In most cases, there's a clear difference between failing and being failed but when it comes to fitness and nutrition, the lines can become a little blurred.
With so many programs promising overnight results how do you know whether you're a failure or whether the program failed you when you don't achieve the results you wanted or were promised.
That's what we discuss in this episode and how you can identify which category you fall under.

This week we discuss the 7 things you should be doing to stay on track with nutrition.
Most people know that to lose weight you need to better manage the amount of food you eat and get into a calorie deficit (eat fewer calories than you burn) but most people also struggle to stay in a calorie deficit long enough to achieve any meaningful weight loss that can be sustained.
This podcast will help you fix that, if you implement our 7 principles you’ll not only lose weight but also build healthy habits with nutrition to help keep that weight off.
Enjoy!

Two month’s ago I sat down with my cousin Kishan L Patel the night before his first ever UKBFF Men’s Physique Competition to pick his brains about how he managed to achieve his dream physique.

He did not let me down with what he had to say.
We discussed:
🔸Why he decided to compete 🔸If he takes steroids 🔸How many hours he puts in the gym 🔸His take on hard work 🔸What keeps him on track while dieting 🔸What’s his motivation 🔸How he juggles work and training 🔸How he deals with the stigma attached to working out and eating healthy in the Asian community 🔸And his 3 keys to building a dream physique
