"I want to begin, bit first I need to do one more course/some more research." "I can start, but I should get this certificate before that." Does that sound familiar to you? Procrastinating by using learning as an excuse, that's procrasta-learning.
I'm all for regularly updating our knowledge! But we need to watch out if the learning is being used as an excuse to delay taking action on a project, or habit, or business, or art...anything.

Before we start a business, commit to a project, or even just buy something, we only think of what it'll feel like to have that thing belong to us. But the more important question to consider is, "How will I feel when I belong to it? How much of myself am I ready to give to this thing?"

Whether it's in content creation or in other facets of life, it's super important to cut out all the unnecessary stuff. Even if said stuff is perfectly good on its own. "Kill your Darlings" aka "Murder your Darlings" is a phrase used in the world of writing. It means that authors should ruthlessly edit out anything that interferes with the crisp, smooth pace, and flow of their article, story, blog post, etc. In my usual style, I couldn't resist using this as an analogy for cutting out dead weight – things, practices, habits, relationships – from our lives, businesses, and creative endeavours.

"The path of Gyaan (knowledge) crushes the Ego, the path of Bhakti (devotion) melts the Ego." When my teacher said this, it blew my mind! I suddenly began to understand the way me and people in my world work and deal with things. Not just in the spiritual sense, but in all facets of life – home, work, business, creativity – those of us who surrender ourselves to the process and go with the flow have a vastly different experience than the ones who want a deeper understanding and look at things through the lens of precision and perfection. I've connected this thought process to an art workshop I attended a couple of weeks ago in this episode.

You know those mornings after a bad night's sleep where you're a world hating, gloomy-doomy grouch? And then there are those times when you've slept peacefully like a baby through the night and wake up feeling all fresh and smiley and shunshine-y. Throughout my life I've experienced both these extremes a lot.

I recently read this quote by Peter Drucker (at least, it's famously attributed to him) about how the culture within an organisation trumps all strategies and plans that the leaders make. It goes, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast".
This essentially means, if the team culture is good, then plans tend to work. But any strategy, even a good one, becomes useless in the face of a crappy culture. It's not so much about the ideas, but the people executing them. How they feel, their level of enthusiasm, their sense of ownership.
I believe the quote can be stretched to be applied to other facets of life too, not just in business. So in this episode, I've shared my perspectives on this idea of the immense power of nurturing a healthy culture in our businesses, homes, personal life, and society as a whole.

A couple of weeks ago I'd published an episode about how to handle unwanted advice as a conscious entrepreneur. I was asked how one should deal with uninvited advice in general, not just as a business owner. In this seventh and final segment of "Keeping Your Customers Delighted, While Also Maintaining Your Own Sanity And Joy", we go into the most important topic of all – clear and good communication! Let's take a deep dive into the sea of feedback and online reviews for conscious business owners. Some of them are super important, and some are totally not worth your time. How do you differentiate between the two, and how do you handle them? In this episode I share:

When you run a conscious business, sometimes people around you can inundate you with well intentioned suggestions. Too much of this can be overwhelming and totally suck out your energy. Especially if the advice is coming from people who have absolutely no clue about how a business like yours is even run. And let's admit it, most "helpful" advisers fall into this category.
In this fifth segment of the miniseries, "Keeping Your Customers Delighted, While Also Maintaining Your Own Sanity and Joy", I dive deep into:
How to deal with unwanted ideas
Why you often need to nip the flow of suggestions in the bud
Two examples of how I dealt with advice givers in the past
What kind of advice that you should encourage or consider
Not trying to be perfect
And so much more!

Placing community at the heart of your business leads to so much fulfilment, joy, and peace of mind. This fourth segment of "Keeping your Customers Delighted, while also Maintaining Your Own Sanity and Joy" is my favourite in the miniseries so far.
I can endlessly share stories and talk about the magic of conscious business community building, but there's only so much one can stuff into a podcast episode. Haha So I decided to dive deep into these key areas:
The three facets of community surrounding your business
Why it's necessary to focus on each of them
How they can make your life easier and more joyful

“I’ve spent a lot of years wasting my time, thinking about other people, and doing other things. I figure I got another 40 years to really turn it around and do the things that I wanna do. Write more books, design courses, help more people, and stay on this way of eating to ensure my health to the end of my genetic potential. And that’s my plan.” – Karen Warwick
After a long hiatus away from the show, this interview seemed like the perfect come back episode to me. Karen Warwick is all about being truly authentic, healthy, and free. It was such a pleasure to have her wisdom, energy, and quick wit on my podcast.

Acceptance and humour in uncontrollable situations
Meal prepping like a ninja
Importance of availability of healthy food at all times
Food addiction, binge eating and bulimia

From growing up in a village in Kenya, to becoming a nurse in the USA, from having zero knowledge about technology a year ago to successfully running online challenges and becoming an author now, the trajectory of Flossie Njama's life is absolutely incredible! And she's only just beginning the immense impact she's about the create on the world.
In this episode, Flossie shares her story, her struggles, and her successes through her life. Her experience as a nurse and personal journey of recovery ignited the passion in her to help others heal through a mind, body, soul approach.
She's also a big proponent of simplification over perfection. Her wisdom and energy will make you feel like you can absolutely accomplish anything, as long as you believe in yourself and just try. And she'll also have you wanting to start drinking warm lemon water and ginger shots. haha

Last month I got to meet my grandmother after more than a year. Though we've had phone calls and even a few video calls, getting to experience her beautiful, warm, loving energy in person felt so good!
In her eighties, she still keeps herself occupied all the time. It's so inspiring to watch her. Spending time with her made me reflect on the amazing life she's lived.
I began to wonder what she must've been like when she was in her early forties, and it dawned on me...when my grandma was as old as I am right now, she already had her first grandchild, me. That thought really shook me awake and took me on an introspective journey that triggered this episode.

I mix the sauces and tofu together, cover and let it marinate, bake everything, relish the dish, and slow down to let it digest. That’s an excellent process to achieve delicious baked tofu, but it also works successfully in other endeavours.
Here are the five steps:
In this episode I explained each step in detail, and share how you can incorporate this process into your business and personal life.
Implement the system and watch things fall into place beautifully. It’s an enjoyable cycle that keeps your work, your projects and your life flowing smoothly.

The energy of the waning moon is very conducive to clearing unwanted energy from your life so that space can be created for new, useful energy. I follow various spiritual practices on full moon nights and the days following it. Here are my five favourite full moon rituals for you to try.
They're simple and powerful. If you're new to this, don't have to do all of them at once. Just start with the practice which most resonates with you and build from there.
I've spoken about these five rituals in detail on this episode:
Washing and Charging Crystals
Write, Tear, Burn – Emotional and Mental Clearing
Sound and/or Aroma Ritual – Energetic Cleansing
Guided Meditation
Intentional Decluttering– Physical Cleaning for Manifestation
Apart from these, if you're able to, spend at least 30-60 minutes looking at the moon and bathing in its light every full moon night. It's a beautiful, calming, energising experience.

Marsha is hands down the most fun, interesting person I’ve interviewed on my show until now! As soon as you start listening to this conversation, you’ll feel the energy uplifting you. Our excitement and laughter throughout are both totally contagious, so make sure you’re somewhere where it’s okay for you to randomly burst out laughing.
The episode made me feel so good that I’ve listened to it multiple times. Yes, even after I had completed the editing and refining work and didn’t “need” to listen to it anymore! That’s how much I love it.
This woman is full of delightful stories and ideas! I can’t get enough of them. And I’m beyond excited for you all to get as hooked as I am to the wonderful world of Yes Yes Marsha.
Oh and if you’re a podcaster, you’d be lucky to have her as a guest. She created a secret web page just for my audience with all the links and resources she mentioned on the show. And what’s even more amazing is that she freaking noted down all our talking points and sent them across to me so I could easily copy/paste them below. How thoughtful is that?!
Here they are, the key topics we discussed in this episode:

My friend Shilpa did a series of video interviews featuring women supporting women on her Instagram page during the week of International Women’s Day. I was delighted to be a mid-week guest!
The idea was to discuss mindfulness, joyfulness, and being yourself – through all of life’s ups and downs. But as the conversation progressed, she had so many more interesting questions that we ended up covering a wide range of topics. Tips and guidance to help women in their entrepreneurial journey and personal life.
Shilpa has a beautiful way of guiding the conversation and asking the kind of questions to dig up nuggets of wisdom and insights from you that you didn’t even realise you had. Once you listen, you’ll agree with me that this woman should be running her own podcast! Haha
By the end, I knew I just had to pull the audio from that interview and put it here for all of you. It’s like getting a delicious assorted platter of all the things I usually discuss on the show, plus more.
Here are some of the things Shilpa and I conversed about:
Mindfulness – being fully present in each moment
Establishing boundaries with family, colleagues and customers
Unapologetically taking time for yourself
Delegation over perfection
The power of prioritising fun
Sustainable happiness
Need for digital and physical disconnection
Running your business from a place of inspiration
Enabling others through your own happiness
Quieting the mind and avoiding overwhelm
Making lists, brain dumping and taking deep breaths
Overcoming blocks to having an abundance mindset
Being excited, finding lessons and showing gratitude
How to make difficult choices and when to let go

Holistic health and wellness coach Manasa Rajan experienced the magic of going vegan in her mid-twenties. It immensely benefitted her and her family’s wellness, and over the years has shaped her purpose in life.
Manasa's mission is to help people upgrade their food and take control of their health! And this means work within the food ecosystem to make clean, healthy alternatives easily accessible and the norm in the country.
In this conversation, we speak about the impact of switching to a plant based life beyond just food. The way it uplifts our energy and emotions, how it influences our way of thinking, and inspires us to help others.
We also discuss the need to prioritise women’s health, the great need to create positive change in the food eco system so everyone can access healthy food, the beautiful way the vegan and health food movement has been growing, and so much more.
Visit this episode's webpage to read about one of my earliest memories of Manasa, our parallel journeys, and also see the weight lifting photograph I mentioned on the episode: https://www.veganosaurus.com/manasa-rajan-episode-58
The thing I love most about podcasting is getting to have meaningful connections with a bunch of awesome folks! In the year (and few months) since The Feel Good Factor was launched, I’ve been able to reach out to so many people whose unique voice and message I admire, and invite them to have a conversation with me on the show.
This interview with @shivya is one of the most enjoyable exchanges I’ve had the privilege to experience. Shivya is all about thinking and living outside the box. She’s a proponent of breaking norms and forging your own path in life. And through her work she inspires others to do the same.
I loved how easily we were able to converse with each other and smoothly navigate multiple topics. If we hadn’t had internet issues on the day of the recording, I think we might’ve gone on chatting for an additional hour. haha
We discussed:
Life as a digital nomad
Solo travel stories
Our creative processes
Developing your voice as a writer
Balancing authenticity with privacy
Feeling financially secure as a freelancer (especially in these uncertain times)
The Journeys project
Consciously aligned collaborations
What she liked about my Vegan Immersion Experience course
The positive impact we can create on others through our work
How to travel the world as a vegan
Being “cornered” into discovering hidden skills
Thinking outside the box
And more…
I just know you’re going to love getting to know this amazing woman!

What can you do when scary things are happening in the world and you feel helpless at the unfairness? What can you do when you want to heal someone or keep them safe, but you’re not in a position to do so?
I had a different episode planned for this week, but with what’s going on right now, I felt like answers to these questions were desperately needed by all of us. So I sat down and meditated, and channeled the messages I received into a recording.
I trust that this episode will help us all to create a positive impact in the world today and in the future too. Some of topics covered are:
I’ve also included an 8 min long Visualisation exercise (from 12:00 to 20:00). Make sure to sit in a quiet place and try it out. It’ll immensely uplift your energy and feelings.

This short episode is all about why it’s so important to invest in yourself, especially when it comes to anything that’ll make your life easier, eliminate friction or help in your personal growth. And how to recognise the difference between impulse buying that gives you short term pleasure and spending on something that’ll keep you happier for the longer run.
A few months ago, I invested in a ring light. It wasn’t even expensive, but I had kept putting off the purchase for the longest time because I kept wondering if it would be a “waste”. But when I finally did get it, it helped me create much more video content than I had before because I was not dependent on daylight anymore. Whenever inspiration strikes now, I can just sit down and start recording. The quality of my IGTV live videos and online workshops have also gone up noticeably, and this motivates me to do them more often.
Now looking back, I’m like, “duh! why didn’t I buy this gadget sooner?” Haha
This is just one example of the things I’ve hesitated to invest in at first, but after I did, it contributed to my life in multiple ways and paid off significantly. Mindfully investing in yourself creates a domino effect of opportunities and opens up your world. And I just had to talk about this on my show!
Bottomline – if it will bring you more peace of mind, give you more time freedom, make your work smooth, result in self-improvement and knowledge upgrade, help you build meaningful connections to benefit you in the longer run…don’t hesitate to spend. Investing in your present life, your present self is just as important as saving up for your future.

On this milestone episode of my show, I've interviewed my friend, mentor and inspiration, Allison Melody (@allisonmelodytv). Alli is the epitome of how shining one's own light can uplift you and set off a powerful, positive ripple effect on the world.
This extra long conversation is packed with so much value! We discussed:
A little over two years ago, I listened to my first episode of The Food Heals Podcast (foodhealsnation.com). It featured some very inspiring women. I can never forget that feeling of expansion I had as the conversation progressed. It felt like there was so much potential for me to tap into. I just knew my life would be irrevocably changed from that point onwards though I didn't know how.
Flash forward to today, I've had the privilege of meeting All in person, attend the Food Heals Italy Retreat (the episode art photo was clicked there), and be a part of her Rise and Bloom Mastermind (https://veganosaurus.krtra.com/t/r56FUGTlmgdT) for the past year. My 2020 has been filled with so much growth and learning because I've been a part of the group. I've shared the kind of value I've found on the group in my conversation with Alli.

How do you know it's okay to let go of something you love? Something beautiful that's added so much value to the world. When you've poured much of your life, love and energy into something for many years, how can you move on and make peace with it?
This week we announced that our restaurant of nearly eight years old will be shut down in January. It's a landmark in the Indian vegan community that has touched and changed many lives. It's also been a huge part of me for the better part of a decade.
This episode is filled with vulnerability and raw emotions. I've expressed the fear based thoughts I've experienced in connection with this decision. And I've shared how I'm finding strength to look forward to a new beginning with faith and hope.
I hope it inspires you to look into your life with honesty. At your relationships, work, business...and all other aspects of your life to see what's serving you and what's holding you back. And I hope it helps you in letting go of whatever you might have lost in this past year or what you need to move on from now.

Mahathi Parashuram tells you why it's so important to make a big deal of your "happy birthday" and celebrate it, and how that attitude of self-love extends into the rest of the year. The conversation is filled with lots of humour, mingled with so much deep, powerful advice.
It's an episode that's very close to my heart because Mahathi is one of my dearest friends. We've known each other for a loooong time now and it feels great to feature someone I care so deeply about on my show.
She is a mother of two, a wife, a sister, a daughter and a friend. These roles she plays mean a lot to her. Mahathi cares deeply for the people she loves. She's passionate about her work in Public Relations at Grundfos and the impact she creates through it. She is also someone who has learned to value and love herself through the years.
I've seen this woman grow and thrive through so much in her life. I am proud of her and blessed to have her as my friend. Listen to her and get ready to be inspired to unapologetically put yourself first, above all else!

What if your heart desires to take you in a direction to achieve something seemingly impossible? Would you follow it? Chef Yin did exactly that!
She studied law and worked in PR, but when she discovered raw vegan cuisine, the passion to create it was so strong it didn't matter that she had no prior experience in the food industry, she got into it with complete dedication. The fact that neither raw food nor vegan food was known in Malaysia didn't stop her either. She just knew this was a path she had to take and bravely ventured forth.
Today she's an extremely popular Raw Vegan Chef in not just her country but also across the globe. In this interview she talks about her journey, experiences and the practices she follows to keep going strong. I know you're going to find her story very inspiring!

About Yin:
Raw Chef Yin is Malaysia’s very own raw vegan celebrity chef, author and TEDx speaker. She has a law degree but left her jet-setting corporate job to don a chef’s jacket instead. Trained at the world’s leading raw & plant-based culinary academy, she now dedicates her time to helping others make beautiful, delicious raw vegan cuisine. Due to the worldwide lockdown which prevented her from travelling internationally, she began producing various online vegan cooking courses on ice cream, cheese, tempeh, mooncakes as well as Japanese & Korean cuisine to rave reviews. “Love yourself enough to say no to others demands on your time and energy.” When I pulled this message from my Goddess Cards Deck, it validated so much of what I’ve been saying for a few years now. The card is about Boundaries, and drawing it spurred me to speak about it with you all.
Episode’s main web page: https://www.veganosaurus.com/set-clear-boundaries-episode-44/
How much of your time and energy are going into your work/business, family and other relationships on a daily basis? What’s left for self-care? And creativity? What about for just having fun and enjoying life?
Just because you love your work, or enjoy any activity which involves you giving your time and energy to others, doesn’t make it eligible to be categorised as “me time”. It’s a common pit we fall into.
This is why it’s so important to set clear boundaries!
First the boundaries need to be defined between ourselves and everyone else, especially in our work and personal life. Then, after we’ve carved out time away from our work and other people, we need to create sub-boundaries between different aspects of the rest of our life.
In this episode of The Feel Good Factor, I’ve spoken about how I’ve consciously tried to make this happen in my own life, and the immense benefits that have emerged.
If you’ve been overwhelmed (especially considering the work-from-home situation we’re experiencing right now), and if the lines between different day to day activities are blurred, you really need to listen to this message!
And as with many of my episodes, what I’ve shared here will especially strike a chord with small business entrepreneurs.
I’m all about helping conscious entrepreneurs build and grow their business. That’s why I run my holistic Vegan Business Coaching program. I’ve learnt many things the hard way in my entrepreneurial journey. I’d like my mistakes to serve you with some valuable lessons and inspiration on what to do and what to avoid.

More about Tamar:
Tamar Medford is a performance consultant, podcast host, and champion for people who suffer from addiction. Since overcoming her own 20-year battle with addiction and obesity in 2012, Tamar has dedicated her life to inspiring and empowering others to believe their positive transformation is possible too. She was inspired to start helping others and creating her podcast because she understands how difficult it can be to stay healthy and turn your life around. Tamar struggled with alcoholism and obesity until she hit her bottom. In early 2012, she let her troubled past inspire her to make some much-needed changes. Tamar realized that she could no longer do this alone and decided to ask for help. She started to take action and took responsibility for the life she had created for herself. Since then she has changed her mindset around health, taken control of her life and now wants to empower and inspire others to do the same.

As another powerful new moon cycle begins, I felt called to create a manifestation meditation for you. When I asked the Universe for guidance on the message I should share through this meditation, I felt a strong pull to focus on the blocks we create in the way of manifesting.
All the positivity, love, abundance, success, joy, friends, happiness... everything we desire is attracted to us and is constantly flowing towards us. But often, instead of simply relaxing and receiving them, we let fear based thoughts and feelings become blocks that obstruct this flow.
Through the guided imagery in this meditation practice, you will identify and melt these blocks away. Gently, powerfully and with love.
I start with an introduction to explain the different kinds of blocks that we create. The actual meditation begins at 3:42 (incase you're coming back to do the meditation after the first time and would like to jump to it).

A recent conversation with a friend about how we use our weaknesses to our benefit reminded me about this blog post I'd written over a decade ago. It's all about how I would push my laziness to its limit and come out of the other end to stop procrastinating and get household chores done.
It made me so happy to see that something I'd written so long ago actually aligns with a lot of the messaging I share on my podcast now - loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, rewarding ourselves and celebrating even the smallest of achievements, and so much more. I had to read it out to you all.
It's kind of funny that a large part of this episode is about dealing with procrastination, because it's being published a day later than usual due to... surprise surprise... my procrastination! Hehe I hope you get a good laugh out of this episode. I totally did.

Kuntal Joisher is the first Vegan to have climbed Mt. Everest. And he’s done it twice!
This episode is part 1 of a 2 part series. In today’s conversation we get to know all about Kuntal’s back story and inspiration. The twists and turns in his life that unexpectedly led him on his journey to becoming a passionate mountaineer.
Kuntal is an incredible storyteller! Each time I listen to him talk, I can picture his experiences with so much clarity and detail. Today’s conversation stops short of Kuntal’s actual arrival at the summit of Mt. Everest, and there’s already so much to be inspired by!
My hope is that between this episode and the next, Kuntal’s story motivates you to follow your dreams and see the value in making them come true no matter what.

A total disconnection from the digital world is something we all intend to do at some point, but rarely ever get around to it.
Recently I took a complete day off without even turning on the internet on my phone. No social media, no emails, no messages... IT. FELT. AMAZING. I knew I had to share the experience with you all.
In this episode, I've spoken about the why it's such a good thing to do a digital detox, what we can do in the freed up time and how it has the potential to greatly benefit us.
I intend to practice this regularly and I hope you'll join me on this journey.

Our thoughts and feelings are immensely powerful tools. We can use them to attract and create the life that we desire. But often, we end up throwing them away on people and situations that don't deserve them.
In this episode, I've shared my thoughts on how we tend to waste our precious energy on past hurts, and how we can turn things around to become strong magnets for good things. Because feeling good is the key to manifestation.

Celebrate your desires as successes, in a beautiful setting. Plant seeds of intention during the New Moon Cycle and watch the magic happen in your life. Feel the uplifting, joyful energy of gratitude and allow all good things to flow to you with ease and grace.
Though it's not a Tuesday, it's the start of a New Moon Cycle, so I thought it would be a perfect time to share this meditation with you. It's one of my favourite meditations to have recorded and has had wonderful feedback from everyone who's experienced it.

Let me start by saying that Janice's story is damn freaking inspiring! She is a beacon of hope for anyone who wants to turn their pain to purpose.
The first trauma she went through in childhood lead to eating disorders and self judgement. The next (bigger) trauma in adulthood however, completely changed her outlook on life and self-care. After that, Janice started to truly shine from the inside out and has been able to mentor and guide many women to find their power.
Janice's gentle voice and kind energy make this interview not just inspiring, but also very pleasant to listen to.

She began her career in pageantry at 17, winning over 10 major titles, most notably, Mrs. United States, where she was a guest of President Clinton and the White House, and made over 200 appearances on behalf of Lung Health and Wellness.

Italy went into a lockdown state much before most the world. This interview with Anna Di Fiori is almost like a message from the future. Haha
Anna lives in Naples with her family. Being in a locked down situation has almost become the new normal for the people there. She talks about all the things she does on a daily basis to go through these times with ease, grace and joy.
Anna's advice is gold for those of us who have only recently been forced to stay home to stay safe. In the interview, we will know what to expect over the next few weeks/months and how to create a positive routine for ourselves and the people around us until things are normal once again.
Anna's message is one of hope, optimism and a little bit of humour. Enjoy! :)

Self-worth equals net-worth. Do you charge deservingly for your products, services, and contribution to society?
In this episode, I share the story of how when we let go of the guilt of “affordability” and started to value our foods, specialty products and services properly, it helped our vegan restaurant grown, gain more support and appreciation. And we ended up being in a position to do significantly more to further the cause we set out to support in the first place.
Though the story focuses on conscious entrepreneurship, it is just as applicable to artists, professionals and anyone at all who is earning money. Value your offerings, and others will value them too.

A quick guided meditation to begin your day on a happy, positive, high note. It evokes the energies of gratitude and love, and helps you set the intention for a day you can really look forward to.

Welcome! This episode is a quick introduction into what The Feel Good Factor is all about and the main reason I’ve started this podcast. Looking forward to this exciting, fun journey with you.
Transcription:
"Hello, hello, hello! I'm so excited to be here.
Welcome to the first episode of The Feel Good Factor. My name is Susmitha Veganosaurus, and this is a podcast about finding things that trigger good feelings, and pursuing them.
Our biggest Dharma, our purpose on this earth, is to spread love, joy, good feelings... But this must start with self love. Because we can only truly give what we already have.
Simple right? Take a moment to let that sink in. We can only truly give what we already have. When we are deeply happy. The natural progression of that happiness is to overflow and go out into the world.
Strengthen your inner light, and it will automatically shine out into the world and uplift everyone around you. This podcast will have talks, interviews, meditations, all focused on inspiring happiness and motivating you to follow your bliss.
In the past couple of years, I've realised the immense importance and power of pursuing good feelings through every aspect of my life. Good feelings have to be my top priority. So as you can guess, the purpose of this podcast is going to be all about... me feeling good! laughs
I'm going to interview people who make me happy. I'm going to record meditations, which make me feel calm and joyful. And through this whole process, I'm hoping all these good feelings will rub off on you, the listener.
The Feel Good Factor is going to be my little happy place, and I'm hoping it will be yours too. Looking forward to making beautiful connections on this new journey.
Thank you so much for listening to this very first, introduction episode of The Feel Good Factor.
Talk to you soon. Bye."
