Today's Podcast is about Gun Control and a What if Scenario. What if Scenario is all about "What if this was to happen, what would change, or would the Scenario remain the same". What if we actually had Gun control that met the needs of our 2nd amendments rights, and still reduce our Gun Violence. A balance of rights that protects us from Gun Violence and protects our 2nd amendment rights.
How the small have Fallen. I was once how the Great have fallen, or the mighty have fallen. It matters not if you are small or great, rich or poor, celebrity or a nobody, or smarter then others. We are are prone to fall when we rise above ourselves and believe we are better then others. This podcast is about kingmakers, God creator's, puppet Masters and their puppets. It is about politics, Political parties, wealth and power, control and raging fires that are destroying our American Democracy.
Bipartisanship has become a contentious division in Congress where the Partisanship of one party seeks to rule over the other party with an iron fist. For American democracy to survive we need to remove that contentious partisanship way of serving the people and assuring American Democracy serves the best interest of Americans.
The following are comments meant to stimulate the Mind, to unlock the flood gates, to get you to open up the windows to the Mind and let some fresh air in to sweep away the Cobwebs.

We all have paths we need to travel in life. The journey can be fraught with trials and tribulations when we consider what our past was like growing up. For some our childhood is one of happiness and free of turmoil. For many it is not, and the journey we take toward our adulthood is difficult. Joshua was a young boy when he had to face the stark reality of losing a father to suicide, a very public suicide. His journey has been tough given his haunts, and upbringing. His choices in life have been influenced by these haunts. Joshua's Odyssey is a ballet I wrote as I helped in many ways to guide this youth though his troubled times. It is about the tears, about hope, about love, about encouragement, and about the journey we all must take and often repeat many times before we reach our journeys end. I should know, my journey has been an odyssey where I have experienced much in finding hope and encouragement, looking for love and acceptance. Joshua's Odyssey has been a journey of 20 some years, mine has been 69 years. The paths have been much the same. In the end, I discovered that the love I was looking for was always there, right where God put it. I can only hope that Joshua will find it in time before it is too late.
Is our American Democracy devolving into an autocracy to which the founding Fathers tried to avoid in their framework of the Constitution and its principal foundations?
What underlying reason for Abuse of Power and Denial of Abuse of Power can be for those who seek to abuse power through their wealth and position in society. It can be a taught condition passed down from generation to generation. It can be a personality flaw and disorder where the individual is affected by Narcissism and Narcissistic behavior. Such often starting at a young age, and more likely to go un-diagnosed. When diagnosed, treatment and emotional therapy can allow a person to lead as normal a life as possible. Untreated, often means denial is a factor as to why many go through life with this flawed ego, and personality. To abuse power because of position in society and because of wealth is a issue we are facing today in Washington D.C.
Part six starts with Form and Function of your Ministry, and how it completes our course.
The measure of our faith increases when it endures in God, when we are right with God in all that he asks of us.
I was the first in my county some 50 years ago when the voting age dropped from 21 to 18, to register to vote. I got a notice in the local paper for my civic duty and pride. I have not missed a national election, State election, and local election since. Fifty years of voting not on a single party line, but by my conscious and what I believed would be the best person for the job. I won some and lost some. The biggest loss ever was 2016 when my choice lost the popular vote, and the other person won electoral vote by congress. We all know where that has taken us, and how it has divided Democracy into a mockery.
This message is for those who may not think our Emboldened President is just blowing hot air out his posterior.
In Part Four of Be steadfast on your course we shall speak of Leaders and Followers in Ministry and how equal they are in Gods Eyes. Leaders and Followers in ministry are not immune to the flesh, for many fail to put on the full Armour of God, and replace the Old man with the new man in Christ. Learn how this failure can affect you course.
In part three we touch on the subject, among others regarding the building of the foundation of our ministry guided by the Will of God, and how one might start the foundation and others build on it to its completion. We learn that whether we are the starter of that foundation or the those that come after, we receive the same reward, and are equal in God's eyes.
This a message about being steadfast on your course for those walking in Christ, and certainly for those seeking a life in Christ reborn. Scripture tells us how we can be steadfast on your course the path and direction we take on that path, and the destination you achieve when you are steadfast on your course. Stare Decisis is setting a precedent of rule in law by a higher court or common law. Once set Stare Decisis can be used in a court of law as a new rule of law to either benefit case, or be detrimental to a case. Allowable Obstruction of Justice as evident in the U.S. Senate presidential impeachment trial, could set a Stare Decisis that would cascade throughout our legal system if the Senate is allowed to ban subpoena's and new evidence in the impeachment of President Trump.

Bobby, now in his 50's is learning that "Letting Go isn't Easy", yet he realizes that he needs to let go of his grief over the passing of his mother, to let go of the scars of the many years of being bullied as a child and teen. Now nearing 69 years of age, Bobby feels keenly the impact of Bullying in his life and how it impacts you for a lifetime. He desires and hopes this story of "Bobby and the Bullies" will encourage others that their is hope and that you need not give up your dreams. Letting go of the hurt and scars isn't easy to be sure. Bobby is a testament of that. Though this story gives a brief glimpse of that testament, Bobby endures to let the hurt go. Letting go isn't easy, But letting go, can mean you can move forward, and if it saves a life yours, or someone else. Then Bobby's message is God sent.
Many might find and see that President Trump is fixated on building Walls around and in this country to either keep out certain groups of people, or hide certain groups of people from view of others. It is either illegal immigrants, or the Homeless. His Rhetoric continues to convince me that he is trying to give "His America" a lily white view to the world that we don't have any social ills, political suppression, and racist attitudes. We plan to put them behind walls so we can forget them and not have to deal with them.
This is a commentary, it's sole purpose is to inform and engage discussions that surround Social and Cultural issues in Society.
Bobby has learned before that sometimes adults can be bullies too. Though he never expected a "Teacher Gone Wild" would literally take bullying to a higher level.
For many of us, we start out in life with a few challenges. For me it was Learning challenges, or what was known in the "60's" as Learning disabilities. I also had physical challenges as well. By age 14 I was still dealing with achieving a reading skill beyond the Dick and Jane series. Then suddenly everything clicked, and I was reading everything I could by hands on. My favorites were Fantasy, Sci Fi, adventures and history/biographies. Then I concentrated on Fantasy and Sci Fi has my favorite books from the last century and on into the 2000's. Because of my interest in Fantasy and the like as a youth, I was told often enough to get my head out of the clouds, because my dreams would get me no where in life. I Go Because I can is all about going where few dare go into my dreams and the wonder of reading.
This poem was an exercise in writing by using a Thesaurus to group together words in a hilarious way. Several poems have been written by using the Thesaurus. The Mischievous Saint He Was" was published in "Plethora" a Student Magazine by the Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 1997.
As we return to our story in segment 3, we find Bobby in the 5th grade age 14 for the second time around. He is on the Playground with another of his classmates Susy who is 11 years old. Bobby is reluctant to interact with Susy. But she draws him out of his solitude.
This poem was written just days after my Sister was in a Industrial Accident where she lost a Hand and mangled the other one. I wrote this poem to give her courage and to cheer her up.
We pick up our story from segment 1 of Bobby and the Bullies. Where we find Bobby in the 3rd grade and dealing with trying to win his first Gold Star Ever.
The Gray Ghost is a collection of poems written by my Cat, the Gray Ghost, selected and read electronically. Really, I don't think anyone speaks cat these days. Though seriously, I must confess, I wrote them, and the Gray Ghost is the title of my chapbook. Stay tuned to future selections of poems in this series.
For many of us we deplore Double Standards in our laws, society and in politics. Having a point of view isn't always having the same standards when it comes to rule of laws, morality, and social standards. When Wealth and power dictate different standards on what the Wealthy and powerful adhere too, and different standards to the rest of society. These Double standards are what is ruining this Nations democracy and dividing people into a kind of Racism that puts those without wealth and power as the inferior group of people who have no voice in our Democracy.
This Story about Bobby and the Bullies, it is taken from a play written by me some many years ago titled "Bobby" This is Segment One of 5 segments. Each roughly 10-15 minutes long. In Segment one we are introduced to Bobby and his bullies a life time of bullying, because Bobby is different. The impact of bullying can last a life time as we will learn starting at age 8 until decades later in Bobby's life. I must warn you that this story can touch a raw nerve. But I hope it can touch your heart as well.
Recent events regarding the growing conflict between the U.S. and Iran has had me question President Trumps statement "That all is Well", when by his own actions as some would say, he as been trigger happy in his actions that has led to the current Iranian conflict. World history both ancient and modern era have me contradicting his statement that "All is Well", when it is not well in the World. This Podcast may well have you raising that same concern as you take a step back and review why.
Bulling isn't just a moment of Intimidation that is forgotten a day later. Bulling that occurs day in and night out can leave a life time impact. Bullies not only destroy's lives emotionally, they destroy the victims chances for a life of happiness free of the impact of Bulling. This Introductory Podcast from "The Mind Speaks" addresses that life time of being a victim. I know, I was a victim of bulling for 15 years and this is my condensed story.
