A podcast of four close friends who share thoughts on Faith, Friendship, Fatherhood and other “F” words. Each week we'll share about life, being father's, long term friends and experiences about various topics technical and non-technical alike.
We wanted to take a moment to share some bittersweet news with you. After much consideration, we have decided to put our podcast on pause after 100 shows. We understand this may be disappointing news, especially to our loyal listeners who have been with us from the beginning.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who have supported us throughout this journey. Your loyalty and dedication truly mean the world to us, and we are humbled by your support. We also want to extend our sincerest apologies to those who recently discovered our podcast and were hoping for more content.
Please know that this decision was not an easy one, but we believe it is the best course of action for us at this time. We hope that you can understand and appreciate the time and effort we have put into each and every episode.

Today is the official Mic Check Day (12/12) and we are up to our usual antics with the four fathers. We have been busy with the holidays and work, making it difficult for us to get together. However, we finally managed to find some time to record.
Well another episode of the four fathers is out. This time things are different. Why are they? Were not sure.
We have all come together to witness some special events. Recently, Erik attended a concert and felt that the "message" lacked any "spiritual" context. This led to a discussion about how Adam disregards the strong dislike for the Old Testament - just kidding, it's actually Pfeif who can't stand Taylor Swift.
Confused? So are we....
In this episode, Eric accidentally hit record and we discuss the origins of barn doors, Eric the Viking, and ninjas.
We've decided to change up the show once again. We've noticed that some of our listeners weren't getting the full experience of the fun we have before we start recording. So, we're experimenting with a more organic format to mix things up a bit.
As summer draws to a close, children are returning to school. However, four fathers reminisce about their childhood toys and possessions, discussing those that they may have lost or been replaced. They speak of their nostalgia with great enthusiasm.

You know what's so crazy about parenting, it's basically just a long cycle of letting go. In this episode we talk about preparing our kids to be adults. The things we've done well, the things we've done poorly and some lessons we've learned along the way. Parenting is the most rewarding, frustrating, exhausting and satisfying job you'll ever have. We're 1.5 years into CoVID and several of us are members of churches that have been finding ways to be the Church while dealing with shelter in place, mask mandates, and just general hygiene. In this episode we talk about how our different churches have handled it and what we are doing now.
