Banter Between Bros - Just a couple of high schoolers talking about life and a host of topics from democratic debates to debating about the decade’s best albums to sharing random anecdotes. Join our ragtag group of mostly seniors as we make it through this last year of high school running a podcast for the love of discourse.
Given the quarantine and the abundance of time that comes with it, we decided to host an episode over Zoom, talking about most of the expected topics, as well as the surprisingly wide spectrum of fast food.

What’s up! Today we do a little bit of reflection on our decade and a whole bunch of circular discussion that ultimately never gets resolved. Then again, do discussions ever get resolved?
What’s up! Today we talk about the stuff that we inadvertently breathe in, and what threshold something needs to pass in order to be considered “The Big One”. One thing’s for certain though, the fact that this short episode could be uploaded in its uncompressed WAV form clearly shows that this episode is not in fact “The Big One”.

Today we flip the script by starting off with an intellectual conversation about what it means to be a person of color and then going into less structured conversations discussing where we fit on the alignment chart and what we want to in the second semester of senior year—rather what we haven’t been able to do over these past years. In doing so, we implicitly tackle Langston Hughes’ famous question: What happens to a dream deferred?
