How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Sometimes the Bible can feel like an elephant! It can seem so big, we don’t know where to start. Join me in learning God’s word, little by little, one bite at a time.
A new series is on the way! If you find prayer difficult, or don’t quite know what to say, pray God’s Word! This series will be prayers of scripture, each geared toward a different topic.
Are we wishful thinking, fingers crossed, hoping for the best? Or are we praying for and confidently believing & expecting God to move on our behalf?

Matthew 2:2 Get your hopes up! Look for Jesus. Expect Him to show up right now, in this moment you are currently in. And when He does, be ready to respond.

Acts 1 seems to mirror our present day. The disciples ask Jesus, has the time come for you to restore and rebuild the Kingdom? Jesus answers them, but not in the way we might think. Let’s dig in and see what Jesus says!
