DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HEALTH CARE COSTS WITH NO PLAN OF CARE FOR PATIENTS: ~Where does all the money go to once our hospital bills ARE paid? ~Why can't some of that money go to supporting victims and developing a plan of care for these patients?
