Hi friends! Thanks for tuning in! In this episode I talk about what I’ve learn about DBT and interpersonal skills. Why identifying personal values is crucial and how I fell flat on my face while doing this work and confronting my own toxic traits. I apologize if the audio is not the best and if it’s a little hard to understand from time to time, my accent really came out this time around 😋- If you have any questions, comments or suggestions feel free to reach me @thespicybutterfly on the gram 🙂

Hi all, and welcome to my podcast! I’m M, nice to meet you! I’m a 32 year old woman who wants to share her journey of overcoming mental health concerns in a place that’s home away from home! I have been diagnosed with Bordeline Personality Disorder ( BPD ), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder ( ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder ( GAD ) and Major Depressive Disorder ( MAD ). This is just a quick intro to me, my diagnosed, and what it means to be a Latina living with mental health concerns in the northern hemisphere. There’s so much I want to share and talk about, but I just wanna thank you first for tuning in. Can’t wait to hear your stories, your struggles and get through our concerns together!
