How can students and professional dancers find life balance that is practical and fulfilling? The Chelsea Keefer Podcast explores the lives of ballerinas on and off-stage. From spiritual healing, to body image rebellion through radical self care, Chelsea and her guests expand on what it means to take the road less traveled in the ballet industry. The Chelsea Keefer podcast is a space for interpersonal growth through shared stories and remedial empathy.
Chelsea was born and raised in the great state of Utah, surrounded by natural gems like the Great Salt Lake and Zion National Park. She spent her youth witnessing Utah grow and change and, as a Soloist at Ballet West, she is an enthusiastic contributor to Salt Lake City’s blossoming art community.
