I’ve found that arguing with people isn’t effacacious. But the word of God is. So, argue there.
Don’t take it up with me, take it up with the one who decided the law and will decide where you end up.

Kingdom living is counter-cultural, oftentimes even counterintuitive but never ever counterproductive. Only the things you do for the Kingdom will last. Suffering for Christ sake is an important part of our sanctification. No way around it. The only way out is through. So, endure.

I hit record on my phone as my good friend and I drove to Tustin from LA this past weekend to photograph our friends’ wedding (who they have to thank for them meeting as well but that’s another testimony for another time!) Anywho, Kendra and I talk about entrepreneurship as believers and navigating that and then the conversation takes this beautiful shift into marriage and the stuff that you don’t hear talked about very much. This is candid, raw, and honest. It is my story. I pray it blesses you. Initially I was going to chop it into 2 parts, but i know there are so many people in the same boat who can benefit from the conversation as a whole. God is intentional and sovereign. Trusting Him through every process and every trial is hard. It gets easier with perspective.
Recorded this in my car. God has been humbling me. A lot. It hurts but it's given me a very interesting perspective and I'm so grateful.
Defending our faith, in the current social climate can be hard. It's weird to navigate sometimes. We don't want to rock the boat, we don't even want to bring our beliefs up if we don't have to. But is that truly what God desires? What does it look like to defend your faith in a way that makes our Abba smile? We're going to explore that in a very practical way in this episode.
