Listen to the full episode to find out the answers to these questions and more! In today’s episode, Nina is joined by Kaity O'Keefe, a social media manager and social media coach.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she realized it’s what she wanted to do as well because of the flexibility and lifestyle.

This week, Nina is joined by Instapodcasts CEO Jessica Hurley to share how she got into podcasting.
Jessica started when she had her son. He is her first child and she had him at 6 and a half months. He had a 75% chance that he would live. It was the most transformative time of her life.
When they got back her fiancé told her that people keep coming over because they can’t live without her conversations and that she needs to start a podcast. She thought the very first episode she recorded was the dumbest thing she had done. She tried again and tried interviewing people.
She started her podcast because she wants to share her voice and help people. Her podcast blew up after six months. She started to receive DMs asking if she have coaching programs so she started her coaching and consulting program. She then quit her corporate job.
She then received a call from someone who asked for help about her podcast then she fixed it in a week. She billed her with $250 but the client sent her $1250 instead saying she should not be paid less and hoped that she should do it as a business. She then stepped up and became a podcast producer.
Be clear on what you wanted. Don’t let your ego stop you. You have to be willing to transition, you have to be willing to try something more and you have to be willing to fail.
Failure is not a measure of success. You have to fail to learn.
As a coach you cannot take money from everyone, you need to have an ideal client. It’s not about the money, it’s about the testimonials.
Being an entrepreneur is not about the Ferraris and the trips, it’s about hard work. Learn to say no to avoid burnout. Share your passion and see who you attract.
Your experience is someone else’s survival guide. Your sharing might set someone else free and you being quiet might keep someone from stopping. They’re going to judge you whether you hit the mark or not so you might as well put your foot on the gas. Be vulnerable. That’s how you’re going to attract the right people.
There are billions of users on Instagram and Facebook, there are over 50 million content creators on YouTube and 19 million active blogs. There’s only 250,000 active podcasts and people spend more time listening to podcasts.
Do it scared and do it imperfectly! You can’t wait for confidence to come your way. You have to practice until you’re confident. Start sharing. Don’t wait until it’s perfect, start now!

If you launched something and it flops, it is not the end of the world. You can always learn something from it. Nina discusses some things to consider when creating an offer that will sell.
What it takes for people to purchase from you. For people to know you, they probably have seen you in social media or follow you. Take those people to the like phase, make them like you.
What does your ideal client want? It’s not what you think they want, it’s what they want. What can you help them do? Your offers always have to be about your ideal client and not about you.
Market Research is about reaching out to your ideal client. Do it in a non-invasive way. Here are some ways:
And remember when you are considering pricing your service, the higher the price, higher the investment for your client, equals higher the transformation. Purchasing a course is not going to be the same as one-on-one coaching. Knowledge, expertise, and experience should be taken into account.
Start considering what makes you stand out as non-negotiable choice.
This week, Nina is joined by Tamar Sasson, mystical empowerment coach who shares her incredible story about being a producer in Hollywood for a decade before she became a coach. Her spiritual awakening led her to being a coach.
She identified herself as a producer until she got into two car accidents that completely transformed her life. She was also diagnosed with complex PTSD shortly after. Despite the odds, Tamar started her business in the height of her trauma. If she wants us to understand anything from her experience its that the universe doesn’t care what’s good for you it gives you what you need.
She went through a deep healing and now she is leading women in helping them break free of pain so they can step into their empowerment. She went through the spiritual journey of “The Phoenix.” Everything you knew burnt to ashes and then you’re reborn and the phoenix takes off.
Tamar wants to help other people break free of pain and understand that pain is an actual teacher. The more you resist it the bigger it’ll be. To be bigger than the pain, we should surrender to it and allow our poison to become our very own medicine.
She reminds us all that if you are struggling with your business or income, look at your daily actions and ask yourself where you are coming from. Make sure you’re coming from the right place. People will always remember how you made them feel, not how much they paid you or how you helped them achieve x, y, and z.
Trust yourself and know that nothing in your life is coincidence. Everything that happened to you, the good and the ugly, is happening for your highest purpose and development. Trust the process.

In this episode, Nina has a special guest, Claire Hammill. Claire is a self-love and body image coach and activist.
But she wasn't always a body image coach. Even though she began dieting as early as age 12, Claire found herself in her late 20's becoming a health/fitness coach encouraging women to join weight loss programs and selling products. She realized after some time that this was not where she wanted her focus to be, shaming women for their current weight wasn't what she felt called to do.
Now Claire is on a mission to help women understand you do not have to be skinny to be pretty. Women can be fat, curvy, and healthy all at the same time. While the external culprit is the media's representation of what women "should" look like, Claire reminds us that we as women are some of our own worst critics.
Claire hopes through the Curvy Collective women work together to put this to an end. The way we treat our bodies is the way our daughters will treat theirs. Claire reminds us that our strongest vessel is our body and it deserves some credit regardless what it looks like. Claire drops some ways to begin being more aware of how we treat our bodies and what we say to ourselves and take charge of creating a shift and falling back in love with the only body we have.
The more you show up as your authentic self, the more you’re going to appreciate yourself and love yourself.
Make sure to follow Claire and her movement on IG: https://www.instagram.com/clairehammill/
To sell or not to sell during the pandemic is the true question? Is it time to shut it down or is this an opportunity?
And trust me, we all get it. There is a powerful argument for both sides. But we know Nina is here for what's real and what you probably are scared to discuss. While Nina has no intentions of being insensitive, this is something we have to acknowledge and discuss.
In this episode, Nina reminds us that as business owners this is an opportunity to offer more and show up more for your community. She is challenging us all to rise up when other people are being silent. People need help moving forward in life and business right now so its our opportunity to show up powerfully. Stop worrying about people thinking your insensitive by continuing to sell.
Target, Walmart, and dicks sporting goods didn't stop sending out deals, they started sending out more. More people now than ever want to spend with and support small businesses, so it's your time to shine.
Nina helps us all understand that now is not the time to cower but the time to stand up in our business and dead the worry and be the light!
If you are using this time to consider entrepreneurship, you might be spot on. The true problem lies when you wonder where to begin because every influencers running ads or screaming on social media is telling you 10 different things that are all the #1 thing you must do first.
So, where do you start?
Today's guest, Juliana Frisoli explains the top 3 things you must first focus on when launching your online business. Juliana breaks down why you see lots of beautiful websites and great copywriting often but little sales because many entrepreneurs tend to focus on the wrong things.
Instead of overcomplicating things and looking for 9 different ways to spread your message, Juliana explains how being present and being authentic with your audience in just one place works every time.
Don't miss this episode if you're wondering where to start with your online business, it may be easier than you think!

All the strategy in the world or cookie cutter approaches you receive from someone more successful than you will not work when your struggling with believing in your abilities. Ultimately this is the fear of rejection for most of us.
The enormous importance we place on trying NOT to feel afraid runs us directly away from natural growth and clear decisions. The thing put on your heart to share, give the world, or lead with was not put on your heart without good reason.
In this episode, Nina is joined by coach Holly Herbig, who's own experiences led her to owning a cafe that on the outside was perfect but Holly found herself miserable. It took Holly the hard way to learn alignment and doing what she loves truly matters.
The social media content G.O.A.T and your real & raw host, Nina breaks down the types of content your audience craves!
This job can be exhausting for many because you have to be reputable, entertaining, interesting, knowledgable, friendly, authoritative.....and understandably some people don't even know where to focus.
Content that actually convert and actually sells can be delivered a variety of ways. In this episode, Nina drops few GREAT ways you can create and deliver content to keep your audience begging for more!
Type of Content That Sells:
Teaching/Education - teaching something, "3 ways on how-to"
Your story/ other transformational content - showing audience you’ve been where they are
Inspirational - Anything that inspires them or you!
Polarizing content- Your strong opinion on something is where people relate and choose you
Solve your ideal clients problem - Become a problem solver! This is always good content ideas.
Invite people to work with you, more than once!
Social Proof - Your more than talk, you have clients you've worked with that have had success before.
Nina dives deep into each and every single one of these types of content that help you as an entrepreneur connect with each type of client you speak to and how to get them sign up for your programs and opportunities.
This powerful conversation is the truth everyone needs to hear between two unapologetic women that are leading the way by simply being themselves. Nina is joined by AMPLIFY the event founder, Vanessa Charles and they uncover just how badly we as women need to stand in our power.
So many women shrivel at the concept of sharing themselves as they are now because when the curtains are unveiled about their religion, excessive cursing, boisterous personalities, insecurities around food, or love for feminism other women may say, "she's too much!" or "who does she think she is."
However, both of these women have found their FULL POWER in standing in every bit of who they are right now. They discuss in this episode how they've grown their tribes and built momentum simply by being themselves without hesitation.

Welcome To the Real & Raw Entrepreneur Podcast! In this intro episode, your bomb ass host, Nina Hirt, explains why being your true authentic self is the key to your coaching business and why new coaches need to hear the truth. Her level of vulnerability is unmatched as she opens up about her childhood, being raised by a single mother, and the insane up's and down's of living in poverty.
Her instability is the very thing that inspired her to go to school and graduate at the top of her class. Her education journey allowed her to quickly realize this was not the definition of success she was interested in. While searching for her purpose, Nina began fitness coaching and uncovered her natural gift, helping fitness coaches attract their ideal client by being their authentic selves.
This entire podcast is based on TRUE authenticity, Coach Nina believes that the only way you'll be successful at anything is by first being yourself. She intends to help every one of you understand that each of you can do this without having to become someone else. It's time for us to become more real & raw as entrepreneurs.

"I want to teach fitness BUT I am not the most fit person...."
Ever said this to yourself? When the "BUT" comes that means you don't believe anything you said before that. This is all the power that we've given imposter syndrome.

Topise works with 6-7 figure earners who STILL struggle with imposter syndrome and helps them break free of the mindset blocks that strangle their confidence and income. This episode is everything you need to hear if you are currently infusing the words "but" and "should" into every sentence.
