Hi, It's Karen and Shelby. The purpose of this podcast is to help us and you in our relationships with God. We will be talking about real issues and having those deep conversations. We want to be honest and real about our walk with God while encouraging you along the way. Feel free to join us as we stumble through life, "Walk with Christ"
Hello all,
It's Karen, Shelby, and Mia. Today we are reading through Job chapters 6 & 7. We take turns reading through the chapters, and after every couple of verses we analyze what we read. These chapters really resonate with our hearts because the metaphors that Job uses give a clear picture of his pain. Listen and pray with us for everyone who is in a Job-like state of mind right now.
No new episode art for this week as we are practicing social distancing and forgot to screenshot our zoom meeting.

Hello all,
It's Karen and Shelby... and MIA!!!!
It has been a while since we have done a podcast, but we are back and better than ever! For today, and every podcast in the future, we will be having our friend Mia join us. Today we will be reviewing chapters 1-5 of Job. Before we move forward in reading Job we thought it would be a good idea to review the chapters we have already discussed. Mia brings new insight to these chapters.

Hello all,
It's Karen and Shelby. In this episode we read through Job chapters 2 and 3. We have a fun conversation discussing what we interpret from each section. Hi,
It's Karen and Shelby. In today's episode we cover how we let God take a hold of our stress. When life becomes stressful it can be difficult to let God influence your path. We all want to have a plan in life, and it can be difficult to let God in and change those plans. We talk about stress in these situations, and in situations that may not seem as significant. Listen in to hear our tips and stories about how we destress.

Hi,
It's Karen and Shelby. Back again, with a special Thanksgiving episode. In this episode we go over a devotional by Kerry Clarensau and Kay Burnett called "The woman at the well- The God who sees my deepest needs," in their book called "adored." As we reflect on the things we are thankful for, we reflect on how God is always meeting our needs. Especially in the smallest things from day to day.

Hello,
It's Karen and Shelby. In this episode we will be walking through a devotional by Chelsea Crockett. This devotional talks about being known by God. In this devotional we discuss how God knows us, but how we have to challenge ourselves to know God. Are we the person God wants us to be? As 'sheep', most of the time we aren't, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try. Throughout our talk we dive deeper into questions like these.

Hello,
It's Karen and Shelby. In this episode we will be talking about how to live like God and coexist like Jesus would. When we say coexist, we mean to live like Christ when he walked the earth. Coexisting means to be a part of the world, but to not be of the world. In other words, coexist means to support people who don't share the same values as you while still holding true to yourself and your beliefs. We discuss what the terms coexist means to us individually, and different strategies and verses that address this topic.
We hope you enjoy this episode, and we will see you next Tuesday,
Walking with Christ
Hi,
It's Karen and Shelby.
This episode talks about being a christian on your own at college. If you grew up going to church with your family, it can be difficult to start following the Lord on your own. Making the transition from having a family-orientated relationship with God to a personal relationship has it's hardships. Tying this in as a college student, we can get very busy and forget to take time to be consistent with God. Even though this is something we continue to struggle with, we will talk about strategies and resources that have helped us with our walk with Christ.

Hi,
It's Karen and Shelby.
This episode talks about how the Bible is relevant in today's society. We discuss things that we have dealt with personally, and how people from the Bible have dealt with the same things. We specifically discuss depression and loneliness in this episode. If you made it all the way through our episode, thank you. This is our first episode, so we are still learning.
