This year marks the 100th anniversary of one of the world’s most dangerous car races, the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC). Although it’s length is only 12.42 miles, the course has 156 turns and begins at 9,390 feet and finishes at the mountain’s summit 14,115 foot up. The beautiful Colorado Springs, CO location attracts thousands of spectators and top drivers around the world.
The CEO and Founder of GO PUCK, Blake Fuller, is one of those drivers that will compete to be king of the mountain. Entered into the Electric Productions class, he will be driving a Model S Tesla—the first time the World’s best selling electric car will make a PPIHC appearance.
Blake Fuller is no stranger to victory in top-level racing competition. Fuller earned Rookie of the Year honors in 1999 at the PPIHC and won the prestigious Open Class in 2002 along with 100’s of podiums finishes in all levels of professional motorsports since.

Long story short, the ILCS (Illinois Complied Statutes) was where the bond was located (705 ILCS 105/4) and the State, has been paying out a portion of the $5,000,000.00 statutorily bond policy and as much as, $2,600.00 is paid, to this day!

When a party wants to make a jurisdictional objection, He has the right to APPEAR for the special purpose of making That objection, According To order common law, the party must state SPECIFICALLY Clearly and to the short That She is specially Appearing. Rule 12 (b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure abolished the distinction betweens HAS general and special appearances for federal courts. Therefore, the parties can raise a jurisdictional objection along with --other defenses in a responsive pleading in federal court. However, if a party wishes to make the jurisdictional objection INITIALLY sans HAVING to prepare a full Responsive Pleading, the federal courts Will allowed to do so That party specially if he Appears. Some states-have Followed the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and state for short-have eliminated the distinction matters betweens general and special appearances. Many states still acknowledge the distinction, however, and Some SPECIFICALLY Provide for the distinction by statute.

Tena Williams began singing in her church choir as a little girl in Jamaica and continued when she emigrated to the United States at the age of 10. She began writing songs at the age of 16. Reggae, R&B, and Rap. Tena began recording professionally in late 2006. Tena Williams goes by artist name Lady Flav'a and her first album was entitled "Mixed Emotions". The album contained songs Sexing I want to feel, sweet love, Riding in my audi, I lied dat was wrong, Gotta have you, No come back in a mi life, Shump, Slappy Slappy, Feed me love, Hot sexy boy, and Mine you business gal. The hardcore Reggae track "Slappy Slappy" was first played on Black roots radio and several other radio stations in England. Her song "Slappy Slappy" is a domestic violence song dedicated to all the women in the world that have experienced or who is against domestic violence. Lady Flava performed her songs "Slappy Slappy" and "Gotta have you" on the Benny Negro show in Harlem, NY on June 3, 2010. This talented Musician and Author will released her first book entitled "Finding Peace after a life of sexual, mental, and physical abuse" on Sunday November 21, 2010.
Finding Peace after a life of sexual, mental, and physical abuse reflects on all the abusive events that author Tena Williams experienced throughout her childhood in Jamaica begining at age 4 through adulthood living in the United States. The Author expressed all the risky behaviors she engaged in during her childhood and teen years, as well as how the abusers impacted her growth and self esteem. The author gave steps on the healing process that helped her to heal from her scars and to overcome the horrors she faced throughout her life. This book is therapy for Author Tena Williams and she hopes that her testimony will help all victims of abuse heal from their difficult struggle and to know that their is healing to help them grasp life to the fullest.

You didn't know this, but around 1521, Pope Leo X from Rome sent his mercenaries to kidnap a Dohgon High Priest from Mali.

This Dohgon High Priest taught the Vatican and many of those around the Roman Catholic Church about Jupiter and Saturn's trajectories, and their moons' rotations. Galileo, knowing about this, developed crude telescopes that were to prove The Dohgon High Priest infallible. In the 1990s, western science sent the Hubble Space Satellite to again validate the trajectories of the Sirius Stars, which The Dohgon had drawn in the sands of Mali. Again, The Dohgon were infallible.
