Searchers have declined to provide some details of the investigation, including when school officials marked Kyron Horman absent on June 4. Here's a basic look at what happened on the day the second-grader disappeared from Skyline School and the following days 2010 Friday, June 4 8 a.m. Skyline Elementary, 11536 N.W. Skyline Blvd., opens early so students and parents can tour the science fair. A billboard outside reads: "June 4, I.B. Inquiry Expo, 8-10, Talent show, 1-2:45." Kyron was to take part in both the expo/science fair and the talent show. Terri Moulton Horman arrives shortly afterward with her stepson, Kyron. 8:15 a.m. Gina Zimmerman, president of the school PTA, arrives and sees Kyron with his stepmother in front of his exhibit. 8:45 a.m. Terri Horman leaves after watching Kyron walk toward his classroom after touring the science fair. 9 a.m. Kyron is reportedly seen by a student near the south entrance of the school, according to Sheriff Dan Staton, who says that was the last time the boy was seen. Multnomah County authorities later backtrack on that statement. 10 a.m. Classes begin. At some point, Kyron's homeroom teacher, Kristina Porter, reports him absent 1:21 p.m. Terri Horman posts photos of Kyron at the science fair on her Facebook page. 3:30 p.m. Terri Horman goes to meet the school bus and discovers that Kyron has been absent all day. (Kaine Horman went with her to meet the bus, a fact that emerges during a television interview on June 25.) 3:46 p.m. Skyline School secretary Susan Hall places a call to 9-1-1 about Kyron being missing. 4:33 p.m. Officers from the Portland Police Bureau and the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office arrive simultaneously at Skyline School and the Horman home. 5:30 p.m. Rapid broadcast message from Portland Public Schools goes out to alert families of a missing student. The message: "Kyron Horman did not arrive at home today." It was broadcast to the phones of parents across the school district. 7 p.m. Multnomah County sheriff's Detective Sergeant Lee Gosson alerts Sgt. Travis Gullberg, the county's on-call coordinator for search-and-rescue efforts, of the need to begin a formal missing persons search for Kyron. Between 7 and 7:15 p.m. The Multnomah County Public Information Officer begins to return pages from members of the media and arranges to meet them at the school. Between 7 and 7:45 p.m. Sheriff Dan Staton personally calls the FBI to alert them to the disappearance. 8:09 p.m. The first search teams arrive at Skyline School. 8:15 p.m. Lt. Mary Lindstrand, the PIO, arrives at the school, meets with those present, and then begins e-mailing a photo of Kyron to local television stations and The Oregonian. 8:25 p.m. The search-and-rescue coordinator, Deputy Mark Herron, arrives. 9:48 p.m. Mountain Wave, an emergency communications and search and rescue group based in Gresham arrives on the scene. 10:40 p.m. Officers at Skyline Elementary report that they have completed a search of Skyline School, including all crawl spaces, storage areas, classrooms and outbuildings. They have also searched the Horman house. 10:44 p.m. A caller to 9-1-1 wants to make sure officers have checked the train tunnel in the area near the school. She says "sometimes kids play in there, wants to make sure someone has checked that." Saturday, June 5 3:23 a.m. Last transmission of the night about Kyron recorded on 9-1-1 run sheet. 5 a.m. Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue, another search group, is called by the sheriff's office and joins the search soon after. When they arrive on site, there are already about 60 to 70 people involved in the search. 9:08 a.m. The Associated Press receives its first official notification that Kyron Hormon is missing, via an e-mail with the subject line: SHERIFF'S OFFICE CONTINUES SEARCH FOR 7 YEAR OLD KYRON HORMAN Helpfindmychild.net, a UK-based missing child site creates a page for Kyron.

Bio James C. Potts Jr. was born July 23, 1993, and was found deceased on July, 13 2012, ten days before his 19th birthday. On the evening of July 12, around 11:30 pm, a call was made to the Reynoldsburg, OH police department by a concerned citizen informing police that he heard multiple gun shots in the woods near his home. We feel that the police played down the event and never investigated the complaint James was found dead the next day under a tree with a gunshot wounds to the back of the head. James' death was immediately ruled a suicide without any ballistics, absence of stippling around the wounds to the head. During the autopsy, no liver temp was obtained. It is also noted that testing was not done as would have been "usual", ( on the gun, and on the hands of James Potts) With these facts alone, the ruling of suicide, the rushed death certificate, after a letter concerning a temporary death certificate, no ballistics ran, no projectiles found, We feel this case begs for an inquiry. Stippling is a principle indicator in close range fire and the lack thereof means that the shots fired came from at or about 2 feet away. How does one commit suicide, fire multiple shots and leave a gun with no prints? Only one shell casing left imprinted by firing? Why is it it took this mothers demand and a petition with at or around three thousand signatures, to have dna ran on the gun hammer and trigger to show that DNA from her son was NOT there Furthermore, the second opinion that the family was given in James' death was that the bullet trajectory was not consistent with a suicide. James' toxicology report found no drugs in his system other than his prescribed medications. The family was turned away when they contacted the medical examiner asking for the fingernail and GS residue tests When Mrs, Speakman ( James' Mother ) spoke to a youth in James circle of friends who told her, in graphic detail, that James had, in fact, been murdered, she quickly contacted the police about new evidence that she had gathered. Mrs. Speakman was shocked at the response she was given: "We WILL NOT be reopening your sons case no matter what new evidence you may have," was law enforcement's reply. The opinion of law enforcement is that James' case has been ruled a suicide ... end of story. This case reeks of inconsistencies and inadequate police work. Please help us get James the justice he deserves as well as his devastated and desperate family.
Cindy was born in 1974 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Her family moved back to her parents home state of Georgia where she grew up outside Conyers. Her earliest experience with the paranormal occurred around the age of five. She and her sister witnessed her recently deceased great grandmother at the edge of their bed late one night. From that moment she was intrigued by spirits and the afterlife. She sought books and papers on the matter from the moment she learned to read. As an adult she dabbled in amateur paranormal investigating around her long time home town of Social Circle with her brother and best friend. She enjoyed it as a weekend hobby and was successful in being drawn to places that produced good evidence. She also sang lead in a band for several years during this time. Most of all, she enjoyed being a mother to three girls and a wife to husband Jim. Her happiness was cut short in 2009 when her husband took his own life unexpectedly. She was left to raise her children and deal with an insurmountable grief that weighed heavily on her. Months later she began experiencing things in her home she knew was paranormal in nature from her previous experiences. Little did she know she was dealing with something far more sinister than she could have ever fathomed. In the months and years to follow, her nightmare became so terrifying that she sought out the help of a professional paranormal team and a priest. None of them could have foreseen the on going battle that would ensue for all of them. It was a real and horrible war against evil itself. Today Cindy lives in Savannah , Georgia and reaches out to professionals in the field for answers for herself and others who may be tormented by demonic forces. She has been interviewed about her ordeal on several radio and Youtube shows to help educate people about what it means to suffer from the demonic. She has gone public in the hopes that she can help victims and build a network of support accessible to all who may need it. She still works daily to stay strong and be on guard against the forces that have sought to cause her pain and torment. Her story was featured on an episode of Destination Americas hit show A Haunting titled,'The Exorcism of Cindy sauer'. She is currently working on a book that will detail the events of her experience beyond the show. She aspires to speak publicly and bring the topic of Possession into the forefront of the Para community.
