We start off with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez electrifying speech against Rep. Yoho's behaviour towards her, while she went to vote. This topic is something I've been wanting to speak about for the past 10 yrs and now AOC has brought it to the table. Stella and I tackle this issue with a lot of heart and some passion . But always towards the end finding the underlying truth and bringing things to light that maybe some don t see -spiritually.

Due to the untimely passing of Bhakti Charu Swami who is in fact Stella's guru, we didn't record an episode . But I thought it would be great to put together a compilation of a poem by Maya Angelou called " Brave and Startling Truths" and a beautiful class by none other than Krsnanandini Dasi titled " 8 lessons from Queen Draupadi ". These women inspire me to create a podcast to enlighten and bring about hope in your hearts. I hope this will enliven your afternoon and the rest of your day. Thanks so much for tuning in!

This episode was focused on a viral meme showing two different sets of protesters in Downtown Orlando meeting unintentionally at an intersection. Unfortunately, this video had minimal sound, so you can't hear the ecstasy and joy from these said protesters.

So for this chat, we really emphasized how "Unity in numbers" can help all feel supported through these tough times.

We speak more about how all souls matter, not just pious ones. Also, Bhakta Tirtha Swami has an honorable mention of his life and what he has added to Krishna Consciousness as well as Krsnanandini Devi Dasi's Story of how she experienced racism through ISKCON and still found Prabhupada and received initiation.

Last week was a lot of fire due to Juneteenth. This week we've truly captured the essence of our talks. Check it out!

Always remember through Anchor, you can send us any questions or additions, as well as topic ideas.

Thanks so much for joining us!

This episode is just real talk (The Tea) coming from two modern Black Vaishnavi "Yogiz", speaking from their perspective, on being mixed to body-conscious issues within Iskcon temples. The topic gets started off with The most amazing viral video, from "Kimberly Jones" speaking on the differences between Black business people to Black looters. Monique Renee (the host) stirs up the topics and Charanti our eclectic Bhakti preacher speaks on consciousness and how important it is to include this way of thinking in schools, politics, and life in general. In the mix, we have Stella our Vaishnavi mediator and supporter for BLM(Black Lives Matter) and wanting to help make a change. This is Vaishnavi Tea y'all!
