I write about Mental Illness. I feel that its not talked about enough. I push that Mental ILLness should be a conversation not a secret. I have the ability to empower women to begin to speak out about there Mental challenges understanding that it's ok not to be ok & without there Voice they will not get any help in their areas of struggle.
