Here we are in the final verses in the book of John. What a journey it’s been! Join us today as we wrap up this series. It’s been an honored to teach through John. We are truly blessed.
Jesus asked Peter if he loved Him three times. He told him yes for every time he denied him. This gives us hope. Even when we deny knowing Jesus He still seeks to restore us to Himself.
Jesus presents himself in so many different ways. Sometimes He speaks with authority. Sometimes it’s loving and caring. And other times He’s a friend.
Thomas was late to the party and didn’t see Jesus until a week after the rest of the disciples did. He has his doubts but after he touches Jesus’ wounds, he finally believed. Jesus said “blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe”.
Jesus appeared to his disciples after his resurrection. He breathed on them and told said “receive the Holy Spirit”. Then he said something really interesting. Tune in today if you have ever struggled with this hard to understand verse.
HE IS RISEN! The grace that God gives us today is only possible because Jesus left the tomb unoccupied. We are alive in him and no longer dead in our sins because he is our living hope.
Today we pick up where we left off last week. After Jesus gave up his spirit and died on the cross, they took his body down and put him in a tomb.

Jesus gave up his spirit on the cross. This is the darkest hour in human history. Jesus gave his life so that our debt would be paid.
Jesus died for our sins so that we might have peace with God. And through his sacrifice our debt has been payed. Thank You Jesus for the blood!

Pilate finds himself between a rock and a hard place. The crowd and the chief priests are all calling for the death of Jesus yet Pilate finds no guilt in Jesus.

The 3rd and final part of the “High Priestly Prayer” in John 17 focuses primarily on Jesus praying for the believers who would come to know God through the testimony of the disciples. That is You and Me. That’s right, Jesus prays to the father on your behalf and is still interseding for you today at the right hand of the Father.
The story we are reading at the top of the show is about King Og and the large size of his bed reported in the word. This raises a lot of questions. Was he a giant? Was he Nephilim?… Was he a giant Nephilime?! And what in the word is up with Genesis 6?

God hates Idolatry. We see in Isaiah how He deals with his people when they fall into it. There are lessons for us all to learn about how to spot the idols in our lives and turn from them.
The final chapter in our series on the Lords Prayer. The last thing Jesus teaches us how to pray for is deliverance from evil. We can avoid temptation by keeping our eyes fixed on him. What a great thing we get to pray for. He is faithful and He will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able to bare.

Sometimes it is difficult to think about re-emerging into what life will be, after enduring a challenging time. But, just like that caterpillar, when we emerge from our confinement we will not be the people we once were. We will be transformed through Christ for God's glory.
Pastor Cameron brings a word of the day about Psalm 23, where he discusses the restoration of our souls. This Psalm is written by David, where he expresses the intimate and personal nature of his relationship with God as 'his' shepherd. We also have a little fun talking about sheep, and their apparent lack of sense. Sometimes we can be those sheep, in need of a shepherd for guidance, protection, and comfort.
Kelly brings a word about walking alongside each other in our faith, and how we interact with Jesus together. There are sometimes barriers to our faith and getting to know Jesus better. The friends in this story are barrier breakers and great examples of people who support their friend in his time of need. It was a desperate situation that only required a little faith for them to move forward!
Zach Hall is on staff at Faith Center and is the Director of the Genesis program, which is a discipleship school hoping to develop the next generation of leaders within the church. Zach has a passion for the development of leaders in the college-age group.
Join Cameron, Kelly and Chong in the studio as they discuss John 4. Jesus meets a woman at a well who is trying to quench her thirst with multiple relationships. Our lives thirst for something refreshing, both physically and spiritually, and Jesus has the only living water we really need. So many times we think we can tell Jesus the absurdity of what he is going to do, as if we already know the outcome and the means by which that outcome should be accomplished. But, he is so patient with us and so gentle in how he responds to us, even in the midst of our arrogance.
Cameron, Chong, and Zach discuss the wilderness of Eastern Oregon, as it compares to the wilderness described in Isaiah 43. They discuss the disorienting nature of being stuck on a snow covered back road of this area, and review the different Biblical encounters in places of wilderness. However, God's promise is to create a new pathway out of that wilderness. It won't always be easy, but each difficult path is an opportunity for God to show us just how amazing he is. So often, what brings us into a situation or place, is not what takes us out of that place to the next encounter.
Join Zach, Cameron and Chong as they discuss Psalm 73. Zach likes to emphasize the "MY" of the passage to gain a clearer understanding of what God is saying. They also discuss how consistent we are in seeking more of ourselves, instead of more of God, during times of difficulty. But in the end, we know that God is our portion forever!
