Psalm 34 is often compared to the sermon on the mount, but the sermon and the beatitudes don't speak specifically to worship - that is the foundation of Psalm 34 "The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right; his ears are open to their cries for help" Psalms 34: 15-22 It might not always be apparent, but there is purpose in all trials encounter.
What does Psalm 23 teach us about rest? What direction is God trying to give us? The Shepard has a good bit to teach us about trusting direction, fearing danger, and surrendering the worst case scenario to God.
