Since 1998, I’ve embraced the study of the subject of stillness and efforless movement, along with my Chinese Medical Studies.
I practice and teach Standing Chi Kung known in China as Zhan Zhuang (Pronounces as Jam Jong).
Every time I podcast I try to bring the eastern concepts in a way that can be assimilated and digested by those who are not in direct relationship with the eastern practices.
I live in Braga – And I teach there and in Lisbon.
