I dove deep into my believe I can't be creative or I am not a creative person. My whole life is fe I though I am rational and analytical and therefore I just can't be creative and creativity is reserved for artists and extroverted people only. I learned that this is absolutely not the case and everyone, absolutely everyone can be creative if just shown a few simple tools which anyone can use. Host: @DrSaschaWin www.saschawin.com

I just know I need to get into the habit of a healthy morning routine and evening routine. It was always so hard for me to just not touch my phone first thing in the morning.
