God governs his people through scripture. All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.

The effect of general revelation. What may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
General Revelation. God’s reality is known to all. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
