All Secure Foundation, which helps victims of PTSD in various ways, including retreats; which we get into on the episode. Tom has written a book called All Secure, and Jen has written a book called Arsenal of Hope, both of which I highly recommend you check out.

Jason Beighley is a retired Army Delta Force veteran that served in the Black Hawk Down event: the Battle of Mogadishu. He was also the project lead for the HK416 project. On the episode Jason talks about his service, and his work with HK in helping design the 416.
Kyle Lamb is a Delta Force veteran, notably of the "Black Hawk Down" mission. He now runs his company Viking Tactics, where he offers firearm products and training to the shooting community. Kyle is also an instructor for the Sig Sauer Academy. On this episode of the podcast I am talking with Brad Thomas, a veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment and Delta Force. Brad served in the Battle of Mogadishu, made famous by the book and movie Black Hawk Down, and later did several deployments with Delta in the Global War on Terror.
Growing up on the East Coast playing guitar, Brad thought that his original path would be music. But like many young adults, he ended up joining the Army to pursue a high adrenaline job (he even told the recruiter flat out that he wanted to try out for Delta). Brad would eventually get what he wanted and joined Delta. And he eventually would get to pursue his other passion: music, with his band Silence and Light.
On the episode Brad talks about his upbringing, the difference in kids back in the day versus the kids today, his time in the Army (including, of course, the Battle of Mogadishu, where he actually witnessed the “This is my safety” incident), and he talks about his band, Silence and Light. Brad is intelligent, clear, and super interesting to listen to.

Dugan ended his popular firearms YouTube channel, Carnik Con, in March 2015. Since then people have been wondering if he is going to start up Carnik Con again, or if it is done for good. I decided to ask him myself.
In this podcast interview Dugan talks how he got into guns, his time in the Army, Carnik Con, SEO and video work, and his plans for SHOT Show 2016. I would like to thank Dugan for taking the time to do the interview and for his service in the United States Army.
