The Way of Faith
“And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.”
Mark 9:24
So many times I have called the Lord for help. This scripture shows a father struggling and his relationship with an afflicted child. The father fighting the good fight of faith and healing from the Lord. But we see also his soul struggling between faith and unbelief. How is such faith obtained? Lord help my unbelief.

According to the measure of faith.
“And Jesus said unto the Centurion, Go thy way; and as you have believed, so be it done unto you.
And his servant was healed in the same hour.”
Faith’s part is to grasp that which appears impossible or strange to human eyes. Let us be willing to be considered fools for Christ’s sake (1 Cor. 4:10). Let us not fear to be considered weak-minded in the eyes of the world and of uninformed Christians. In standing on the authority of the Word of God, we believe what others cannot yet admit. Do not, then, let yourself be discouraged in your expectation, even though God might delay in answering you or if your sickness should seem to worsen. Place your feet firmly on the immovable rock of God’s own Word. Walk in the authority in which Christ has set us free.

We may be thankful to God for giving us doctors. Their vocation is one of the most noble, for a large number of them really do seek to do-with love and compassion all they can do to alleviate the suffering that burdens humanity as a result of sin. There are even some who are zealous servants of Jesus Christ, seeking also the good of their patients’ souls. Nevertheless, Jesus Himself is always the first, the best and the greatest physician. Jesus heals diseases for which earthly physicians can do nothing.

The Great Expose'!
The rain of my Spirit has begun as a trickle but will become a mighty force which Satan can only quake. The earth and all it's elements will obey Me and will respond to My purposes and will. I am going to expose the hidden things of darkness. Satan has appeared to this world as an "angel of light" and "savior of the world," but Satan does not "own" My children or those I am calling to be Mine! Those I have called will walk in my light and under My divine protection.

The Lord Has Need of You!
The last week before Jesus was crucified, He entered into Jerusalem triumphantly upon a colt.
A donkey is used to carry heavy loads for men. But in this case, the Lord did not ask for a donkey that was well trained in bearing heavy loads. Instead He requested a colt, a young foal not yet encumbered by anyone or anything. This colt represents the kind of person the Lord is looking for... Does God have need of you? Will you be loosed into his service?

God Is Light
In all of God's doings there is nothing of darkness, craftiness, crookedness, or impurity; rather, with God everything is pure, honest, straightforward, and righteous. Trouble in The War Zone series part 3
Trouble is not sinful in itself, neither is it the evidence of sin.
In the New Testament there are three words used which embrace trouble. These are TRIBULATION,
SUFFERING, and AFFLICTION, words differing somewhat, and yet each of them practically meaning trouble of some kind. Our Lord put his disciples on notice that they might expect tribulation in this life, teaching them that tribulation belonged to this world, and they could not hope to escape it; that they would not be carried through this life on flowery beds of ease. How hard to learn this plan and patent lesson! "In the world Ye shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." There is the encouragement. As He had overcome the world and its tribulations, so might we do the same.

Trouble is not sinful in itself, neither is it the evidence of sin.
When we survey all the sources from which trouble comes, it all resolves itself into
Two invaluable truths:
First: that our troubles at last are allowed of the Lord. They come with his consent He is in all them, and is interested in us when they press and bruise us.
Secondly: that our troubles, no matter what the cause, whether of ourselves, or men or devils, or even God himself, we are warranted in taking them to God in prayer, in praying over them, and in seeking to get the greatest spiritual benefits out of them.
Prayer in the time of trouble tends to bring the spirit into perfect subjection to the will of God.

Trouble in The War Zone series part 1
Trouble is not sinful in itself, neither is it the evidence of sin.
Three words practically the same in the processes of divine discipline are found, temptation,
trial and trouble, and yet there is a difference between them.
First word: Temptation is really a solicitation to evil arising from the devil or born in the carnal nature of man.
Second word: Trial is testing. It is that which proves us, tests us, and makes us stronger and better when we submit to the trial and work together with God in it.
Third word: Trouble itself, which covers all the painful, sorrowing, and grievous events of life. And yet, temptations and trials might really become troubles.
