Kehilat Veranenu
Veranenu is a grassroots, egalitarian, progressive Jewish community focused on finding the perfect balance of kavana (intention) and joyous song in Kabbalat Shabbat services.
We draw on several influences in our worship, with Nava Tehila, Zusha and Joey Weisenberg being just a few examples. Veranenu worship using musical instruments.
We are excited to invite you to Veranenu's Virtual Kabbalat Shabbat service, which will take place tomorrow, 20th March.
At 6pm, we will share a link to the service (which has been pre-recorded). We encourage everyone to listen along simultaneously, turn it up loud and sing along.
We will make our way through the psalms and conclude before Aravit.
Following the conclusion of the service, there will be a Zoom call for members of the Kehila to check in and chat with each other.
