In ’95, my trip destination was originally intended to be Ocala National Forest...
However, I took a detour and arrived at Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge...
An Early Morning trip to the Ocala National Forest -- But, its a completely different take on the start of a good nature hike...
So we begin with a good warm up of the 1978 Firebird Redbird, back in ’95!...
On a South Florida Football Sunday, we began to slowly move our way through Dade County to Joe Robbie Stadium, to watch the Miami Dolphins play the Chicago Bears...
First stop: Coconut Grove (Miami, FL) for early morning breakfast...
Second stop: Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, Key Biscayne, Florida
Final stop: Joe Robbie Stadium, Miramar, FL
In the late 70’s and 80’s, I visited Ocean Drive, South Miami Beach several times, when it was a run-down retirement village.
At this time, 1994, the new retro-revival phase was in progress...
Just another Miami Beach night.....
A very special tribute from my wife Ju~ana to her Father-In-Law, for his Birthday, a few years ago....
Early, was born from a snake farm in Kendall, FL around 1996.
In the beginning of this video, he was in his “early” years!
The video segment at the end was Early in Orlando, FL around 1998.
Early grew into his later years in South Miami Beach, FL with Larry, hence the still photos around 2001.
Early’s key treat was chicken (live hens and roosters).
Trivia: Early’s name was derived from the film, “Kalifornia”.
Original soundtrack by ‘Ensoniq Sanz’ using the Ensoniq ASR-10 during that period, 1996.
This shows how angry this BarlyWine gets on the initial fermentation...
Turn up the sound, so you can hear it “growl”!
Also, notice the top actually look likes it’s going to Pop due to the immense pressure! I cannot use the standard fermentation lock, I must use the gallon jug, etc...
And, it’s very strong, but tasty...
