One thing I've seen over the years, and I continue to see, is the disconnect with the look and the feel of an online business. When you have an in-person business, like a retail shop, you pay attention to every detail inside that retail shop. But, when it comes to the online space, people forget that their website and their social media is their shop or their office and that they need to have a very strong brand identity.

In this episode of IntegratED Jamie talks to Nikki Arensman a branding and design expert. Nikki is incredibly passionate about empowering and equipping women with the tools needed to turn their passion into a profitable business and a beautiful brand.

I started my business when I was 20, and for the first decade, I was convinced that I could do it all by myself. After having my first kid, and a total burnout, I realized that I needed help. I think that many entrepreneurs struggle with asking for help because your business is your baby, but as your business grows you get to a point where you can’t do it all by yourself and you need to build a team.

In today's episode of IntegratED, Jamie speaks with Veronica Romney a Dream Team Architect. She has been in the online marketing world since 2008, most recently working behind-the-scenes as a speaker, trainer, Director, and Chief of Staff for brands such as Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Pete Vargas, and BossBabe.

Veronica is a full-time research marketing professional and will share some super helpful tips with us today.

This podcast episode is different from my other episodes, but I think is really important to talk about our eating habits, because it is something that in my house, in the past, has really caused a lot of contention.

I can't even count how many fights have happened at 5 pm. A typical discussion would be something like:

“What do you want to eat?”

“I don't know. What do you want to eat?”

“I don't know. What do you want to eat??”

Before you know it, it is already 6 pm, we're fighting and end up getting takeout. Sound familiar?

So, with today's episode, I want to share how we have streamlined our eating habits and how that has saved us from many hangry discussions, saved us money, and saved us from wasting food!

I hope you enjoy this episode!

How do you find the confidence to own your voice and be willing to do that uncomfortable work, to shed the layers, and to start to question - "is this even my own voice or is this somebody else's voice?"

In today's episode, I am sharing an unexpected encounter I've had three years ago with a woman. Her advice “You'll find your voice too, you have it in you. It just takes some time to find it” has stuck with me ever since.

It is so easy to get lost in social media and what we “should be doing, what's working, and how we should show up in the world” and ultimately it can lead to a lot of disappointment in yourself.

Let's have a look at how you can find your voice and start using your voice!

We as a society are sort of obsessed with instant gratification. If we put something out there on social media, we want to get likes and comments right away. In our minds, the likes and comments are also an indication of “how successful” the content is.

I really struggle with that point of view. As someone who's been in the social media world for a really long time, I would think that that's the wrong lens to look through social media with. Many entrepreneurs think that they didn’t get a new comment or as many likes as the previous post, then it's not a successful post.

That shouldn’t be the measure of success for social media!

Too often we entrepreneurs you the "I have a block" excuse in our business in order to avoid getting uncomfortable and facing the work that needs to be done to reach the next level in business.

As entrepreneurs, it is our job to grow our businesses and take on new clients. The block or hurdles are part of it. Naturally, we always want to fix something that's wrong and we would rather believe that there's something wrong with us, than just get uncomfortable and do the really hard work.

In this new episode of IntegratED, I share with you my thought about the very common excuse "I have a block" and offer some solutions on what the reasons behind it are and what we can do about it.

With traditional marketing, there was a clear line between marketing and the sales process. You couldn’t look at a billboard and buy something, but today, when you look online, it is all mixed together. For entrepreneurs, this can get quite overwhelming pretty quickly.

In this podcast episode of IntegratED, Jamie L Palmer talks to Liz Theresa, a business mentor, copywriter, and web designer. Liz has helped entrepreneurs find clarity and uniquely market themselves with confidence for the past 10 years.

They discuss Instagram Reels, the importance of showing up authentically for your business, how to be the star of your business.

Have you ever wondered what the best business model might be for the online space? I would contend that this is not necessarily the right question you want to ask. Instead, I would encourage you to ask yourself, which is the best business model based on your strengths and that you'll actually stick with?

I like to remind my clients that they went into business for themselves! Remember that when you see all of these different advices online, that encourage you to try this, this or that… it's like they're just throwing spaghetti at the walls to see what sticks. Don’t just follow a business trend because it’s in and realize that it is not for you.

In this podcast episode I will cover the following business models:

The 1:1 model, the high-ticket model, the retreat model, The mid-ticket model, The agency & service provider model, The low-ticket model, The membership model, The book and self-study model, The e-commerce model

The vast majority of people in the online space measure success through dollars.

We have all seen testimonials stating go from zero to six figures in six months or six weeks. Personally, I've never liked that approach, because when you look behind the scenes, there are so many ways with which you can manipulate those numbers.

You have to understand what success means to you: How do you measure success? How do you measure your goals?

The important thing to remember and to make shifts around is realizing what is really important to you. I know that there is a whole legion of people out there who are turned off by money marketing and so I want to open the conversation to you about what success looks like to you.

How do you measure that success, because I don't believe success is all about money. The money is a byproduct of the impact that you're making in the lives that you're changing.

Today is all about being intentional.

"Intentional living is the art of making our own choices before others choices make us." -author unknown.

Often entrepreneurs get swept away in to-do lists and get so busy delivering all the things in their business, that they don't actually do the work on their own business and themselves to actually move forward.

Tasks in their business come last and seem overwhelming to do. To-do lists are a mile long, and the overwhelm about figuring out what to do next is real.

So, in today’s podcast, I want to show you how I switched my mindset in treating myself and my business like my best client! It didn’t happen overnight, but it was this mindset shift that I made, that really forced me to look at how I was treating my business.

Over the years, when it comes to expectation setting, I've learned some really valuable lessons the hard way.

In my first business, I had zero boundaries in place when it came to my clients and there was no expectation of business hours or response times. Messages were coming at me from all different platforms. It was a total nightmare and I totally burnt out.

I said goodbye to a lot of those clients and started up again from scratch, with expectations and boundaries!

In today's episode, I want to share a valuable lesson with you, so that you don’t ever experience a burnout.

Entrepreneurs often work on something and if they don’t see results as fast as they hoped, they believe that their product is not viable. The next “natural” step for them is to let that go or not focus on it and change what they're doing or move to something else. This is super common.

Soon after all the focus has shifted to another product, they start to see action happening with the product that they had abandoned.

In today’s episode, I want to take a closer look at why this happens.

I want to demystify what's wrong with the traditional business coaching advice that the vast majority of online business coaches give out and what to do instead.

To be successful in the online world, you need to have the following in place:

  • a strategy
  • marketing
  • technology/ systems

Once you have all these 3 things in place, you need to implement them. Everything must work together and come together to build what I call an online business ecosystem .

The problem with the vast majority of online business coaches is that they only truly understand the strategy. Many of them do not get involved in the marketing, the implementation, or the technology aspect.

Understanding how everything is connected is super important to bring a business to life.

Consistency is probably one of, if not the most important aspects to running a business. I'm not just talking about marketing here; I'm talking about how you show up online, your messaging, your self-care, and your sales. Consistency is really one of the most important aspects and habits that you can cultivate as an entrepreneur.

Consistency is also one of the most undervalued, underestimated, and first things that people give up on. Why? Well, unrealistic expectations are one.

So, when it comes to consistency in YOUR business

  1. How consistent have you been?
  2. Are you being strategic with whatever it is that you're doing OR are you doing it to simply check off a box?
  3. Is this something you've been consistent with 90% of time over the last six months or a year?

Listen to this new episode of the OMG Show and learn more about how to become consistent!

The holiday season kickoff is just a few weeks away, and you might be thinking, “Well, it’s too late for me to make a Black Friday sale in my business….” Guess what, it’s not!

You still have plenty of time to create an amazing Black Friday deal and sale in your business. I’m going to walk you through six steps that will lead to a successful Black Friday launch in your business.

  1. Have a Black Friday offer!

What will you be selling? At this point in the game, you want to think about the products and the services that you have, which are tried and true in your business. You know that you can deliver them and deliver them well!

How are you going to deliver your Black Friday offer? Think about how you are going to do the deliverable. Is it an automated deliverable or will you have to physically do some work to deliver? That’s really important to keep in mind when you’re doing a Black Friday offer.

  1. Your Black Friday Hook

What will make them buy from you now? Why is this different than all the other times that you’ve potentially offered this product? The goal of doing a big Black Friday sale is to ultimately convert people who are already in your community into buyers. What’s the angle? Keep it a little different than you have in the past, and you will find that you might get a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to this Black Friday sale. Taking somebody who’s stalking you online and converting them into a buyer is easier to sell than somebody that has bought from you before.

  1. Black Friday Sale Features and Benefits

Features and benefits are super important for a successful Black Friday sale. As I mentioned earlier (see number one), you want to make it really simple for people to understand what they’re buying. Map out what they are getting from you! Think of it as the specs when you are buying a computer: the type of processor, how much RAM, the mechanics, etc…

  1. Black Friday Sale Bonus Items

I love adding in bonus items when it comes to Black Friday Sales. It gives people this incentive to move forward. Part of the reason why we include bonus items is because when we are pricing our offers for Black Friday, it is important to have the entire value of the offer be roughly 10x what the investment is.

  1. In what ecosystem are you going to sell your Black Friday Sales offer?

I’m a huge fan of social media and a huge fan of your email list. You could potentially talk about it on your podcast or your YouTube channel. Understand what content you need to create for which platforms and when. You don’t want to be in a scattered last-minute frenzy trying to get all this stuff out.

  1. Black Friday Sales Content

You have to create some sales emails and sales social copy that are going to sell this offer. I get that sales emails are not always the easiest thing to write. But the good news is if you start with a sales email, they are going to give you plenty of social media copy to repurpose.

The holiday season kickoff is just a few weeks away, and you might be thinking, “Well, it’s too late for me to make a Black Friday sale in my business….” Guess what, it’s not!

Many of my clients are on the precipice of growth and I am very excited to share my ninja tips to help make that room for growth.

Oftentimes, we get into this place of overwhelm, are scattered and getting in our own way. We can complicate things more than they must be, and it just becomes overwhelming.

Are you at the point where you know you are doing all the right things, but you are not sure how to unlock that next level of life?

I believe that when you can’t get to that next level in business, even though you have a goal, because you feel stuck and frustrated wondering “how am I going to get there?”, you need to just stop for a second and write down all the different roles you play in your life.

Ever see someone walking down the street that you have never met before and they immediately remind you of your ex? That's a thin - slice.

The concept of thin slicing was first introduced in Malcolm Gladwell's book Blink.

The formal definition is as follows: Thin-slicing is based on our past lived experiences positive or negative which we cannot control. When meeting someone they might awaken a memory of a past teacher, friend, colleague, or ex-boyfriend. There is no telling what your physical appearance might awaken in the mind of the person from whom you are seated across. Thin Slicing and Social Media

In general, a thin-slice is incongruent with whom the person is. Which is why it becomes critical to use language to re-frame the person's perception of you.

Now...what the heck does that have to do with social media and how can you use this knowledge to alter people's thin slice of you!

Tune in to find out!

Sales and selling has come up a LOT recently, especially inside my BEB Group. After 17 years in business, I’ve realized one thing they don’t tell most entrepreneurs when they start their business is that they have to sell to survive. In fact, the majority of their role will be selling, especially, in the beginning. The reality is that most entrepreneurs will spend 80% of their time selling and 20% doing delivery. Not exactly what you expected when you started your business?

One action I often encourage my clients to do is to record their sales calls so that they can go back to them and listen to how they actually sold. Remember, people love to buy but hate being sold. When selling you have to build trust, show value and ask for the sale. Many times when I have had clients do this exercise they realize they didn’t do all three of these things. Next time you are on a sales call ask to record it and takes notes because it shows active listening.

Here’s the thing the better you can get at selling and the easier you can create the buying process the more you will sell, be it in person or online. Like any other skill this requires practice, a system, and keeping it simple. Which one of these tips will you integrate into your business?

After a rough few months, Marie Forleo announced that she is walking away from the B-School group which housed over 30,000 B-School Alumni. To say that people were and are shocked is an understatement, me included. She and her team announced they would no longer be responsible for the group effective immediately. Why does this matter? I've been watching, waiting, sitting back and observing for the better part of this year. I have struggled to put into words my sentiments and struggles with what is happening in the online place, in the US and around the Globe (no this is not a political post - just stating). Over the years, the online space has slowly eroded into what it is today. A "fake it, till you make", "do as I say, not as i do." and "Hustle" mentality. With that said….here are my lessons I wanted to share with you: 1 Practice what you preach 2 Never lose touch with your ideal client 3 Learn to lead 4 You can create a wildly successful business with one product 5 Be open to feedback and criticism 6 A community needs a leader 7 Own Your Power 8 Listen ___________________

One of the biggest issues I see in marketing today is a fragmented approach to where the traffic for your marketing is going. The lack of a singular focus and a clear client journey stalls success and stunts growth.

It leaves potential clients feeling frustrated because it becomes hard to buy from you or ever worse they have to figure it out. On today's podcast episode I am talking all about the pitfalls of a fragmented marketing approach and how to keep a singular focus to build your business and your marketing ecosystem with ease.

I was cutting the grass last week and I got tons of ideas for content to create in the middle of cutting the grass, I paused to check in with work and had a message from a friend that said something like, "how do you get it all done?" Wow did that get my brain thinking. In today's podcast episode, I am going to share the tried and true methods I have used to grow my business while working less and how I get it all done with two little kids at home. Yup...all of that in today's episode.

I’ve been chatting with several of my private clients over the last couple of weeks and they have been experiencing a flood of emotions with the pandemic, protests, and the election. We ended up having extensive conversations around what they can do to regain some momentum in their lives during these turbulent times.

If thought to myself if several clients are feeling this way (and so am I) its time to make a podcast about it. I am sharing some recommendations and ninja tips around feeling better in terms of uncertainty. Again, I am not a medical professional, these are just some things I have done and encouraged others to do during this time.

I just returned to podcasting after a two week planned summer break! I am super excited to be back with a renewed sense of creativity.

During my break I started reflecting on the past 6 months of my life and what I want for the next 6 months. I have seen way too many posts recently being like “can 2020 just be over already?” So that got me to thinking about all that this year has brought me thus far.

Let’s go back to go forward, in December of 2019 I wrote this manifesto, if you will about Freedom.

Freedom for myself, my family and the clients I serve

Time Freedom

Financial Freedom

Choice Freedom

Freedom to break free from the 9 to 5 and social norms

Freedom to create the life of my choosing

Freedom to work how and when I choose

Freedom to make as much money as I choose

Freedom of choice to live life on my own terms

Freedom to live the best version of myself

Freedom to truly be myself and be loved and accepted exactly as I am

If you want your ideal client to move forward you have to understand WHERE they are in the buying process. Are they aware that they have a problem? Do they know the problem they have (or believe that they have)? Are they aware of your product? Have they tried your competitors?

Understanding what they believe about the problem you can help them solve is critical. Oftentimes, we entrepreneurs know what problem we can help our ideal client solve but there is a disconnect because it isn't the problem they believe that they have. So we have to meet them where they are so that we can support them in moving forward in the client journey.

This is a big mistake I've seen over and over again in the online marketing world. There is a massive disconnect between the problem the client believes they have and the problem you as the service provider helps with. The outcome and goal the same but entrepreneurs fail to speak the same language as their client and lose sales as a result.

This can lead to frustration, overwhelm and discontent. I would contend it is our job as entrepreneurs to put on our marketing hat instead of education hat and meet the ideal client where they are.

“Jamie, how am I supposed to implement your marketing strategy? I can barely keep up as it is.” - Client

“Well, that is easy - take a social media and marketing break.” - Me

“I can do that.” - Client

Yes, I give you permission to stop posting on social media. Put up a post saying you are taking a break for the next two weeks to implement a new strategy” - Me

“Thank you so much! That is a great idea.” - client

Do you know how many times this same scenario has played out with my clients and in my program? So many that I have lost count and it makes me sad.

The fact of the matter is that you don’t need my permission or anyone else’s permission to do something in your business. It is your business and your choice.

Yet, over and over again, I see wildly capable entrepreneurs wait for a permission slip to move forward, to get unstuck.

It's time to rapidly scale the one program you have been focusing on during phase 1 and phase 2. You have proven that you can sell this offering organically, you have built a community and now it's time to turn up the volume on your marketing to make your offering wildly profitable.

This is where many entrepreneurs abandon ship and hit the reset button because this phase forces them to get really uncomfortable especially with their role inside of the company.

The focus here is on the implementation of the Dream 100 and a solid paid traffic strategy to quickly monetize your offering.

Hiring the right people and getting the right systems in place to delegate work to them is critical (and essential) during this time.

Phase 2 of building your online business ecosystem is all about marketing. This phase is essential to success because this is the point where you grow your community and begin converting it’s members into clients. The focus during this phase is dual purposed:

Community Building

Minimalistic Launching

I would contend that there may be some overlap with this phase and phase 1 since when you go to launch you must have a community and email list to launch to. Otherwise you will hear crickets.

During this phase you shift from creation mode into creative mode. This is where you get to be creative around how you are marketing your program or course. This shift should be intentional. While you will certainly go back to Phase 1 and make adjustments around the foundation, sales page, nurture sequence etc. It is imperative that you move out of the creator mindset and into the creatively marketing your products mindset.

Often it is during this phase that imposter syndrome rears its ugly head and we feel a pull to go back to fixing and fiddling with the foundation that we laid out. It is essential here that you lean on the process and FOCUS.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by all of the options to grow your business? I hear it a lot. The technology. The implementation. The Programs. The Marketing. The Support. If making a big impact is on your to-do list then it is time to consider building an online business ecosystem. An online business ecosystem is the systems, processes, marketing and funnels you create to make your business come alive online.

When I work with clients to build their ecosystem we typically focus on one product or offering for a year and then layer on additional products and programs. The reason we spend an entire year focusing on one signature offering is that it allows us to streamline the sales process, simplify and streamline the marketing process and scale the program. Oftentimes, people go through one launch of a product and hit the reset button on the creation process. This is a big mistake and I will talk more about this later on in the blog.

The three phases of an online business ecosystem are:

Phase 1 - Foundation

Phase 2 - Marketing

Phase 3 -Scaling

I'm going to let you in on a little secret...if you want to scale your business to multi-six figures or seven figures you have to focus on one or two offers. You have to optimize the delivery and marketing of them. You have to create an incredible client experience. You have to wow them and you have to deliver tons of value! But all too often I see a failure to launch. I see people create course after course and go through failed launch after failed launch only to circle back around and create something new again. Repeating the same cycle. I see a failure to move into the marketing phase or a failure to even finish the launch full out (hello self-sabtoge since most people buy in the last 24 hours). And here is the thing...I get it because getting visible is scary. Sharing your work with the world on the internet is scary because you know...internet trolls. Self-doubt creeps up and it can be hard to overcome the feeling am I qualified, good enough, delivering enough value, is safe to stay in the foundation phase of creation but here is the thing you will never achieve the impact or create the income you want to if you never leave the comfort of the creation phase. You will never reach a thousand or millions (if that is your goal) if you just keep creating. So today I am going to walk you through the phases....and the importance of building a solid foundation to grow and scale your business. So you can move beyond the foundation and into the marketing. If you are ready to end the cycle of creation and move into the marketing phase...let's talk. ___________________

Podcast listeners are educated and nearly 56% of them have a undergraduate degree and 68% are graduates. I often hear people say organic reach is dead on Facebook Pages. . I would contend the people who are saying that aren’t creating content that resonates with their ideal client. So today I’ll share how to increase organic reach on your Facebook page.

1 - Create Macro Content For Facebook Specifically - I highly recommend creating either Facebook lives or uploading your videos directly to facebook. Facebook favors content that keeps people on their platform so by creating a Facebook Live which is native to facebook you increase your reach.

2 - Encourage engagement - I see so many people post but neglect to ask people to engage. It may seem a bit silly but you have to actually tell people what to do. For example if you want them to comment or answer a question tell them to do so.

3 - Do Interviews with other people - Interviews are a great way to create cross promotion on your page especially when the interviewee has your ideal client hanging out in their audience. This works great for you to increase organic reach whether you are the interviewer or interviewee. As an added bonus it is a benefit for everyone involved.

4 - Create High Value Content - Establishing your authority, building trust, and showcasing your expertise is key in getting organic reach on Facebook. High value content positions you as an expert.

5 - Stay Consistent even when You Hear Crickets - I hear all the time people say but no one is commenting or engaging. Keep going anyway. Just because no one is commenting or liking doesn’t mean they aren’t reading. Consumers are smarter these days and they realize that by comment there is a potential for them to be retargeted. So people tend to stalk for a period of time before they actually engage.

6 - Run Contests - Contests are a great way to organically grow organic facebook reach and that is because there is an incentive for users to share. Software like KingSumo encourages people to share with their friends in exchange for extra entries into the contest. This approach casts a wide net in terms of growing a following which is great for B to C businesses.

7 - Be Human - I say this all the time but it is so true. Be human, be real, your audience wants to see the real and raw you (as much as you are willing to share) - This realness will drastically increase your organic growth because people feel compelled to share when you are raw real and human.

Let me know in the comments what you implement to grow your organic facebook reach.

Today I am sharing part two of habit creation for entrepreneurs. In case you missed the first video you can check it out here. This video is all about tracking your progress, staying committed in spite of what comes up and enjoying the process.

I think a lot of entrepreneurs suffer from the mentality of when I get to x I will enjoy myself. The problem with that is that you are prolonging your happiness. You are putting off enjoying the now. I bring this up in relation to habits because enjoying the process is critical to creating habits that stick. If you aren’t enjoying the habit and therefore the process, then it won’t hang around and become automatic.

Ultimately the goal is just like one tiny part of this bigger thing we call life. I think it's total bullshit that so many of us live to just reach another goal. We live to get to the next level and ultimately we sacrifice our own happiness and enjoyment because we aren’t where we want to be yet. The destination isn’t the goal. The idea is to enjoy the journey.

Good habits are absolutely critical to success. When we dive into business ownership, I have found over the years that many of my clients didn’t realize all of the hats that they would ultimately have to wear. It can feel like at times you are being pulled into a million directions but that is ultimately the reason why you must create good habits as an entrepreneur.

When I begin to think about habit creation for entrepreneurs there are two sides for me; the personal side and the business side. I believe that it is important to make sure you tend to the personal side of yourself so that you can show up as the best version of yourself in business.

Have you created a landing page specifically for your instagram account? Instagram isn’t going away anytime soon with stories growing increasingly more popular and long form posts crushing it in the news feed it is time to get serious about creating a landing page specifically for your instagram page.

Now, you might be thinking why do I want to create a landing page specifically for instagram, can’t I just link my website? Sure, you can absolutely link to the website but let’s be honest here...they are probably going to do everything EXCEPT give you their email address. Why? Because well, it is easy to get distracted and forget them taking any action at all if your website isn’t mobile friendly. The other challenge is that instagram wants you to stay inside their ecosystem and on their mobile centric platform. There are no links in the captions and you can only get access to the swipe up feature if you have over 10,000 followers. As a business owner though, you realize the importance of driving traffic to the macro content that you create and building an email list. In comes the instagram specific landing page.

What do you do? Create a landing page specifically for your instagram account and the things you would want users to take action on.

Let’s talk all about Offer Creation! One of the first actions I like to take with clients is map out their offer suite and client journey. I I believe this helps you to stay focused on the vision for your business even if you aren’t creating all of the products out of the gate.

Streamlining offerings and products out of the gate makes your business repeatable. Meaning you can sell the same thing over and over again, make a process for selling, delivery and so much more. This saves time, money and energy!

The entire goal for me and my clients is to create a signature offering that they can grow and scale with systems or people in place to help them reach their financial goals.

Are you practicing what you preach as an entrepreneur? This topic is very near and dear to my heart as it has become a core value of my company. I always strive to be in 100% alignment with my words and action. I see all too often in the online world people showing up out of alignment. To be fair, this is very easy to do because with social media we can hand select what we show to the world, we can stage it.

We can choose who we show up as and we can hide the messy stuff or ourselves completely. I believe that we each have to do our part and practice what we preach. In my 16 years in business, I've seen it a lot in business. I've seen people show up online as one person and then be a completely different one behind the scenes. I've seen it on the flip side with clients trying to hire people because they want to embody what that person is but aren't really ready to do the work of showing up and living in that way.

When I think about if I am practicing what I preach I think about the words that I am saying, the things that I am doing and who I am becoming. I evaluate each one. I take a good hard look at myself and my actions then determine how I can improve.

All too often I see entrepreneur after entrepreneur, go through this cycle of creating a course or program or then they go and launch it. After the launch is over we entrepreneurs will often get this brilliant idea to create another course or another program. Then we go through this whole cycle again. Then we wonder why we aren't growing a multi-six figure or seven figure business.

I challenge you to focus on building your signature course or program and focus on it for the next 12 to 18 months. You might be surprised by how much can change with hardcore focus. I've seen it happen where people go from making $100,000 to seven figures with the focus of one thing because it's all about growing and scaling your business. If you aren't hyper-focused, then you're going to struggle. I truly want to end the entrepreneurial struggle. So I encourage you to commit to just one offer, one funnel, and just one program for the next year. Can you do it?

Email marketing is one of those often neglected activities when it comes to online marketing BUT it shouldn’t be. In today’s episode, I’m going to share some ninja tips about email marketing for 6 figure entrepreneurs who are looking to get a higher open rate with their email marketing efforts.

Emails are one of the few things you have a bit of ownership over in the online marketing space. You don’t own your facebook or instagram followers but you do lease the email addresses from the people online.

Often times entrepreneurs get hung up on creating these beautiful email marketing templates online to get a low open rate, the neglect to be consistent in their email marketing efforts, they don’t have a nurture sequence in place out of the gate and they don’t streamline the call to action when it comes to each email.

So today I will share with you some ninja tips around getting better open rates, understanding the importance of conversational emails and one call to action.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve spent so much time sitting there at four o’clock in the afternoon thinking, Oh my goodness, what am I going to post today?

Creating content consistently has been a game changer for me in my business as well as my clients. If growing your business is on your to-do list it is time to get consistent. Last week I talked all about how to take one piece of macro content and repurpose it everywhere on my YouTube series. This is an extension of that video because once you start implementing in your business, it becomes really easy to get consistent.

Ninja Tip 1 - Batch Create Content When you start to get into this process of making social media simple and using macro content and turning it into micro content batching content becomes so simple and part of the process. For example, when I am doing my research on what topics I'm going to cover on my YouTube channel, I will use a service like Tube Buddy, Keyword Planner or Google keyword.

Ninja Tip 2 - Internal Business Days When it comes to creating content consistently I always recommend an internal day where you create the time to work ON your business. What do I mean? You know the things that actually helps you move the business forward, the big vision things that are essential to growing the business that you can never seem to find the time for? Yes, that’s what you work on during an internal day. For example, a new lead magnet or a new nurture sequence or in my case my book. I block time every single week to make those things happen. This affords me the time to work towards my big vision that I have for 2020 in my business.

Ninja Tip 3 - Time Blocking to Create Content Consistently I time block checking my email, Instagram stories checking facebook. I am very disciplined when it comes to my time because there is a huge demand for it. As your business grows and you begin creating content consistently your time will become more in demand. Time blocking makes a huge difference for me carving the schedule out. Time blocking also keeps me on track. When I know I only have 30 minutes to write an email for my list, I get it done. Like I said, work expands to time allowed, schedule it all.

Ninja Tip 4 - Create Systems for Creating Content Consistently Systems have been a game changer in my business and I have always started with simple systems first. When you start creating content consistently and leveraging a system like our social media made simple system it can be really easy to be like to try and implement it on a million different platforms. The problem with that is that it actually sets clients up for failure because you have never worked with a system at all and then you're trying to implement like 15 different things all at one time.

Ninja Tip 5 - Delegate and Get Support When Creating Content Consistently Get support. When you start to show up consistently online it is often a great time to get support either a social media intern or virtual assistant. The first actions I delegated in my business was the creation of graphics, scheduling social media, sending transcriptions to TEMI and pulling micro content from my transcriptions. These tasks are very repetitive and easy to teach especially with graphic templates and software programs like Canva. Delegating these tasks gave me more time to focus on the macro content creation.

Boundaries are defined as: The line that marks the limit. A limit of a subject or set of activies. Early on in my business, I had no business boundaries. My phone was an extension of my body and when ever it chirrped or buzzed I answered the call.

My business was RUNNING ME. Perhaps you can relate? It was impacting nearly every single part of my life. My relationships. Myself. My Soul. My business. My sanity. My well being. ALL OF IT. I answered emails, facebook messages, text, calls etc at every hour of the day. I was always on and I was always miserable.

As a result, I completely burnt myself out. I crashed and burned and it cost me business. It took completely burning out to learn that I need to create boundaries in my business especially as it was getting bigger and bigger. I simply could not operate at that level of plugged in and stay sane. That was 2013 and a huge turning point for me in my business.

Today, as my business grows ever larger, I've come to realize (and come to terms with) the fact that we all need boundaries in business to succeed. Perhaps it is just client communication expectations or simply setting work hours for yourself. Whatever it is, if you want to succeed as your business grows beyond six figures it will become absolutely essential to creating boundaries in your business. Here I share my five 5 tips for creating boundaries in your business.

Today, I'd like to speak with you about the fundamentals of building an online business ecosystem for your business. All too often I see entrepreneurs miss the key elements for setting their business up for success when it comes to growing and scaling. Many of the entrepreneurs that I work with are fully booked with 1-1 appointments but are now ready to take it to the next level and move to 1 to many.

To achieve success with growing and scaling it is essential to understand who your ideal client is and the client journey that you take them on. So what exactly does that mean? What are the pieces of content that my ideal client needs in order to take action and move to that next step in getting to work with me. For Example, getting someone to sign-up for your email list or seeing one of your emails and booking a call with you. What do they need to see, hear and experience to move to that next step?

Once there is an understanding of the client journey then it comes time to optimize 1 funnel, nurture sequence and system. Once that happens the entrepreneur's role then becomes on-going marketing and driving traffic to said funnel.

So today....we are going to dive deep into the fundamentals of growing and scaling your business.

Are you practicing what you preach? We live in a world where you can pick and choose what images you want people to see. You can rent a ridiculous mansion and claim it to be your own. You can show up in whatever way you choose to show up online and be a completely different person behind the scenes.

I have for many years, worked diligently to practice what I preach in all areas of my life. While this can be a scary proposition for some, it is actually very freeing when you decide this is the way in which you want to live.

I have made a commitment to myself, my business and my community that this is how I want to live. I test new marketing strategies out on myself before anyone else, I embody the values of my business by living them, I own up to my strengths and weakness and so much more.

I have a client who is also doing the same and I love seeing him live his passion and I can see with great specificity how over time this will impact and inspire his community tremendously. He does it daily in spite of any fears that may arise along the way.

So let's talk about practicing what you preach and the importance of it today.

I was chatting with my Dad about my podcast and I said, "Marketing this podcast sure is a long term game. I've got 300 and something episodes and I'm not sure I can tie a single $ to it" All good marketing is a long term game and anyone who tells you otherwise is just high on some trend that is going to come and go.

Trust me, I've seen a LOT of trends in my 16 years in business. If you want to build a real business that generates leads consistently over time you have to invest time and money into your marketing because it is a long game. It takes time to optimize a YouTube channel. It takes time to build traction for a podcast channel. It takes time to optimize a blog and the search results. None of these things happen over night. That is why I always recommend macro content.

One of my client Christine, CEO of Sleep Like a Boss has been using the Social Media Made Simple System for over 18 months now and is booked out consistently for sales calls...all organic. We live in a society where we have the expectation of stuff being done yesterday and that simply isn't how good marketing works. Macro content takes time to create and time to optimize but the payoffs of this evergreen content can be weeks, months or even years.

All too often entrepreneurs quit before the even have the chance to see results. I've heard it time and time again, 3 months in they will say something like, "well, I haven't seen an ROI yet so it must not be working." There are ways to absolutely get an ROI in 3 months but it takes labor. If you aren't willing to put in the work, it's going to be really hard to succeed as an entrepreneur.

Often times, entrepreneurs will prioritize posting on social media rather than creating that long form macro content and therein lies the mistake. That micro social media content doesn't have a long shelf life, hours, or maybe even days. So in today's episode I share the importance of marketing for the long game.

The universe has been sending me multiple messages about using my voice in business and I pushed this podcast ahead on my editorial calendar schedule because I believe the message is so important to share!

Over the Thanksgiving break, I ran into this incredible singer who was belting out blues songs. I was in awe of her voice and her ability to sing. I got to speaking with her after she was done and she repeated told me I had a voice too and I needed to learn to use it.

While you might be thinking, "Jam, why are you sharing this?" I believe it is important to talk about how to find your voice and what it means and why it is so important to peel back the layers in business and truly share your voice.

Over the years, I have become more and more transparent in business. I stayed small because I believe I could do it all myself. I didn't say what I meant and I was afraid of what others might say about me if I owned who I was and truly was myself.

Over the last several months, I have had more and more test about using my voice especially in business and standing up for myself. I've had to stand up for my team members, my business, my content and have hard conversations. If I hadn't embraced myself and learned to speak my voice I wouldn't be where I am today. I thought this was an important message I MUST share.

In today’s podcast, I’m going to share with you all about my 2020 marketing predictions and trends. The digital marketing world is ever-changing and given the fact that this is an election year, I always feel the election has an impact in the online marketing world

INSTAGRAM STORIES 2020 Marketing Trends

Instagram stories aren’t going away, 68% of people are using stories three-plus times a week and 63% of those people continue to use stories more. What that says to me is get comfortable on Instagram Stories. one thing to be mindful of is most people do not listen with the sound on. It is worth the effort to take the time to put the text on the story, hashtags, and relevant gifs.

Create Quality Content

One of the principles that my team and I are really focusing on this year is to create less content but create content that is exceptionally well. My commitment is to do less but whatever I commit to doing, do it exceptionally well and optimizing that piece of content exceptionally well. One of the ways in which I am managing content and being able to manage stories and all of the different trends that are happening in 2020 is introducing an editorial calendar into my process. This is helping me organize my content, social media and what I am posting on what days. It is allowing me to keep the themes consistent with the macro content I am creating.

AUDIO & Podcasting Marketing Trends

Consuming Audio content is not going away and it is only continuing to grow in popularity. So if you haven’t started a podcast or you aren’t committed to creating audio content it might be time to consider it. Especially with all of the Amazon Alexa enabled devices.

Google Search and Youtube Marketing Trends

YouTube is the second largest search engine after Google so I am really committed to growing my YouTube channel. Part of the reason why I’m introducing an editorial calendar is that I am committed to making three pieces of Macro content per week: two podcasts and one YouTube. Google is changing the way in which they do their search engine algorithm when it comes to getting found in 2020 marketing trends.

When I’m doing this research about marketing trends, I always look at what different industries are doing and what is working and what is not. With Google changing their algorithm again, I looked at what historically worked which was typically 1000 words to get found in search but this year when my own website traffic went down, I turned to the blogging industry to see what they were saying for 2020.

Many of my blogging associates are saying a minimum of 1900 plus words all the way up to 3000 words that are keyword rich which whatever topic you are referring too. For example in this article 2020 Marketing Trends. 1900 to 3000 words may seem like a whopper in terms of content but bloggers are saying 1 well researched (aka roughly 6 hours on average to create) piece of content along with an 8 to 10-minute video is best to optimize your SEO search on google for 2020 marketing. I look at it this way google and youtube aren’t going away so I might as well embrace the 2020 marketing trends.

People are consuming more and more content on their mobile devices. YouTube TV is blowing up. I would absolutely recommend getting comfortable on Video if you want to build a business in 2020 and beyond. Many of my blogging colleagues are also recommending embedding a video in with their 3000 words on the blog. I looked to the bloggers for these trends because they make a living off of the traffic on their website so I believe that’s something that’s really, really important to mention.

LIVE STREAMING Marketing Trends in 2020

Twitch is a live streaming platform for gamers or it was originally for gamers who were literally live streaming themselves playing games and live streaming is becoming more and more popular. I see a lot of people inside of their Facebook groups live streaming, building funnels, they’re live streaming, you know, all of this different stuff. I think live streaming is going to continue to grow in popularity, especially in the online business space.

TIK TOCK Marketing Trends 2020

I feel as though ticktock definitely has the potential to be a platform that can be useful for people in the online business even though right now it is skewed younger. However, if you give tick-tock a quick Google, you will see there are lots of warnings from the United States government.

There are lots of concerns about security and privacy when it comes to that platform mainly because it’s, it’s made by the Chinese and inside of the user agreement there is some questionably ethical information with respect to the sharing. I love the concept but be sure to do your research to ensure you are comfortable with their user agreement so you don’t get caught off guard.

Facebook Groups Marketing Trends 2020

Facebook groups are not going away. I don’t know if you’ve seen it or not, but during one of the national football games that I was watching a nationally broadcasted football game and they had ads for Facebook groups on there. I am fortunate enough to have a client who’s actually part of a beta group for Facebook Groups and she gets to test out new features. I am quite convinced that they will be rolling out Facebook ads inside of Facebook groups. There will also be continued tools and resources for groups. I also believe Facebook Business Pages are going to drastically change both in part to the ads as they’re tied to them, but also just because Facebook only has so much advertising space in its newsfeed and they really want to make sure that that user experience is about the people connecting with one another not just ads in the newsfeed.

The newsfeed is getting quite competitive and reach on the business page from an organic perspective is going to continue to dwindle especially if you are not leveraging ads. What I’m seeing is they’re wanting people to build these Facebook communities where they can engage. Several months ago they rolled out on the Facebook app, a tab specifically for groups. There a newsfeed specifically for groups. You’ll still see information in your traditional newsfeed, but there’s one specific for groups on the app. If you are a business who generates a lot of business on Facebook, it might be worthwhile to commit to a community.

Facebook Ads Marketing Trends for 2020

Facebook is going to continue to be a pay to play game and that’s not going away. It’s only going to get harder and harder to run ads and more and more expensive. Let’s talk a little bit about ads in the election season. As I just mentioned, are going to get more expensive because they’re going to be more competitive because of said election season. What I want you to be aware of is whenever there’s an influx of people running ads that makes the news feed and the ability to run ads more competitive.

It becomes more expensive because there’s only a limited amount of space in people’s news feeds. Simply put, it’s supply and demand. It also happens during the holiday season. A lot of people get bombarded and they get super overwhelmed. So it’s just something to be mindful of as we go into this year especially if you’re solely dependent on Facebook ads. It’s time to diversify. NOW.

I think the other piece that ties into this is that there are fewer targeting options. Running ads today really requires you to know your, ideal client, really well. If you come to the table running ads and you already have data, you’re going to be a million times better than people who are running ads and they’re making their best guess around who, what, when, where, why, and all of that details around that ideal client.

Ad approvals are going to take longer than ever. Facebook is really cracking down on landing pages, copy in the ads and images. They are getting stricter and stricter so if you are doing a launch you will need to submit your ads for approval well ahead of time as it takes hours and days vs minutes as it had previously.

Pinterest Marketing Trends 2020

We’ve had a ton of success with Pinterest and we have barely even touched the surface of optimizing it and really making sure that we’re driving traffic from Pinterest to our website. We’re getting over 50,000 views a month on our Pinterest content, which I plan to scale up to over a hundred just by being strategic. It’s very, very easy to do and Pinterest like google is a search engine. The average household income on Pinterest is over $120,000/year. If you own a B to C business, Pinterest is a great place.

Instagram Marketing Trends 2020

The Instagram feed is becoming all about creating quality content. The key to continuing to grow in 2020 with Instagram is stories plus engagement. Engagement is the key to growth. So going on the platform and connecting, interacting, and being human. The more that you interact and connect and comment as you would on Facebook, the more that you are going to see growth and interaction and followers increase. Make the time, create the time, hire somebody to help you do it. An intern is a great way to do that.

Email Marketing Trends 2020

Email Marketing is not going away, but you have to get more creative about how you’re getting your emails opened. I always suggest to all my clients, you know, keep it text-based. Don’t make it beautiful. For example, those emails that you see from Gap or Old Navy or any of the store brands that have all those images embedded is going to get you put into the promotional folder.

When it comes to email marketing trends in 2020, I recommend making your emails text-heavy, really value-driven and only having one link in there. That is the way in which we have found we get the best open rates and the best engagement. Let go of the need to have it be perfect and beautiful and make the email seem as though you are having an actual email conversation vs a promotional buy from me email

Marketing Trends for 2020

I truly believe this is the year of being human. There’s a lot of people in the online space who are just not genuine. They’re renting for mansions and Ferrari’s and taking pictures in front of it. They’re just kind of like faking it. I really believe that this is the year where people want to connect with other human beings. They want to be told a story, they want to connect, they want to be engaged and they want to see an authentic human being.

They want to see the ups, they want to see the downs. I have always strived to show you the whole picture, both the good and the bad. I commit to continuing to do so. I feel that it is so important to just be real and raw and human. Long gone are the days of the perfectly curated feed and here are the times when it’s to be real and raw.

Hello 2020! I am so excited to be back to work this week!

I spent the last two weeks completely unplugged and just totally enjoying my time with my kids. While it didn't go exactly as planned, I still feel very refreshed. Today, I want to talk to you about my goal setting process for 2020 and how I divide my goals up into the different roles and categories I play in life, myself (personal goals), entrepreneur (business goals), Wife (or partner), Mother, Financial (not tied to the business), House etc.

As I go through this process of physically writing down my goals, yes, I grab a note book and write them down, I slow down and reflect. I start by reflecting on 2019. Where I succeeded. Where I failed. Where I needed support. Basically what went right and what didn't. I start there and I review my old goals to see what got done and what didn't, and why.

From there I then go into the process for writing down goals for each of the categories that I defined. Some may be goals, like lose 10 pounds or write a book, you will find that others are exercise x number of days per week or be an exceptional mother. Both of these things need more definition but in different ways. For the exercise example that is actually a habit I need to create in pursuit of the goal of loosing 10 pounds.

When it comes to being an exceptional mother....what does that mean? I always dig deeper, reading to the kids x number of times per week. Being completely unplugged after work etc. These are all habits I need to create in order to achieve my goal. I always define the habits that need to exist for me to achieve my goal.

You will find if you go through this exercise for yourself that many of your goals are actually habits in pursuit of a goal you want to achieve.

For example, if my goal is to enroll 100 people into my Business Ecosystem Builders group what habits do I need to create to make that happen? Blog weekly, youtube weekly etc. All of these are on my goal list but they are in all actuality habits I need to create in order to do this.

So if I take this one step further....how do I integrate these habits into my daily life. James Clear has an awesome book called Atomic Habits which dives deep into the root of habits and habit stacking which is one of my favorite ways to integrate new habits into my routine. Essentially you take a habit you are already doing and stack a new one before or after it. This will help integrate the habit into your routine so that you are taking action daily.

I'd love for you to share 1 of your goals with me below and the habits you need to create in order to achieve that goal. If you haven't already head on over to www.omgapply.com and fill out the application to work with me and my team inside of our Done with You Business Ecosystem Builders Group Program.

Excuses.

What they are? Lies, we tell ourselves about moving forward.

Here are a few examples of what excuses can sound like:

~ “I don’t have the support I need.” Yet, they never show up to the daily support calls as part of a program they committed to do.

~ “I don’t have the time.” Yet, you see them posting on Facebook or instagram all damn day.

~ “I’m not hitting my financial goals.” Yet, they aren’t prioritizing working on their business.

~ “I’m not a success.” (whatever that means) Yet, they have changed there business model over and over again.

The book that changed my life when it comes to making excuses in my own life and how you can stop letting excuses stop you from moving forward.

Excuses are these funny little things our mindset ceilings tell us (or convince us) that we can do out of fear, scarcity or lack.

I want you to know you aren't your excuses. So today I'm going to talk all about quieting the head trash that holds us back from moving forward.

Are you believing the excuses your mind keeps telling you to stay small...then let's make a change

As my business has grown over the past several years, I've noticed a huge difference in the business owner and entrepreneurs who go on to be 7 figures business owners and the one who don't achieve their goals.

The secret is their consistency and commitment. I see it this time of year with clients and prospects who are on the fence about what to do with their business. Staying committed to the things you agreed to do make a huge difference in the long run and the growth of your business.

When you can prioritize which tasks are most important to actually moving the needle forward in your business, the game will completely change for you. These two drivers have pushed me and my business forward tremendously in the past several years personally and I've seen it happen over and over again for clients. 2019 has been a year of ups and downs. Very high, highs and very low, lows. I’ve learned more lessons this year than any year previously and I’ve grown more than I ever have before. I’ve learned to say no to things that aren’t in alignment with my goals but I failed to move only 1 initiative forward even though that is what I encourage my clients to do. I’ve learned to lead and manage a team. I’ve made mistakes.

I’ve celebrated. I’ve shed a lot of the weight of my past in pursuit of moving forward. It’s been a wild, wild ride and it is only just beginning. One of the biggest lessons this year has been about moving two separate initiatives forward. 2019 was definitely a transition year for me. I moved two horses forward this year and it was a big challenge. I thought my business was big enough to be able to do both but neither were as successful as I had projected.

While I still did extremely well. I didn’t hit the number goals we set out. And that’s ok. I learned so much as a result and that was to commit to one thing and only one thing. I also dug deep into getting to know me. I peeled back the layers of the person I thought that I needed to be and got to know me again. I’ve been doing the hard work. I’m healing the generational hand me downs. I’m unlearning defensiveness.

I’m learning to be at peace with myself. I’m letting go of the runaway train of worry, regret, and anxiety that I once let live inside my mind. I’m stepping up into the best and highest version of myself. I’m letting go of the things “I’m supposed to do” and embracing what’s best for me. I’m committed to my goals, my life and my business in a way like I’ve never experienced before.

I’ve gone deeper with meditation and self care. I’m continually putting in the work to be the best version of myself. 2020 is positioned to be one of the best years yet and I’m so grateful for this year. I’m grateful for every up and every down because it got me to where I am today. So dive in and enjoy this *https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8etLU-uI7bI* as I’m digging deep today.

I was recently asked in my Business Ecosystem Builder’s program about how you can select your ideal client and determine exactly who they are. If you haven’t worked with a ton of clients, I usually like to assume that you would want to work with someone who is the same as you, just earlier on in their journey. That’s a great jumping off point for figuring it out. I’ve noticed that a lot of people struggle trying to find that soul mate client for their business.

Soul mate clients are the ones that are dying to work with you, they love working with you, and they're excited about the things that you’re doing. They’re so pumped to have you in their lives. They’re excited to invest their money in you because they have such a strong belief in you and what you’re doing. It’s never easy to start your business and figure out who your ideal client is.

If that doesn’t resonate with you, some of the thing that we always look at as we’re building the foundation of a business is where they are in their lives. Do they have kids, own a home, or live in an urban environment? Are they into health and fitness? What are some of the things that are going to make them who they are? What motivates them?

I share this with you because I often feel like people are afraid to commit to an ideal client. They’re afraid to commit because they have a false belief that there isn’t going to be enough to go around. They think that there aren’t going to be enough clients if they commit to just one person that they want as their ideal client. I would contend that this is just an excuse, it’s self-sabotage, and a self-limiting belief. Want to know how you can make sure you’re targeting your ideal client? I'm going on a RAAAANNNNTTTT! Let's talk all the things Facebook ADS. In the past two weeks alone I've heard at least 6 horror stories about running Facebook Ads. I’ve been told everything from using the ads manager's landing page to collecting payments for themselves to the person having no access to the ad account and everything in between.

It’s been a crazy past two weeks with the amount of horror stories that I’ve heard. So I'm going to get down and dirty and give you Facebook Ads 101 and what you need to know to be successful with ads in 2019, 2020 and BEYOND. I was chatting with someone who told me that I had to share this will everyone, and help educate you on how to run Facebook ads and what the proper protocol is when you hire someone to run them for you. The biggest thing to understand when you want to run ads is that they’re only one piece of a bigger ecosystem.

If you’re not hyper clear around who your ideal client is, you aren’t going to be able to get the results that you want. If you have no audience and aren’t sure what your ICA is, there is so much wrong with that request! There are plenty of ads managers out there that will agree to run ads, knowing that they’re setting you up for failure. I see it all the time! If I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again – running ads is going to amplify any problem that you have with your business. If you haven’t sold your offer organically before, you shouldn’t be running Facebook ads unless you’re working to build your list. These are just a few of the suggestions that I give to my clients when they’re thinking about running Facebook ads. Want to hear them all? Tune in to this episode!

I wanted to talk to you today about the “I Know” paradox. If you don’t know what that is or aren’t familiar with it, it’s a mindset ceiling. I hear this a lot in my group program, with my coaching clients, and I’ve experienced it myself in my own business. When you start to say “I know”, that’s often a place where there’s a mindset block or a mindset ceiling. It shows up in a lot of different language sets –

“I’ve heard this before”

“I’m familiar”

“I’ve already tried that”

These are all the different ways that they can show up in your business. If you keep saying that you know, that’s often a place where there’s a mindset block. Whenever you do this online work to keep growing and scaling your growing, there’s going to be a mindset piece that comes along with it. Every new level has a new devil. I’ve experienced this personally with many of my clients lately, and have been constantly hearing “I know”.

I’m not saying that this happens 100% of the time. There are times where you’re really aware of where you need work. When it comes to business and growth, however, 99% of the time when I hear this, it’s a red flag to me that this person is experiencing a mindset ceiling. This can happen in a ton of different areas of business. Some other ways that it shows up can be saying that something isn’t working or refusing to try something for your business. The problem with “I know” is that it literally shuts your growth down in it’s tracks. You’re pushing against the very thing that you need to spend time working on. I’m aware of this because we see it with clients over and over again. How can you stop getting in your own way? Tune in to this episode!
