Coach D sits down to speak with USATF W35 Masters track and field Athlete, Easter Grant as she prepares for her biggest meet of this season, thus far. The Atlanta Georgia Relays in McDonough, GA will be held on May 29th and 30th and Easter has her eyes set on achieving some personal lifetime best in the 200 meters. She recently achieved her lifetime best in the 100 this Weekend, running a blazing 11.98.

You are being sent by him to fill in by voice and direction to help guide the person(s). You can't be responsible for their change or lack there of and when it's all over, God has to take back over and deal with the ones that didn't do as the SUB said while they were there.

On March 5th, 2020 at 9:01PM CST, Nathaniel Woods Jr. was pronounced dead after his sentencing of execution was fulfilled. Republican Governor Kay Ivey and Republican Attorney General Steve Marshall refused to give Nathaniel and his defense team anymore time and let US all know that we need to stay in our places.

Too many times we see at the High School level where coaches are trying harder to be liked than to be Champions. These coaches that operate with old players being their centerpieces just based off comfort are the ones that end up with losing seasons, great players transferring out of their programs and the question of your "star" player being the one that when the ball is in their hands, they may not lose the game for you but will they WIN it?"
