I’m Deanna Cauthen and I’d first like to say that hosting this show is a dream come true for me. I am honored to have this opportunity to share about the experiences and the lessons I have learned as a wife, a mother, and a woman who has worked as an entrepreneur for the past 30 years.
Secondly, you will not just be hearing from me. I will be interviewing women from a broad spectrum of the community about the struggles and successes of their work experience, so you will have the benefit of getting their wisdom, as well.
Finally, I want to hear from you. I want to know what your needs are as a working woman. I want to know about the challenges you face and burdens you bear. I want to hear your opinions and ideas about how we can make the workplace experience better for women. I want the conversations that start here, not to end here. I want The Working Woman Radio Showto be a catalyst for future conversations, and more importantly, for change.

The list that she shares is not in any particular order as far as preference is concerned.
So she encourages you to put your feet up, kick back, and take a little time to do some reading this summer.
