That's the premise of C. E. Martin's Ghostwalker, a supernatural military thriller in which an army of super soldiers is tasked with combating an army of malicious ghosts.
Yeah. Hard pass. Couldn't do that job. More power to y'all.
In this episode of Storytime With Desiree, I'm talking about angels and demons (no, not literally ... but yeah, sorta literally) with Monica Leonelle. In her excellent YA fantasy novel Instruments of the Angels, one poor, unsuspecting young lady gets caught int he middle of a centuries-long war between a group of archangels and a group of archdemons.
I can honestly say I don't envy her!
