Just by chance, I spoke with a friend that I have known and connected with from time to time for at least four years.
Last night just by chance I found and read a article about a painful turning point in her life, which really spoke to me.
It enabled me to understand more about her, the way she lives and the way she loves.
It immediately allowed me to embrace a deeper understanding, more patience and love towards her.

Elano has Neurofibromotosis 1 and had a incident in July where his left leg swelled to over 21 inches overnight.
After two weeks at UCLA hospital, the only recommendation the doctors had was amputation.

It’s so wonderful that you stopped on by to play! I would love to introduce myself so we can get to know one another. I am Darlene Navarre, born Darlene Kae Navarre and I am a Playologist (cool sounding-smart term for an infinite 5 year old). At 40 years young I’m still a hip and fun goddess of play and love. I was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and just in case you are wondering since Utah is known for it’s Mormons, no, I am not a religious person, just spiritual.
I was having a bit too much fun in the 80′s and became a teen-age momma at almost 17 and then had some more fun therefore going on to birth 4 more beautiful beings. I also am a grandmother or more appropriately I go by Dee-Dee because 1. It’s original, 2. It is easy for little ones to say and 3. I am way to sexy and youthful to be called a “grandmother” no offense fellow grandmom’s.
My obsessions include but are never limited to: playing, traveling, video blogging, fitness, raw foods & inspiring women and men of all ages to reconnect to their bliss through play. I love all sorts of music although I don’t really have any favorites, if it sounds good I listen to it. My love language is quality time (hint, hint) however, I respond equally to love, hugs, gifts, kind words and connection with people too. The consummate Renaissance woman, Ahda Sands, has a rich and varied business background. Aside from flying, Ramona is one of few civilian female pilots qualified to fly in a tight (Blue Angels) style formation. As an underwater videographer and digital editor, she has traveled the world to film unusual sea life including schooling hammerheads in Costa Rica, whalesharks in the Galapagos and giant mantas in Micronesia. She produced two DVD's on Aviation in China and has been featured on Time Warner Cable, CNN, America Online and in numerous newspaper and magazine publications.
As a professional speaker, she uses her adventures as a metaphor to overcoming the challenges of daily life.
