It is all too easy to excuse our way out of things we have committed to if we don’t have accountability - Find a way to implement an accountability partner or a system in place to help you stay on track, show up to yourself, and reach for your dreams! You don’t have to go it alone and somedays you need that little extra boost to remember why you’re doing the damn thing.
In todays episode I share a little bit more of my story as a step parent. Remember, everybody is trying their best and struggling with something. Listen to peoples stories, hold them accountable to healthy behavior, and always show up in love.
Honor yourself this season as you show up with your family for the holidays. It can be triggering and difficult but it doesn’t have to be so painful. You matter - create space and set boundaries as needed and show up as your fullest self. You are worth it and everything will be okay!
