Life is like a quilt, composed of many parts. There will be some pretty parts and some not so pretty, but most importantly it is yours.

Change is not all of a sudden it is gradual.

Change is constant so use it to better yourself.

It also starts with Self Discipline. Too often it consider to keep you from something but in actuality it is what allow you to access all of your dreams.

In life we find ourselves in the position to be made better by those around us. Yet it is also our task to aid others in reaching their best selves.
