Hi! This is my diary on getting into/working in the Esports Industry. We all start somewhere so this is me documenting my journey because it's not just about the goal but about the grueling, sweaty, and enjoyable path.
This is the story of how I got my first job in Esports with Weldon Green. I had networked a little, got lucky, and put in a ton of work to create my first podcast for another brand. Working with Weldon Green opened up the doors for my esports career starting in 2017.

The League of Legends Anonymous Podcast (LOLA Podcast) was a passion project for me to create a LoL community and share my experiences and knowledge to help people enjoy the game more. Little did I know it would completely make my Engineering Degree a big waste of money and start me on the path to Esports. This is as transparent as I can get about what it was like creating the podcast, working with my cohosts, and ultimately why I quit.
