Every moment of our lives have repercussions. Every one goes through good times & bad. We need to be grateful for all that we have. Even in that bad moments, there is good to come, usually in the form of emotional strength & knowledge. We could be worse off than whatever situations we are in now. So enjoy the ride & stop harping on the negative moments, they do not define you.
We're always worried & stressing about things in our lives. Some things are beyond our control, and the things we can control are compromised by our worry & stress. We need to entrust in ourselves that we will perform in these situations to the best of our abilities with our best intentions. And whether or not we succeed doesn't matter, it's that we gave it our best shot & we can be proud of our actions & performance. It's okay to lose as long as you tried. So stop worrying about whether or not you win & channel your mind instead to navigate what the best action in the moment is. Enjoy!

Having to hold onto the Canadian Championship was no easy feat. With so many new young stars, I had to face all comers and legitimately prove myself each and every time. Some rivalries helped shape who Jay Walker is over time thanks to this.
